We have stayed here for two years, close to the university, always clean, good well trained desk employees, and great breakfast (no need to go anywhere else! ) Until today, they have changed the breakfast before, but who ever did the last change needs to re think the flow, thanks for the response Dave, but if you can re read it, I challenge you to step back and observe the flow, before I left I did watch it, and it was busy at the time, mass confusion to say the least. It is fine to have coffee first, but put the cups first then the cream and sugar, then the coffee, you have a mess of people crashing into each other (the train wreck) no fresh fruit everyday? Should be automatic. And if you ran out there is grocery store access the street. And they have bakery there too. We did go down for breakfast but we went down the road today. Also the coffee was not near as good as before, another training issue perhaps? Dave check it out,, the idea to have good breakfast was cutting edge back long ago, but to cheapen it was weak on your part. Thanks for the quick response, that was the part you did right, thank you!
Absolutely awful experience! Was awoken to a knock on our door at 6am on a Sunday after my cousin's wedding by a frantic woman carrying a bag with some type of weapon in it, looking for a man with my husband's same name. She tried pushing her way through into our room where our son was sleeping after I told her she had the wrong room/person because the man in our room was my husband. She was given his name by the front desk because after we confronted the incompetent female deal clerk, she then proceeded to give us names of 3 other guests! So unprofessional! We emailed someone higher up and absolutely NO apologies were given because the female desk clerk knew she was in the wrong. We are still disgusted at how things were handled. The room was nice and clean and the indoor parking was nice as well.

From the moment I arrive I feel welcome. Lobby is very attractive, and inviting to sit and relax in, not just pass through. Rooms are spacious, clean, furniture modern and comfortable. Juniors, the bar/restaurant, is fantastic;offers interesting items unique to Juniors, as well as well made American cuisine. Have recommended Best Western Campus in to everyone I know.
