Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff in a dog-friendly hotel, which is exactly what I needed.

The room was nice but cramped needed air on so it wasn't hot even with cool air outside and window open. The behind the desk person in the evening was a guy. He very helpful and nice. Now the behind the desk person during the day had kinky hair and was downrite rude. I am thinking her face would crack if she smiled. She was not one bit helpful and certainly not pleasant. I am happy it was clean, the house keeping does a great job. I am thinking not staying here again considering it's the same price as others that have a pool and the first person you see when you walk in the door is pretty much a "B" bad customer service.

Is very friendly place in the place is very clean and The View out back is awesome. The staff is very helpful. I would recommend this to my friends and family to stay here.

Every thing is great but the bed is super hard and my back is killing me.

They charged me a extra $100 saying I smoked in my room and I did not! They found askes from our half of cigg on table and claimed we have smoked in room! Room didnt even smell like smoke.

Have stayed in bigger chain hotels that were not nearly as clean as this place. No mildew, fresh paint, smelled clean. Super nice staff! Was smaller, but quiet. We will stay here again.

Reasonable and affordable place. Good place to stop if you just need a weekend away or you're otherwise busy.

Clean, affordable and functional, the only issue was the sink leaked, room 207. Would definitely go back.

People are rude and spiteful and I did not feel wecome not to mention the fact that the whole place smelled like dog fecies.

I am currently staying at the Inn for a trip I am on. It's your basic cheap motel. Some appliances are funky and the breakfast is gas station food. But it has beds so it gets the job done.

Good sized rooms, but kindof organized bad. The Wi-Fi is so slow, it's almost nonexistent. Overall customer service was great.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff. Is friendly and extremely helpful. What's nice too is that your in walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Location convenient, staff pleasant, room clean, good shower, fridge and microwave in room. Had ground floor room closest to front desk and breakfast room… was still quiet. Only complaint — bed "crunched" when I sat on it… maybe old box spring? Still very comfortable. They are also dog friendly.

Stayed 2 nights. Only complaint was they didn't replenish the toilet paper when restocking everything. We ran out right before check-out… otherwise we would have notified the front desk. Everything else was great.

Excellent hotel for the price.

Quite outdated and just not clean. Really nasty "breakfast", felt bad watching little ones eating it. No frills, i. E. Pool, etc yet cost a mere $3 less per night than the nicer, more modern hotels with pool just across the street. Made a Huge mistake, please don't do the same!

We called late as we were traveling thru and they had a room so we did not have to sleep in the cold… They waited up for us to be sure we made it safely and even had a couple recommendations for my husband to get a bite at in a very late hour… We got a great nights sleep and were fresh to finish the journey… We would stay there again and feel confident that we will be satisfied.

I have been staying here when ever I come to Rhinelander for years. They have always been nice and it's a decent room for a decent price. Also, they just got new beds and TVs.

Good deal for what we paid. Room smelled of smoke and was a little run down. It was clean and warm otherwise.

They have great hospitality service, the breakfast room is great a variety of foods for adults and kids, nice view of the river and nice back yard and you can sit outside and just relax if you don't want to go any place, the rooms are very nice and comfortable our new favorite room now is 114 and this place we would come to again.

Worse customer service in my life! Found the room to have dirty sheets the manager called me a liar refused to let me talk to the owner coz she wanted to first than the owner called me a liar! All I wanted was clean sheets! This was the one in rhinelander.
