Enjoyed our weekend away for my daughter's 13th birthday. Any staff that I encountered or needed help from was very nice and prompt. Thanks for a great experience where I was already anxious about spending money LOL.

We came to celebrate a nephews birthday. Upon entering our room, we noticed that the sheets were wrinkled, there was garbage between the beds and on the walls. We called room service and front desk stated they would send d someone to clean the room. I personally was waiting the 40 minutes they said they would show and they never did. They took so long I ended up napping and still a few hours later, room was dirty. I headed over to the water park and sat down and upon getting my first slice of pizza security comes up to us and states that we are going to be evicted with no refund of our kids are caught running around unsupervised, which is fine, but the approach and demeanor was as if we were in a prison facility. Later in the day, we went back to our room and it was still dirty, so we requested a full refund due to the disappointment at the front desk. The manager Jonathan called the police while this was happening and it was completely unnecessary as we were orderly. We have dealt with many hotels in our lifetime, all we wanted was for the room to be cleaned. I recommend customer service training for 90% of the staff in the hotel, because we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. I would never step foot in this place again.

We stayed last weekend in a King bedroom suite, our adult kids and grandkids stayed in the queen bedroom suite, and in between was an amazing hospitality suite. We had a fabulous stay! Starting with dear Peggy who checked us in! The hotel was super busy and not both of our rooms were quite ready but she got the keys to the rooms we needed as we had a party to host at the waterpark for 20 plus friends and family for our 4 year old grand daughter. Once we arrives in our rooms we were pleasantly surprised with the changes since we had stayed here over 10 years ago! Updated, comfortable beds, large bathrooms, and very clean! Awesome job housekeeping Heather! We appreciate the detail to the cleanliness! After a very fun party at the waterpark (with excellent staff by the way and a cake by one of Waukesha’s finest bakery sweet perfections! ) we went back to the hospitality room and were able to visit and bring our food and beverage from the waterpark snack bar and Didis, then retired to our rooms for an amazing nights sleep. We will return soon and are so thankful for a wonderful family weekend with such great accommodations! Great job to the entire staff!

We had an awesome stay! My son loved the waterpark. The room was great! Friendly staff. The food was good at Didis as well! We would for sure go back for a mini trip.

I have been coming here for over 7 yrs and now that they are under new management never again. Staff goes out they way to make everything about your stay difficult. They are all rude and all gave different rules and regulations based on the way they feel. Treated us like we were entrances prison to get into a kids water park just horrible. Don’t waist your fun/money here go to timber ridge in lake Geneva wi.

I've been here a few times the photo and video appliance weddings. The staff is always been five star and handled and taking care of everything a bride and groom could wish for. Food was excellent timely and prompt… servers were definitely a one step above the normal. Thanks so much for making this bride and groom's memorable evening and I'll look forward to shooting more weddings here in the future.

Very nice place to stay. Very family friendly. Nice water park for the kids. Hot tub for the grown ups. Great bar with great food.

I see all the negative reviews but our stay was pretty awesome! We paid for the Christmas package but on the receipt it looked as if we were still charged for the pizza and drinks. Overall everything negative I read…didn’t compare to our visit at all! We had fun! Memories created! ❤️

The staff is so incredibly rude. I live 5 min away and would take my daughter her for a weekend getaway once a month, and spend a little over $500 between the room, food and arcade each time we went. So I decided to take my daughter her for her 5th birthday. Which I told the lady on the phone that we planned on doing cake and pizza in the room, which she said was fine. Well come to find out it wasn’t fine. After the waterpark they made my brother his 1 yr old and girlfriend walk outside to the front of the hotel, with no shoes, clothes or towels. (Because they paid $40 for waterpark passes THAT DOESNT INCLUDE TOWELS🙄) so I called the front desk because that is incredibly inappropriate! So Stacey and her bodyguard came to my room. Demanded a headcount and then started kicking people out of the room…. At a 5 yr olds birthday party…. It was a joke! I will tell everyone how horrible this experience was, how horrible the staff is, and how it is not worth the money. Don’t stay here. Go to the dells.

I'm not exaggerating at all when I say this was by far the WORST customer service experience I've ever had and it was after spending 500+ dollars.
Are you reading all of the terrible reviews about security and people being escorted out? BE AWARE THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE. (And I'll be the first to admit it's almost definitely related to the color of your skin)
Multiple people have been reviewing this place with my exact experience. We called about a birthday party, was told everything was fine. Well later after the water park we are harrased and treated like criminals, literally escorted from our room for having a 5 year old birthday party at 4pm, because of some clause about amount of people in the room.
I even went up the ladder as far as I could to politely request an explanation and I was treated like criminal then too. Stacy, the manager, is extremely unkind and takes a certain pleasure in kicking you out. Really disturbing.
Tiffany, I know you're reading this. I hope this place closes because of your negligence. Look at all of these terrible reviews that your terrible policy has caused. Maybe you should go back to school.
Do not stay here. Spend 30 extra bucks and an hour of your time to go to the dells. I repeat do not stay here. As if customer service isn't bad enough the rooms are nasty and the Waterpark doesn't even have enough towels lol.

We had a great time. My son loved the waterpark! The room was nice & clean. Room service was prompt. Waiter at Didi's supper club was great. Brought our son his fries & some extra apple sauce right away so he didn't have to wait. Which is a huge plus when you have a hungry toddler.

There over priced and not family friendly. They try to be high end. But pretend to be family friendly. The life guards only half pay attention to your kids, the restaurant over charges for bad food and there wait staff moves slow for a 1/4 full restaurant and dose a half ass job but expect a great tip. Just wouldn't recommend wasting your money there.

Rooms were very clean, water park was very clean. There’s something for everyone and my kids are 6-18. It was easy to get a table. All Staff was friendly. I had no issues with noise complaints after 10 as mentioned in the reviews? Prices were reasonable and location was an hour from my home. We’re definitely coming back.

We stayed at the hotel and if I could I would give it more than 5 stars. The waterpark, the rooms, the service, country Christmas, the lights, decor. It was a great place to stay with my family during the holidays and cannot wait to come back again.

Beautiful place, kind, very friendly.

Shower water in room was cold didn't get warm at all and people were running up and down the hallway knocking on doors and being extremely loud till 3 in the morning, also was over charged for a room : (never again will I be going there.

Love the waterpark and the staff. Our family has been going there for over several years. One suggestion if possible would be to turn off the music playing inside the waterpark. Not only is it not 1980 it is also terrible to hear music skip on every song coming out. Just turn it off or fix the audio please. Thank you,

Very affordable and a great time! We have gone for about 6 years now. Staff are all very friendly and lifeguards are excellent. Very watchful over all the children. I believe it was a couple years ago that it was renovated? Anyways, it is beautiful!

The water park was loved by my kids. The life guards did a great job without being jerks. Indoor/outdoor hot tub was my favorite. The hotel room was nicely decorated and super clean. The food in the Waterpark area could use some improvement. Pizza was a bit on the soggy side and the soft pretzel bites were rocks.

We had our wedding at the Ingleside and it was beautiful. Brian was so helpful with everything and the day went PERFECT. I’m serious, I was waiting for something to go wrong, go missing, etc. It never happened! The staff was friendly and the food was AMAZING! We chose the cashew crusted chicken, shrimp tortellini Alfredo and roast beef and everyone was raving about how great the food was! Bartenders were awesome and waitstaff were professional. We had the Oakton ballroom and 220 guests fit perfectly! 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent hotel, a nice place to stay at. I had my second day as a lifeguard at the water park. I’m having lots of fun and enjoy being part of the team.

We celebrated my daughters 8th birthday last year at ingleside! Although they had a major power outage (weather related not their own fault) the staff was pretty awesome! The water park as always the kids enjoyed it greatly … they also had a BLAST in the arcade room!
Seeing as how I will be booking again soon for her 9th birthday (next month) I guess it’s safe to say we are happy customers!

We stayed at the Ingleside for an impromptu getaway. The service was great-very friendly and helpful! We also utilized the waterpark and were very impressed by the lifeguards and attention they exhibited while working, all while being friendly and courteous. Our room was also very nice and clean. We would definitely recommend this place and will hopefully have a chance to stay here again!

We booked a last minute reservation for here as an impromptu mini family getaway to start celebrating our kids impending birthdays (10 & 2) and this place did not disappoint! Beautiful updated decor, clean amenities, and super friendly staff that smile and say hello as you walk through the hallways. We had a great time at the waterpark and I love how attentive the lifeguards are. It helped ease my mind when our 10 year old wanted to explore by himself for a while because I knew he was still being watched. We ordered pizza at the end of the night in our room and it was great! My family devoured it If there is any downside to our evening it would probably be the game room. While the games themselves were good. The prizes were lack luster. For $40 in tokens that resulted in just over 400 tickets our oldest was able to get a whoopie cushion and a small car. I'm glad he had fun but as a parent that just spent that much it was a bit disappointing. Overall we had a fantastic experience though! Thank you to the awesome staff for all that you do to help families like us create amazing memories with our loved ones.

This was my first time staying here. Myself, another mom and 4 kids stayed in the executive queen suite spending close to $400 with water park included. The room was spacious and clean. Our issue was with the water park and staff. Most kids like to go in the hot tub occasionally, their hot tub was for adults only, 16 and older. We let the girls go on the stairs and we’re immediately told it was for adults only. Kids were disappointed and I understand the rules so the kids went and played elsewhere. My friend and I sat near the hot tub and when the girls came back they came and sat with us on the edge and had their feet in the water. We again were immediately told it’s an adult only hot tub, we asked if they could put their feet in the water and the security guard said yes. Only their feet. Cool great! Mind you, no one else was in the hot tub. After we ordered pizza to our room we came back to the water park where a teenager was manning the stairs and asked to look in our bags. I had a small bag of popcorn in my bag that they told me I needed to bring back to the room, I get it, they want us to buy their snacks. My friend had white claws in her bag, she told them she had a gluten allergy and they said she could bring them in, they even went to get her cups so we could drink them without other guests knowing.

Everything about this experience has been top notch! The cleanliness, staff, the amazing food, pizza and garlic toast is everything! Highly recommend this place!

We had our wedding here in the hearthside for ceremony and reception in the pavilion. Brian went above and beyond for us and all the staff from catering to front desk did an amazing job. Our executive suite was beautiful and huge. Would recommend for stays and weddings.

The staff here were incredibly kind and professional. The hotel features a contemporary, sleek, and artsy aesthetic, which is evident in one of the cutest lobby’s I’ve seen yet! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to getaway with the kids … or without! ☺️

Great service! After a long day went to the supper club to get some food, they were closed. Mary Anne and Michael didn’t have to stay, help and talk the cook into making my family some food, but they did. And made it seem like no problem. These two went above and beyond and made our time at the hotel amazing. They made me a customer for life. I plan on coming here even when I’m not staying at the hotel.

Went to a wedding in one of the Halls last year. I thought they did an excellent job observing and the bartenders were excellent. I would recommend it for weddings, or business meetings.

We held a 3 day conference here and the hotel was a mess. There is construction EVERYWHERE including a lot of noise. They 100% should NOT be booking conference room while construction is going on. When I originally booked the conference space I was told the construction would be completed however, when we got there, the hotel was still a disaster. When I asked if the construction could be done in a different area of the hotel (seeing that the ENTIRE hotel is under renovation you would think they could work somewhere else for a few days), I was told that they would do "quiet" work instead of using power tools. This was NEVER taken care of. I had to talk to the construction workers at least once an hour each day asking them to stop using power tools in the room directly next to our conference room. The construction workers told me they didn't speak English, they didn't know who their bosses were, and also said they were not using power tools as they were holding a power tool in their hand. The staff at the Ingleside never took care of the issue and although I was told they addressed it with the construction crew, they clearly didn't since it never stopped for THREE days straight. It was a total waste of money to hold a conference there. I would never book again with them.

Remodeled room was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. The only thing I felt like was missing is USB port/charging station for electronics. My kids loved the waterpark and the lifeguards were very nice and so diligent. I felt my kids were very safe. The watepark manager, Geno, was very kind and welcoming of our son's service dog and informed his staff of our situation! Thank you Geno! Hotel staff were friendly. Only issue was when my husband checked to see if they had room available for an extra night. They were booked but the front desk clerk was not very nice. He spoke with her the next day and she was again unfriendly. He did however speak another woman at the front desk later concerning a different matter and she was very friendly. Based on construction, there was a lack of signage, which would've been helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend.

We’ve stayed a few time and my kids absolutely love the water park! Our last time there we stayed in one of the new rooms and we were disappointed in the fact that the electric outlets weren’t suitable for my husbands cpap machine for his sleep apnea. He came in late that evening and had to track someone down to get an extension cord to run from the bathroom outlet that was the only one that was upgraded enough to use. We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and never had that issue before. Not to mention when he asked at the front desk the lady made a comment about a famous athlete dying from sleep apnea, made my husband who wasn’t sure if he’d be able to use his machine that night feel great!
