We have a very nice lady help us the whole time! lots of perks 😉 she was definitely awesome.

After two weeks on the road and visiting different hotels I was so impressed with country Inn!
The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The room and the public areas all very clean.
There were lovely little personal touches like non-toxic cleansing wipes and non-toxic hand sanitizer in the public areas.
The Wi-Fi was very fast and consistent.
Coffee was delicious with mini Keurig makers in the rooms.
My daughter loved the pool and hot tub.
The calming, relaxed feel of the hotel was a breath of fresh air.

Nice hotel for the price. Rooms could use some work (the toliet plugs easily, there were small holes in the curtains, some rust on the metal door), but overall it was a good stay. Comfortable beds. Really excellent staff. The pool and whirlpool are older but were very clean and accessible. Overall a good stay.

Have stayed there quite often. Me and my husband love 2 breweries in River Falls. Rush River and Swinging Bridge. After hitting them both up and don't want to drive home after drinking we go to Country Inn and hit up the hot tub and pool which both are nice! Then get a free continental breakfast before heading home in the am. Highly recommend this hotel. Staff is very friendly nice clean rooms.

Rooms are recently renovated the property is kept up well. I was in town for a wedding and the front desk was very helpful with providing shuttle info and accommodating a few of us who needed an early check-in. Breakfast waffles were the best I've ever had! Beds were premium and I slept great, as a business traveler I can tell you it's rare to be able to say that.

My family and I recently traveled here for a family reunion. The hotel is quaint and quiet. Tucked back away from the highway and main street we enjoyed the forest views from the breakfast room each morning. The staff at this hotel are amazing! Rooms have recently been updated and were easy to spend time in, unlike some hotels I've stayed at. They also have a breakfast room that they will let you use to play cards and socialize in if it is not rented out by a party, very nice for our family.

Very clean and close to the University. Nice pool area and easy access to our room. Recommend.

I was in town for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised with the exceptional customer service. Seems to be a dying thing these days. Every staff member was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean, Wi-Fi worked well, and the rooms have been recently updated. Hot tub and pool were great as well, very clean and perfect for ending a long day in the heat!

Stayed for an extended period of time while we were between houses. The rooms are clean, staff is excellent, and breakfast has everything you expect from a hotel breakfast, even greek yogurt and hard boiled eggs. If staying for a long period of time like we did, I recommend the King Suite. Lots of space and definitely worth the extra few dollars per night. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

We had such a relaxing, wonderful stay at the Country Inn River Falls. The beds were so comfy and the rooms were beautiful. Obviously they were recently redone with beautiful colors, carpet and artwork. The staff was so friendly and helpful and we loved the mini keurig in the room to wake up with coffee. The scenery around the hotel is a big bonus to staying here. We will be back as they told us about the local wineries and breweries nearby to visit next time!

This place was a true blessing after a disastrous very short stay at another hotel in Roseville. It was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were wonderful.

My husband and I decided to have a little "get away" and do a valentines weekend not to far from home. We come from Minnesota. The staff has been so friendly and courteous! The beds are comfortable and the jacuzzi we have in the room works very well. It's been pretty quiet and we are on the first floor. I've asked for a few things from the front desk and they were still very nice. I'll definitely be coming back!

Beautiful hotel, recently renovated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place! We held a meeting here and were happy with the service and facility.

Rooms need an update. Carpets were gross. Mattresses were flat and not comfortable. Rooms were not very clean. Hot tub needs a good scrubbing.

Good place to sleep. Shower wasn't overly great. No towels provided in the pool area like previous years. If you aren't looking for anything special this wasn't a bad place.

Everyone is super friendly here. They have a newly renovated and clean hotel. We bought a pass and use the pool during the week.

We stayed here one night in the king suite and will definitely be back. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They were quick to fix any problem that arose. We will definitely be back.

Got to hotel check-in went smoothly. When we got to the room there was empty bottles and popcorn every where. They do not do a great job of cleaning. We had them come clean the room and it was better but still some garbage on the floor.

We stayed two evenings for a baseball tourney — very close to fields. We so appreciate the staff's willingness to accommodate the 2 hour rain delay by allowing us to stay longer! Rooms were decent and multiple options for breakfast. Very courteous and helpful staff.

We do our family gathering there each yea, r convenient and not that expensive. I do think they could include coffee with the room rental for the handful of people that like coffee but they wanted 10.00 a pot, could maybe include that next time for the 100.00.

I wish someone at the front desk would have told us before we paid that the jets in the hot tub didn't work, cause that was the whole reason I came there. Was to use the hot tub and swim.

These guys are awesome! Go out of their way to accommodate a late check out time and let me study in the breakfast area after my check out time!

We began and ended a 4-day bike ride here. Staff and facility are excellent.

The nice young gentleman at the front desk was so kind and helpful to everyone who came in. Took his name, it was thomas.

Wonderful staff. The only bummer is no elevator or drinks in the pool.

We love the young lady behind the desk! The gentleman was rude! We stay here every year! This year, I forgot some expensive clothing behind, and I guess they never found it! This tells me, that someone is being dishonest! Very sad!

Service is good, beds seem clean, toilets suck and get plugged, also rooms seem a little tattered.

From the moment we walked into the Country Inn till the moment we left (a week later) the entire staff was friendly, efficient, positive and outstanding in every way. Rather than being hassled bc we had dogs they went out of their way to welcome us and our puppers. This made the weeklong stay relaxing rather than stressful. I can honestly say that we have stayed in 4 star hotels where the staff wasn't half as accommodating and pleasant.

The staff when we checked in were very friendly. Morning staff however had no personality. Breakfast was gone at 7:30 a. M. And when my husband asked about it he never looked at my husband and mumbled something we didn't understand.

Nice accommodations Friday night in Master Suite. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Close to pool, dining room, front entrance and parking. Very nice and quiet. Conveniently located on main road and close to town. Reasonably priced and even discounted for UWRF families. Both times we used the pool we had pool and hot tub to ourselves. Good coffee and breakfast starting early at 6:00… really appreciate that! Very nice and we'd definitely return.

This is an amazingly wonderful hotel. It is very clean and the staff is very helpful and super friendly. They went out of their way to make our anniversary special, with rose petals and a bottle of sparkling wine with "Happy Anniversary" written on the bottle. Great place, Great value.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences in my life. We booked the hotel over a month ahead of time, then when we showed up there was a bus full of little league kids outside. As soon as we entered we were told our jacuzzi room was given to someone that arrived sooner, but we could still get a small, queen room with no jacuzzi. I asked for a manager, one wasn't there. I asked for them to call the manager, they said they just started and didn't know the manager's number. I was not offered a refund, only $10 dollars off the original price. Completely unacceptable. It was only after I started to become upset and caused a scene I was let out of any penalties for leaving and staying elsewhere. avoid this hotel at all costs.

I recently stayed and it is no longer a Country Inn, it is called Crossing Hotel or something like that. Starting to get run down. I noticed a new Best Western has been built downtown. This hotel may want to renovate to compete.
