All their rooms have bed bugs and they switch me to another room for $300 and they still have bed bugs and they didn't want to refund me this place is disgusting and needs to be shut down I will be calling the inspector.

Night management lets the India kids run threw the hotel while the dads are sitting in the breakfast area drinking and no one was watching the kids running threw the hotel pushing my kids around and take toys a way from my daughter and the three nights we stayed there this happened they were even cooking in thier rooms that set the fire alarms off and the night manger was just pausing like what do I do. Saturday night it was late and my kids were in bed and they were running threw the hallways slamming doors and I told the night manger that my kids were sleeping and it was late and they were running threw the hallways and slamming doors and all he said was maybe the will setal down for the night it was at was not a good stay all I wanted to do is stay there with my family and take my wife to her dad's and brother's grave and my kids to see and visit their grandpas and uncels grave and the whole stay was ruined by kids what were getting a way with everything and thier parents not watching them.

It has a Great pool area!

This place is dirty. The rooms smell musty, the carpets are dirty. You cant slap a coat of paint on it and call it grand.

Hotel rooms were clean. Cereal on tap at 2am was cool after celebrating a wedding and drinking lots of different whiskeys from many different flasks. Also, the chair in the lobby was probably one of the best I’ve napped in. Mad props goes to the lovely woman that kept the breakfast trays filled in the mornings—you’re my hero. Highly recommended.

Same customer service as others said and that is none. No food left at breakfast and dude didnt care a bit. Group of thugs in the lobby ate it all.

Better than your usual hotel. Water pressure is good in the showers but leaves you feeling like you haven't washed everything off. The breakfast is good in the morning. And the pool is decent sized. Parking is a little odd but plenty of spaces.

Nice hotel with pleasant rooms. Would be nice if they could change up breakfast options while staying throughout the week. Gets a little hard to eat the same thing 4 days in a row.

Clean and spacious rooms. Indoor pool and jacuzzi. Free breakfast buffet with quite a few food and drink options. Right off the highway.

Nice hotel, with good aesthetics. The room my family was in was nice enough, nothing fancy. There was room service, which was decent overall. With complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi the stay moves my rating from good to great.

Spent several nights here for business and got to know the desk person Tom! He listened to everything I had to say and he actually went above and beyond to meet our needs even when it was 11:30 and I was hungry do to working through dinner and he let me get a cup milk for my vending machine dinner! I give this place and him 5 stars! As a locAtion for our corporate lodging! I can assure batteries plus bulbs will continue to stay with this facility and him! Thanks best western and tha is Tom for the exceptional stay!

Its practically impossible to find. It's behind a bunch of businesses in some mall-like area, and I swear it has no sign. However, it was clean and the staff were very polite.

Great staff. Super clean room. Rarely seen queen sized beds. It was a great stop. I even stayed an extra day, even though needed to be going on and I didn't have cell phone coverage here. Solid Wi-Fi and awesome cable selection, so it balanced out not having a phone. It worked out and I caught up on Jersey Shore episodes. They even have their act together enough to throw down on three way light bulbs in the room. I don't think in my adult life I've ever been that with it. Well done! It was really rejuvenating and pleasant. Thank you so much. Really lovely. It was a nice place to relax with a ton of stress and chaos going on in my life. Thanks for providing that for me and my animals during this difficult time. It was amazing to feel able to relax for a day and have a day off to nurture myself and fully relax. I lounged around today for the first time in six months. I had an actual day off! Wow! What a wonderful thing!

Needed a place to shower and catch a few hours of sleep during our Ragnar. This hotel was great! Quick check-in at 2:30 am, friendly desk clerk, hot shower, and comfortable bed. There were many options for breakfast; I was delighted with a yogurt, pastry, scrambled eggs and sausage. I would definitely stay here again.

I didn't stay overnight as I couldn't afford the rate. I attended a conference. Food for continental breakfast, lunches & breaks was good. However, they ran out of food at breaks, which may have been the fault of the conference organizers. The place could use improved signage, indoors & out, to aid finding the best entrance & the conference rooms.

I was very impressed with the Best Western Grand hotel. The staff were very professional and warm, the decor is lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. I will stay there again when I am next in the area.

Clean rooms, good breakfast spread, and a wonderful pool and hottub area made for a great stay. This is a convenient location with many restaurants and bars nearby. It was close to our relatives, which made it a great choice for us.

We stayed on 3/23/18. We pre-paid through the ID90 travel app which we have used successfully many times at other hotels. The hotel also charged us — an error on Best Westerns part. I called on Saturday 3/24/18 after we noticed the double charges and spoke to Tom who told me a manager would call me back. No one called. I called back on Monday 3/26/18 and spoke to Kelly. She was not kind and basically told me I was tying to “scam” her and that people say this “all the time. ” She asked me to email her the receipts from the ID90 email confirmation and I did so. In my email I asked her to please reply that she received it. She never responded so I called her back and she said she had refunded it and it would show up in “3-4 days. ” I called yesterday 3/30/18 as it had been 5 days and we didn’t have a refund yet — I spoke to Brian, he said we probably won’t be refunded as their is not proof of pre-payment but that I could call back on Monday 4/2/2108 and talk to Kelly… so Kelly lied to me about her doing her part in refunding us-After she accused me of “scamming” I find it interesting that Kelly ended up being the criminal by lying and stealing our money? True story of suspicion breeding guilt.

Th breakfast was amazing. Free shuttle from the airport and to the airport. The in restaurant was excellent. I loved everything here.

Great staff and continental breakfast is spot on. Rooms are nothing fancy but nice pool, hot tub and workout room. Only complaint was that one room I had there smelled like a wet dog was inside the AC/heating unit. Have stayed in other rooms and never had that problem though. Back in 2011 my upstairs neighbor in myself apartment in Pewaukee started our building on fire and I was a displaced resident that night. I came to best Western and explained my situation and they went above and beyond to help me! Not only did they give me an EXTREMELY discounted rate for the week, they worked with me and the Red Cross to get additional money off of my bill. Great group of people there.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The guest room had good Wi-Fi and breakfast was provided by the hotel. Plenty of parking and the hotel does offer a pool and hot tub. Overall good experience for my overnight business trip.

Pool closed during our stay for an extended time, we were not notified when booking (I called the hotel direct) and no one told us when checking in. I emailed the hotel chain and the manager and no one even responded. We were there for a week for my fathers funeral with grandkids and my niece. My niece teaches swimming and they were looking forward to it. We would have chosen a different hotel for all 7 of us if we would have known. No excuse for neither to not reply to the emails.

For 6 years I've stayed there whenever I go to Waukesha. Reasonable rates, very clean. Several stores and eating places within easy walking. The year-round swimming pool is excellent.

Decent hotel, with no bedbugs (very important) but the area was only so-so and you needed a specialized guidance system to find the place at first. It definitely needs a bigger sign.

Rooms smelled old and musty. Pillows sucked. Staff was great. Enjoyed the hot tub.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at when I'm in the area. Main lobby area is very nicely decorated, staff is very good, and friendly. The rooms are nice, and beds are very comfortable. The continental breakfast has a wide variety of items, and is very good.

Beds are pretty comfy. Breakfast starts at 5:30 do that is really nice! They were a little slow on keeping up with the breakfast options. The AC control does not have an actual temperature but just a hot and cold. I did not go to the pool sup I have no opinion there. Pretty good price for what you're getting.

The staff was cordial and helpful. The room was clean and quiet despite being next to a major highway. Each morning breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy and assorted breads. Also a water cooler in the dining area so you can fill a water bottle. A nice shaded grassy area to walk dogs.

I do not recommend staying on ground floor with the pool. Room was musty/mold had to switch rooms. Said we needed room far from pool or we needed to check out. They gave us a nice room on 3rd floor and it is great. Still recommend just not near the pool.

They have parking for 2 semi trucks here. The room was clean & comfortable. Plenty of dining &/or drinking places within walking distance. Kelly at the front desk is awesome! We never would have found the truck parking without her. Also, pets are allowed for $10.

We stay at the Best Western Grand whenever we are in Waukesha, WI. It is always clean, employees are nice, pool is nice and the breakfast has many choices of hot and cold foods/drinks. The Grand is near gas stations, food store and places to eat.

We stay at the best western, and it's a wonderful place to stay. The staff does a great job. We are so happy to be there.

Great hotel if you just need a place to sleep and breakfast in the morning. The pool and hot tub are great bonus if you require something extra!

When arriving at the pool in the afternoon there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway. Some of the jets in the hot tub didn't seem to be working properly. There were several used bandaids around the pool/hot tub. The railing going into the pool wasn't properly secured, it pulled out of the floor when using it to exit the pool. At breakfast this morning there was no eggs or biscuits for the biscuits & gravy. When asking for more the man at the front desk said he didn't have time to make more eggs but could try to get more biscuits. There was a bag of chips in the ceiling of the elevator. Elevator seemed to run very slow. The little throw pillow on our bed had a cigarette burn hole in it as well as our sheets had a hole in them. Room overall was clean.

Very small rooms. Fridge was broken. 2 towels hanging on the towel rack pulled it out of the wall. Breakfast was decent.

Way better then I thought. My co. Booked me the hotel so I wasn't expecting so many amenities. And an awesome pool.

Everything was clean and the service was friendly. The waffles are delicious! My son particularly liked the the variety of juices.

Rooms were clean and well-kept. Pool was clean. Shower had excellent water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were too soft. Breakfast was meager but warm. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.

Very disappointed… We were woke up by house cleaning banging on our door at 8 am. There was no coffee in our room. The front desk person when we checked out was busy on her phone and drinking coffee. She never asked how anything was then when we got to our car she was outside smoking. Needless to say we will not return.

Great location, awesome little bar right next door with great food and service, the rooms are nice and we'll maintained.

Easy on/off location. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast selection. We also enjoyed the pool room. Pool temp was great and the hot tub right beside it was nice.

Queen beds. Seemed clean. No problems. All night coffee.

I've spent many nights at this hotel, and I have to say it's definitely one of the best managed ones in the area. Front desk is responsive, equipment is always working, pool, hot tub are good, etc. I use this hotel as my comparison to other hotels, and outside of moving up to a four — or five star hotel, this is among the best.

My 2wk stay was comfortable for the most part in Feb 2014. Other than the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night, I can't complain. Right off the interstate, very convenient for business trips.

After getting permission from the manager that we could use the breakfast area to play cards and such, we were told by BRIAN at the front desk that this area is "closed after 9:30". He had posted signs in numerous places from a printer and told us that this is the "company policy"! Also he would roll his eyes when a guest would come up to ask for towels and such.

It was a nice place to stay at other than one afternoon I came back to my room and my door was propped open. Not to mention everyone elses doors were open on the same floor. I talked to a fellow guest and she complained and the receptionist try to justify it not being open very long. I checked several hours later and several doors were still left open. Not to mention my Oakley sun glasses went missing while staying here.

I have been staying every year for about 12 years. Great price and great value.

Least user friendly hotel ever! Came here for a family reunion. No drinks or snacks of any kind in pool area, chased out by the evening manager because we had paper cups! No leeway, no how. So our families tried to spend the evening using the tables in the breakfast area to play board games. Manager printed and posted sign saying "breakfast area closed at 9:30pm". Then chased us out. If all you need of a hotel is to stay in your room and not interact with other guests in your party this is the place for you! Other wise spend the extra money and stay at one of the other very nice hotels in the area that are more accommodating to the needs of their guests.
