I had the most marvelous time staying at the Brayton Bed and Breakfast! Nicole's cooking was an excellent surprise in the mornings, and the afternoon treats were delectable! Their knowledge of the area was so helpful. Scott and Nicole have thought of every detail to make their guests feel welcome. I would love to stay at their home again and again-and try out a different suite each time!

Spent our weekend in Oshkosh and enjoyed our 3rd stay at Brayton Bed and Breakfast, which Nicole and Scott have made into such a wonderful place for a relaxing time away! The house is so cozy and welcoming, it's perfect for just sitting around and enjoying a cup of coffee in one of the sitting rooms in the morning while Nicole prepares one of her amazing breakfasts, or in the afternoon while enjoying one of her tasty dessert treats! If you want to get out, the location is perfect for walking down Main Street to enjoy one of the local cafes, bars or restaurants; just ask Nicole and Scott for a recommendation! We are looking forward to our next stay whenever our travel plans take us towards Oshkosh again!

Another Great Stay with Nicole & Scott. From the relaxing accommodations to the referrals where to go they have hit all spot on. We stayed in the Casa Suite for the first time with friends and it was perfect for all 6 of us. Most comfortable beds to the great breakfast Nicole puts on. We will be back in fall.

There are only a few words that can truly describe Brayton Bed and Breakfast … awesome, awesome and awesome. We felt welcome as soon as we walked thru the gate of the beautiful front yard and entered into the enclosed front porch (so comfortable). But when we walked into the Brayton and saw our room, and the rest of the Inn — that's when we realized how smart we were for staying at the Brayton instead of those other cookie-cutter mega hotels that have no soul, nor the individual charm and comfort. Our room was so quaint and the bed … well let's just say I thought about taking it home. The rest of the Brayton was just as great — the parlor, the sitting room, and the dining room. Yes, the dining room where we had Nicole's most tasty-licious homemade carrot cake oatmeal. The attentiveness of Nicole to make our stay comfortable was above and beyond … again, something you can not get at your square box hotel. So, stay at the Brayton Bed and Breakfast at Oshkosh or otherwise regret not having a relaxing experience you would have otherwise enjoyed at the Brayton.

We always look forward to staying at the Brayton; they're a level above the rest. When we travel, we tend to stay in 5 star digs — both hotels and B&Bs — and the Brayton never disappoints. This was our fifth year at EAA, and the best place in town, without question, is the Brayton. Nicole and Scott are terrific hosts and have always made our week stay feel like coming home. The rooms are designed to perfection and comfort; and don't even get me started on the breakfast and dessert offerings; I devour everything. Thanks, Nicole and Scott, for another memorable week.

Brayton Bed and Breakfast is an amazing place with a great value. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and the eat-in, homemade breakfast is always fantastic. Nicole and Scott are so friendly and so accommodating. I will definitely stay again the next time I'm in Oshkosh.

We stayed here 3 nights for our wedding and it was wonderful! The Belle Suite provided us with a perfect escape from everything at night. The room was beautiful and relaxing. The homemade breakfast was delicious and the company was very welcoming. We are so glad we elected to stay another night to recharge and unwind. Can't wait to come back sometime!

This was our first stay in a B&B and we really enjoyed the stay. The room was great, very comfy. Nicole does a fantastic job on breakfast! Both Nicole and Scott make you feel right at home. The Farmer's Market was a real treat and so close. We found Oshkosh a great place to visit, friendly folks, wonderful places to visit and a B&B that everyone would enjoy visiting. Breakfasts were amazingly good and generous portion size, desserts in the evening are a great touch. The room was beautiful and comfortable and had a gigantic bathroom with corner (two-person size) bathtub. Very highly recommend and would love to go back! Also, farmers market 2 blocks down the street on Saturday in the summer was so impressive. Great dining in walking distance.

If you need to get away and relax, I would highly suggest the Brayton Bed & Breakfast. Nicole & Scott are such a great couple, take great care of you during your stay and offer suggestions for places to wine & dine along with places of interest. During the summer, stay the weekend and rent a pontoon from Scott to enjoy the fun in the sun. Have Nicole set up a day spa nearby for a relaxing massage. You won't regret it.

We have been staying at Braydon Bed & Breakfast for many years and it is one of our favorite places to be! Scott and Nicole are always welcoming and accommodating. We always feel pampered and well taken care of. The rooms are beautiful and luxurious and the breakfasts are delicious. Our last stay was this past weekend, for our son’s graduation from UW-Oshkosh. We reserved several rooms for extended family and friends and although shorter than most of our visits, Nicole and Scott went out of their way to make sure everyone had everything that they needed for a comfortable stay. Thanks once again for making this exciting weekend so special for us!

My wife and I loved our stay last night at the Brayton. Beautiful accommodations and very kind host. We stayed in the Belle Suite — very handsome and comfortable decor. The bananas foster waffles were certainly a tasty treat this morning!

A great place to just sit and relax. Great hosts with wonderful breakfast. This is our 5th stay and definitely will be back.

Such an incredibly beautiful building. The rooms were gorgeous and very nicely decorated. Comfortable beds, cozy robes and delicious food all served up by an incredibly sweet couple. Thank you for everything!

It was my first time in Oshkosh and I would not want to stay anywhere else. The room was extremely cozy and a very home-like environment. Nicole was absolutely amazing in helping me with all my needs and more. The highlight for me was the unbelievable breakfast that was prepared every morning. I will definitely be staying here again if I ever return to Oshkosh!

Brayton B& B is a comfortable and lovely inn located close to downtown Oshkosh. But more importantly, the innkeepers, Nicole & Scott, are warm & personable and so down-to-earth. We will definitely return for more visits!

We have been staying at Brayton B&B for a week every summer since roughly 2010, and continue to look forward to it each year. The proprietors, Nicole and Scott, are welcoming and fun with tips to help you discover where to go for supper and stories to keep you laughing all through breakfast. A wonderful bed and breakfast in the heart of downtown oshkosh, walking distance to the waterfront, the university, the best restaurants and bars, and the bus transit center (yes, this is a feature we use frequently). We discovered Brayton B&B because of its location but we stayed because of its charm.

This is truly a fabulous B&B. Best of all the friendliness and attention to details and making my visit special were above and beyond my wildest expectations.

With 50-plus bed-and-breakfast experiences, to date, the Brayton Bed and Breakfast is the one against which we measure all others! The hospitality, comfort, cleanliness and exquisite breakfast all make the Brayton our go-to place for a romantic getaway. In addition, we thoroughly enjoy all the attractions that Oshkosh offers. The Nutcracker Christmas at the Paine Art Museum is not to be missed!

I stayed three nights. If your visiting Oshkosh look no further. You will not find a greater lodging experience. The hosts are wonderful, the house feels like home and the attention to detail is masterful. You may even be fortunate enough to catch a guided yoga session in the back yard.

Excellent bed & breakfast. Hosts are extremely hospitable, go out of there way to accommodate your needs and/or wants. The food is fabulous.

We have stayed here 5 years running, every year for Irishfest so we have stayed in just about every room, this year the large suite. I can't say enough about how beautiful the house is, the great location, the phenomenal food and the hospitality of Scott and Nicole. We plan to continue this tradition for as long as we can!

Breakfast is amazing all of the rooms are very clean and super cute also the snacks that they have are amazing… way way way better then any hotel or bnb I've ever been to.

My wife and I had the privilege of staying here in January of 2016. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. The food was amazing and the hospitality matched it. The rooms are cozy and I'd recommend this place to anyone. They helped us acquire connections to do everything we wanted making our stay as relaxing as possible.

This was our fourth stay at Brayton. We stayed in the Brayton suite this time and it was wonderful just like each previous stay. Nicole makes the most amazing breakfasts and their Friday wine and cheese social was also a very good time. I can't wait to go back.

This was our second time staying here — the first time in the John Rich Room, and most recently the Casa Suite. Brayton sets the bar for B&B's and it will be hard for anyone to impress me more. Gorgeous setting, convenient location, amazing food and great hosts.

Five stars for sure! My girlfriend and I stayed in the Belle suite. It was romantic, and a beautiful room to lounge around in. Nicole and Scott were a pleasure to talk with, share stories and hopefully we will keep in touch. This B& B makes oshkosh and makes me look forward to returning.
