Had a visit 4/9/2021 — Encountered racist staff member, Reeza Ahbora! She was EXTREMELY rude and didn't seem to care about her job. There was an innocent request for an extra blanket which was escalated. There was a physical altercation and the police were called. Reeza dared our party to call corporate on her (in progess). This was the most horrible experience I've ever encountered from someone referring to us as "You People" and they're not even from this country themselves! She also told us that she didn't care if we were paying customers who paid with our "asses"! There was a police squad on site when we arrived and a squad onsite when an earlier party arrived. It appears the police are always at this location for incidents! Don't waste your money!

Very clean and great place to bring the kids to hang out in the pool. Kim at the front desk is the best! She definitely needs a raise ASAP

Beautiful place all around! Water was perfect temp and pool room was a comfortable temp. The room was very clean, smelled great, beds were very comfy! Easy on\off hiway access! We were very pleased and will stay here again for sure!

We came to kenosha for vacation with two very young children. This hotel has been very accommodating. The pool is great. Lots of options for breakfast. Nice quiet hotel.

How is this a 2 star hotel?! They have spacious rooms! Comfortable beds! Decent bathrooms! Nice Jacuzzi suites! Better than some hotels I've stayed at. I would say this is more than a 2 star hotel. At least a 3 1/2 star! They also have a good breakfast setup! I mean, some hotels have bagels and coffee. Give me a break! I like this place. I give it 4 stars!

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. There is a free hot breakfast each morning that our family enjoyed. My daughter loved the pool and hot tub. We'd definitely consider staying here again if we were in the area again.

I like the country inn and suites except for my last experience there was a group of about 15 boys the completly took over the whirlpool and the pool. They ere acting very immature. And nothing was done about it.

I stayed in this hotel one night last weekend. When I came to check in there was an older lady in front of me and she asked looots of questions, the front desk Lady named Melisa was very nice and patient with her. I was surprised how professionally she has done her job. Melisa also did everything what I asked for! Thank God for people like Melisa. Sunday morning my kids, friends and I came in for breakfast it was 6:30 am because we had swim meet at 7 am and breakfast hours starts at 7 am on weekends as well. I was worried that my kids will go without food but Melisa asked Sara who was working that day in breakfast buffet and she opened for us at 6:40am. Melisa and Sara thank you so much! I wish we could have more workers like you! Also room we had was very clean. I would stay there again!

This place is very Nice. The pools is rather spacious and the hot tub is attached which is very nice. We had a room with a jetted tub and that was really what we were looking for. The Radisson has a V shaped tub whereas Country Inn has large Jacuzzi style tubs which are better. The breakfast was extensive and fresh. Also loved the welcome gift and free cookies and coffee in the lobby. This one happen to have a 24 hour fitness center too.

Very happy with our stay. We arrived early in the morning and we were allowed in our room before the actual check in time. We also were able to get an extended checkout until 1pm. It was so nice. Plus the room was amazing and very spacious! Would definitely stay here again!

Pretty place to stay but watch what you are quoted when making your reservations. Make sure the person who quotes you a rate knows what they are talking about and you don't get charged double what you were quoted. Would never had paid $180 a night when there were other places just as nice much cheaper. My quote was $164 for the 2 night stay. Lesson learned but don't think the home office won't be getting a call. I may not get my money back but I will feel better letting others know what dirty tactics they use.

It's an average hotel overall. Clean rooms, friendly service, standard amenities. Would be nice if there was a more accessible dining area in terms of evening service and/or a bar like the neighboring hotels have.
The hotel sits on a nice piece of property. Maybe some outdoor amenities would be nice for warmer weather usage — tables, chairs, fire pit, public BBQ grills, etc.
Would be nice if they did more than post a few signs here and there to screen some of the occasional riffraff out.

Good price, decent hotel, great breakfast. Stayed here for 3 nights. Everyone was polite and helpful. A cot was delivered to the room for one of my kids. Tv channel selection was good. The room was a little tired and musty unless you kept the A/C running continuously but the temp outside was in the 90s so that might explain it. The pool was nice area but the water wasn't crystal clear — a little cloudy — so we didn't go in. The breakfast was fantastic. Hot breakfast and different selections each day. One other thing — we have stayed at CI&S before and always had a suite but these are just old style rooms here. No suites. So for that reason I might look for a different hotel next time as we have 3 kids and a cot in the small room is too cozy for multiple days stay.

I'm from out of state and on the way up here my wallet was stolen. I had a horrible day and wasn't sure if the hotel would even keep my reservation because my license and cards were stolen. The staff was very understanding and helpful. It made it so much easier to relax after having such an awful day. I can't thank the staff enough for that.

The hotel itself has a country feel to it including décor. The front desk people were really nice and helpful with any questions we had. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was actually really good for hotel food and they were constantly bring more out. I would recommend this place for anyone passing through that needs a quick comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price.

Good location. Some of the lights in the room didnt work well. People were very nice. Breakfast was only ok.

This hotel needs some attention. We found stained carpets, lights not working and the room wasn't that clean. The pool was nice. The breakfast was decent with several hot and cold choices.

I had to stay for business. The rooms were very nice. Great service at the desk. I had to leave for meetings before breakfast opened but they had coffee available 24 hrs.

We stayed in the two room suite and it was very nice. We really appreciated the manager Kara helping us out with an early check in time and late check out time so we could enjoy the hot tub a little extra. It is a beautiful hotel and well maintained. A+ rating from me.

It was very nice clean. The pool was a little small and needed some maintenance but overall was ok. Great breakfast in the morning and coffee as well. The bed could have been more comfortable my stay very deceit I would stay there again.

The rooms were okay. Staff very friendly. I didn't like that housekeeping opened my door at 11:15 am while I was sleeping and knocked again at 11:50 when check out is at noon. The pool is very small and the ladder was unsafe which I reported to front desk. All in all it was ok for the price but I would have spent a little extra for a nicer place.

The hotel was clean, well kept up, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and can any place with 24 hour coffee, tea, and cocoa be bad? Breakfast was a full hot breakfast with make your own waffles, sausage, sausage gravy and biscuits, and so much more! We thought we left some important papers after we checked out and had driven out of state. I called back and Kara (Sunday 8/23 at 7:30pm) went to the room herself and checked for us and called us back. What a sweetheart! Great stay!

No one was there. Went to front desk to get a room for the night and nobody was at desk. Had note saying "helping another guest be right back". I waited for 10 mins and nothing. Note didnt even say when they left or will return. So I left and went to another hotel right down the way (1 min away).

General Manager George is rude. Front Desk George sounds like he is on dope when he talks. I couldn't understand him. I paid cash and they sit on your $100 debit card deposit for 5 days! Don't join the Carlson Club either. They don't follow through with what they offer. They just want your email and address to further solicit you. I was offered half price on a future stay if I joined their club. I called another Country Inn elsewhere to take them up on the offer and they never heard of it. Good luck with this group! The electricity went out the 2nd night I was there, (no air conditioning all night in the middle of Summer) and no one said anything about it. I had to call them on it. The breakfast food was nasty with runny gravy. Hilton Hotels (Hampton Inn) is much better. General Manager George didn't like me asking when my deposit would be available and he started being nasty. He was all right before that and that is what prompted this review.

We always enjoy staying here! A little pricey but you get what you pay for! Bed is comfy! Rooms were clean. Staff is usually friendly! I don't really like the 10 pm noise contract they made us sign this time! I thought when you are at a hotel its assumed that other people are staying there and you try to keep it down. Either way we didn't have an issue. I could have lived with out having to sign it! We didn't wake up for their breakfast this time due to the overly comfy bed but its usually decent the times we have woken up by 1030! Love the noon check out! Nothing better then going to a late show at the brat stop and not having to worry about getting up for check out. Thanks for the hospitality we will definitely be staying again.
