Very open and fun atmosphere at the bar.

Spent the last 2 times in Best Western Executive, New Orleans and Wisconsin. From the top of the US to the bottom of it, they were great. Clean room, great service great price. Thank you for making trip extra special.

A very nice place to stay nice rooms a pool hot tub work out room bar free breakfast 24 hr free coffee.

My room smelled like mold. The bathrooms were incredibly small. And 2 queen beds turned out to be 2 full size beds. And on top of that they charged my card twice and they will not refund the second charge on my account.

Elenor behind the the desk you could not ask for a better straight forward caring person from day one till the end she always made sure if we needed something it was taking care of plus Patty or Patti from the rush bar made the weekend great give them a raise and all staff.

So impressed with the staff at this hotel. Both Eleanor and Andy were super helpful with our small group of “sports moms” trying to first figure out emergency rooms and then a last minute change to help our athletes! They were so kind, so patient… both Eleanor and Andy went the extra mile for us. Kudos to your team. We will be back! great customer service!

Elegance is what I like and this place is elegant to sing at every other Saturday night, with music provided by "TNT-Entertainment, DJ's, Tony & Gina. "TNT-Entertainment Karaoke" is "great" here! People singingthe songs they remember from their childhood up to the present, all genres. It's sooo great and fun whether you can sing or not, it's singing from the heartand we havefun! On Karaoke Night, You can "party, sing, dance and meet new people here at this Hotel it's great! Keepup the good work "Best Western! " Singer, Brenda Starr.

It was clean and comfortable. The beds were a little hard, but overall we slept well. The place is a little dated but still clean and doesn't smell like an old place. Plenty of pillows. The breakfast was decent with both hot and cold items. It was convenient to the HWY which made it easy to get to my destination easily.

Had an enjoyable two night stay. Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice comfortable room and enjoyed the pool. Would stay here again.

We had a great experience at this hotel. It was clean, and comfortable. The pillows and bed were so comfy. The sheets were actually soft and not super stiff like most hotels. They had a nice selection for breakfast.

Staff was very helpful as to providing suggestions on local non-chain dining options. Room acoustics were awesome, beds were comfy, room was clean. Internet was slow.

Just got in and quite unhappy. As I entered to check in another guest was complaining of the parking situation. He was concerned about parking on the street and asked if he could park in the no parking alongside the building. The person at the desk said the car blocking the guests parking spot was the owners son and he should be leaving soon. Then continued on that she could notify him when the son left, but said he probably wouldn't get in trouble if he parked in no parking and that she had no issue with it. I got checked in and up to my room after multiple flights and a drive from Milwaukee. Found my room was still stripped down from when the last guest left. Bedding in bags in the bathroom, couch cushions upturned, and the room was quite warm. I decided to make the bed myself and found several stains and hairs on the first sheet, there appeared to be fecal particles in the toilet from the last guest. Turned the shower on and black particles came out. The cover for one of the sprinklers is on the night stand. And the bathroom door is chipping. Did I get the right room? Or are they all like this. But like others have said great location… so that is something.

With so many hotel options to choose from in the Pleasant Prairie area, we find BW the best overall. Service from check in to check out is consistent and friendly, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. This location not only has its own lounge, but is situated conveniently next to the Brat Stop, (great food! ) and within close proximity to great shopping. Give this place a try, I'm sure you will be happy you did!

The room was super hot when we got there, but the room was nice. Great handicap bathroom, tho!

Helpful and courteous staff. Clean hotel with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Good breakfast with someone staffed there in the mornings to make sure nothing runs out. Beds are comfortable and rooms are updated.

Not worth the price! Very nosey front desk! The pool and hot tub are disgusting. My kids say it smells like greasy mcdonalds. The water is so cloudy you can't see the bottom. Just found ants crawling in the bathroom. It rained last night and it rained in through the closed window. Do NOT recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially with my physically and mentally challenged father. Rooms were clean and well stocked, pool area as well. My room was on the main floor right next to the lobby and we had no disturbances. The continental breakfast had a very good variety of items. They were very customer centric even when we had pizza at one of the lobby tables. My choice anytime I come to town.

I have never stayed at a BW before. Usually stay at higher end chain. Staff was nice, room was clean. It was fine — my kids swim team stayed there. I feel the price was high for this hotel — paid $150ish — should have been less. 110 or lower for the quality seems more reasonable.

This is a nice hotel. Nice rooms. Pool and hot tub was nice. Hot tub said temperature is 102 degrees, but it wasn't very hot. But still good. Breakfast was good. It is close to the highway and there are many restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. I would stay there again if I was in the area. The lady who checked us in at the front desk was very nice. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste and she gave us a couple.

My husband broke his ankle during one of the days we stayed at this Best Western Executive Inn in Kenosha. It was an enormous relief to hear the hotel had a wheelchair it could lend us. The staff was extremely sympathetic, and let us switch to a handicap accessible room. Even if the mishap had not occurred, we'd rate this hotel highly for it's spacious rooms and helpful and friend desk staff and breakfast attendant.

We had a wonderful stay. The lobby is beautiful and our room was very clean. The staff were all very friendly. We would definitely recommend and will stay here again in the future.

My colleague and I were in town for a conference and really enjoyed our stay at Best Western. The staff was very friendly, the amenities met all of our needs, the public spaces and room were clean and comfortable, and the price was right. We had issues with slow internet coverage and actually had to stop working because of it one night, but other than this we had no problems.

Very nice hotel! Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious, staff was friendly, the pool area was nice, and it overall felt like a safe place. Very affordable, will stay again next time I am in the Kenosha area.

This hotel was a great place to stay! The people were very helpful and the room was super clean! Went to the bar in the hotel for a drink and appetizer and the bartender was just the best person for the job! She was super at what she does and just has a personality that makes you smile! Great place to stay in the Kenosha WI area. This place is always clean and very comfortable. The crew here is excellent and will take care of you during your stay. There are plenty of dining choices in the local area within walking distance or a very short drive. This hotel is highly recommended!

The hotel itself was perfectly fine. The five star rating is for the great staff. The cleaning ladies left nice notes, the front desk people were lovely. Great overall experience.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are updated, & clean. Friendly staff & a decent Continental breakfast included. They also have a bar Rush St. Inn that has slot machines, & a pool table. It's also in a nice area, near everything, especially pleasant prairie outlet mall. Great place to stay if you are in Kenosha!

Check in was amazing with Eleanor at front desk. Full of knowledge and friendly and caring. Hotel Is nice and clean. Didn’t use pool or breakfast but both looked inviting. Room is updated and was quiet around room. Bathroom is small, hard to have bath mat ok fllof and open door. Brown colors a bit drab and bed a bit hard. But overall nice hotel, good area, easy access to restaurants and attractions and good price. I’d recommend and stay again.

Eleanor was the front desk clerk at the Best Western when I arrived. I told her I was going to be staying for around three nights she gave me a great deal that is even better than my company perks. Every afternoon that I arrived she remembered my name which not many people do.

The property was very nice. The real shining star are Eleanor at the front desk who was so helpful with dinner choices and Mel at breakfast. Mel was very friendly and nice and we appreciated her answering all of our questions.

My husband and I have been traveling to the Kenosha area for the past 3 years. We now exclusively stay at the Best Western Executive Inn because they have been so friendly and clean. The staff is always helpful with our needs and in suggestions when we are looking for something new to do. The breakfast is awesome and usually fits all of our tastes.

I stayed here for 2 nights just to go to a wedding. The service is good and super clean. Affordable hotel and the pool is a good size. The front desk staff is phenomenal, would definitely would stay here again!

Clean. Nice, helpful staff. Breakfast is 'medium' with powdered eggs, bacon or sausage, yogurt, etc. Hotel itself is a bit run down and could definitely use a renovation. Half the hot tub jets did not work and pool water needs draining and refresh.

Everyone is friendly, caring and focused on their guests being comfortable & enjoying their stay. The pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. The breakfast area is large and accommodates a large number of people. The breakfast food choices are great. The room was comfortable, clean and very well decorated.

Very courteous, helpful and professional staff. The room was comfortable. The tubs in the rooms would benefit from grab bars for older guests like me. Be careful if you use the pool. The floor is very slippery. We visit this area regularly and will use this hotel in the future partly because it is a central location for us, but also because it is a good hotel and value.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly and super nice, I would give her a 5.
Now the other stuff… The pillows were half the size of a normal pillow, every time I opened the bathroom door it hit the toilet, I ordered a pizza and onion rings from the lounge and they charged me 10.25 for a frozen pizza that they burned and the onion rings were undercooked.
In the morning we went down for breakfast around 7am (starts at 630), the eggs were dried out and potatoes were dry and cold.
Then the pool and hot tub. We went down after breakfast and the pool was so cold we wouldn't even go in. So we decided on the hot tub and it was barely above room temperature and when we got out the smell on our skin was disgusting, not your normal pool/chlorine smell.
I was very disappointed. It will work if your in need of a hotel and can't find anything else. I definitely would not recommend it!

Pool area was so slippery you couldn't even walk without sliding around. Entering the pool down steps with my infant, there was no traction on steps, slipped and fell. Several kids with us fell and split their lips. Wouldn't recommend if you want to swim with kids. Then to top it off the whole floor we stayed on reeked of pot smoke. So much for a family fun weekend.

Decent rooms, no Wi-Fi service on the 4th floor. Captive portal also, so cast wouldn't work if I did get a signal. Nice hot breakfast in the morning. The nights I was there they had several construction workers as guests who were complete jerks trying to start fights.

Very very nice hotel. The employees are very polite and friendly. Rooms were very clean and well managed. Beds were very comfortable. All around very satisfied customer for the price of the stay, will use again in the future. Highly recommended.

The staff were exceptional. We were there to run a marathon and they were not only nice, but also super flexible and asked how our faces went. The room was clean and there was plenty of parking.

We were only there one night. The bed was super comfy. The rooms are clean. It's nearby to many things. We ended up with a last minute visit from a friend. They have an on site bar with a pool table as well. Indoor pool and spa. It's pretty nice overall. The concierge was nice and friendly too. My only gripes were the breakfast was terrible including the water from the juice dispenser. The bathroom in the room were rather small as well. Otherwise, it matches what my expectations of a BW should be.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very accommodating. It was really nice to have a hot "real" breakfast in the morning. The only issue I had was the cold pool, and the pool room was cold too. We like to do hotel trips now and again just to get away and go for a winter swim, we will probably look for a hotel somewhere else next time where the pool is warmer.

This is a pretty great hotel. It's close to lots of shopping, restaurants, etc. Having stayed there several times, I can tell you that it's a nice property with a good pool and hot tub (*kind of* weak jets, but they work ok), good breakfast with decent coffee, comfortable rooms and beds, and when it's open, awesome pizza to bring up to your room from the bar in the lobby. I neeeeed white noise to fall asleep, and the ac/heat unit in the room we had did not have the "constant fan" option, and I couldn't figure out how to make it stay on. I was glad to find that there was a bathroom fan… that helped. The room also had a slightly odd odor. Those are honestly the only complaints I have.

The front desk assistant was very helpful in helping us get utensils for our dinner and was very friendly!

The Staff, especially Elanor, were wonderful with my kids. She brought us up hot chocolate and warm baked cookies after the kids were done playing in the snow.

Great hotel for the price! Much cleaner than some of the hotels I've stayed in and around Chicago for half the price. Eleanor at the front desk was very friendly and helpful!

Eleanor the front desk person was very friendly and helpful. She asked about room preferences and told us about area sights. The rooms have many amenities including a microwave and fridge. Judy, the server at the free breakfast, was cheerful and kept the eggs and bacon replenished. Overall, I was impressed by the staff attitude, cleanliness and amenities.

My sons and I stayed here in April 2015 and we had a great time. Eleanor took exceptional care of us and it truly felt like we were visiting family! The pool was great, the beds were super comfy and breakfast had a ton of variety and is fresh and hot. No, you aren't going to have a five star meal here, but the kids loved it and that's all that matters to me. The rest of the staff was super friendly and treated my kids well. I have absolutely no complaints. We will be returning for our next weekend out of the city.

My family and I stayed at the best western when we were in a bind and needed a hotel in the area. Will never stay here again. Paid 170.00 for a room on a Saturday night. That is a ridiculous price for a hard bed and both my daughter and I ended up with bites all over our bodies but midday the next day. I tired calling them but no answer.

119$ for a king size bed on a Friday night. Didn't stay, but I'm required to rate it in order to publish this review, so.

This was probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Horrible service, extremely rude employees, dirty rooms. I even found BUGS in the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am very appalled with this terrible service.

Eleanor was friendly and accommodating over the phone and that's why we booked at this hotel. That service continued for our entire stay with her and the rest of the staff. Room was clean and so was the rest of the hotel. The free (& hot) breakfast exceeded my expectations. I've stayed at nicer hotels that chirp about their breakfast being great. This place surpassed the mark. Also, the shower pressure was my favorite thing, besides the service.

The first review I saw mentioned "horrible" customer service. It was the customer service that has me writing this review. The two ladies I dealt with, Mary and Eleanor, were as friendly and accomodating as they could be. What could have been a sour experience was turned around by Mary, simply by the way she treated me as a customer. We came to this Best Western on June 11, 2011 after a long cold day at Great Lakes Dragaway, tired and beat up by the weather, only to find that we were going to be sharing the facilities with high schoolers in the area for baseball tournaments. I'm happy to say the athletes were friendly and responsible. It's a shame that neither some of their parents and younger siblings weren't the same. The parents dumped the kids in the pool area, unsupervised, and some of those parents became a pain in the rear in the lounge. But you won't necessarily face that. We were in a good size room that was clean, with comfortable beds. We had what was more than an acceptable breakfast. I'd say it was probably better than some of the restaurants in the area. The lobby was clean and comfortable, as well. The one thing I found ridiculous as an early riser was that the pool doesn't open until 9:00 am. I was told that was because of insurance regulations. I didn't get that one at all.
