GREAT POOL! We are from Ann Arbor Michigan, and we like to go to the Hilton Garden Inn there because of the awesome kids pool they have. We have found that not all Hilton Garden Inns have the same pool, but we were pleasantly surprised while we were on vacation that this has the same pool! zero depth entry, sprayers, basketball hoop, and volleyball net! Thanks for the great stay!

Didn't spend much time there, but this is definitely one of the nicer hotels in the area. Great location for Greenway restaurants and such, and the hotel is very modern and clean. If that's your style, it'll be worth the price. Other area hotels I've seen are fine too, but not quite as nice.

We just got here but I was so impressed with how helpful Christine was at check in I decided to review early. She obviously loves her job and wants to help people have a nice time.

I got married in here! They have swimming pool and the kids loved it! Unfortunately the jacuzzi inside our room didn't work at the time we stayed for a night. But, so far I love the venue, and Judy had been helping me with the wedding and all the preparation and I am glad that it went well! Yay!

I arrived early and was able to check in early! Have a bar in the lounge with good prices! Will definitely stay here again given the opportunity!

While I was only in the conference room, the lobby/bar was beautiful. The pool area (had to pass by to get to the amazingly clean bathrooms) was clean and looked very nice. The conference room had great acoustics and we could hear our presenter in the back with no microphone. Coffee, tea, juices, bagels, fruits, and cheeses were tastefully arranged, delicious, and plentiful.

Very nice, even by Hilton standards. Clean, comfortable room. Great shower. I did not use any of the other facilities such as pool or fitness but they seemed to be in good condition. Two weddings we're at the hotel the night we stayed but we didn't hear a thing even with one of the receptions running late in the hotel ballroom.

Nice room, convenient location. The staff there for breakfast were great. However, I am not used to Hilton Honors Diamond members being denied a late checkout.

Great location near to the city, and downtown Middleton is a charmer. Really good service at the front desk and clean and comfortable rooms.

Service is still good, but it has slipped a bit. Hotel is still a solid property. Beds are comfortable. Wi-Fi is good. Breakfast is usually very good.

Room was a little on the smaller side but still had plenty of space. Business desk was nice and perfect for an overnight business trip. Staff was friendly and extremely accommodating.

Nice, newer hotel. The room service food comes from the restaurant across the street, and that was pretty good.

Really a special little place. Pretty interior and friendly staff. They were nice enough to donate space for our school math meet.

Service and everything was good. There was no free breakfast, it was actually 11 dollars per adult which I thought was kind of expensive since we were already paying quite a bit just for the room. Can't complain about anything else though, and there were lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

Rooms were very clean and smelled fresh upon entrance. Very nice pool amenities and a very delicious breakfast options.

The hotel is located next to a shopping area with various stores and great food options. The room is very comfortable with a wonderful king size bed and an awesome DirecTV setup. The hotel internet is reliable too with Wi-Fi or wired options. Temperature control in the room with heating/AC options. The staff is very friendly and there is a room service option if you don't want to go out to one of the convenient restaurants nearby. There is a pool and gym also, but I haven't used them. I'm here for Epic training, so it's also worth noting that this place provides a shuttle that takes you straight to the Epic facility with pickup at the end of the day. It's been a great stay so far, and I recommend it whether you're here for business or pleasure.

Friendly and efficient hotel staff, very nice breakfast spread, only thing that I would change is the coffee.

The Hilton Garden Inn graciously hosts a monthly event for the Middleton Chamber of Commerce. Always a great space and has a nice feel to it. Just another reason to attend!

Room was nice and service was good. Lack of a continental breakfast at the rate we paid is definitely a reason to look elsewhere. The Hampton Inn that is a couple miles down the road was just as nice and included a very nice breakfast.

As always, my stay here was great. The staff is so helpful and the location is great for my business needs yet still not far from downtown Madison. I would highly recommend it if you need to stay in the Middleton area.

This is a really great hotel. Attended the Midwest Wedding Summit and they pulled out all the stops. Rooms are beautiful and the pool is great! Nice bartenders and the sales staff is top notch. Would totally stay here again!

Guest services was friendly, two free bottles of water when I checked in. Nice little gym and swimming area. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bedding is top notch with goose down pillows. Not a single bad thing I could say about my stay here.

Fantastic stay, nice large rooms, very clean. Awesome pool with basketball hoop, volleyball net, and slides and water fountains for the kids. Had the softest towels I have ever had at a hotel. On site breakfast that was good as well. Really enjoyed our stay and so did our 3 year old.

The professionalism and attentiveness of Carl, the Hotel Manager, and his staff made us feel less like a customer and more like family. Judy, the Catering Sales Manager, and Sam, the Groups Coordinator, expertly and promptly fielded all of our concerns; quieting our anxieties and allowing us to truly enjoy our reception. The Hilton Garden Inn offered many delicious dinner options and had a group tasting in advance. We selected the prime rib, chicken Marsala, and mushroom ravioli. Our guests raved about the food, and the prime rib in particular. They had a kid’s meal options as well. We chose the macaroni and cheese which worked out perfectly for our younger guests! The accommodations were impeccable. Sam helped with special room requests, and worked with us to add rooms to our room black as needed. Further, the ability to stumble up to our room after partying the night away, rather than relying on transportation, was priceless. While the cost was comparable to some other venues, the personal attention, location, food, and general atmosphere created by the staff made the Hilton Garden Inn a steal.

Our stay was great. Check in was quick, the room was clean and comfortable, the hot tub was nice, check out was painless — no issues!

Great place for community events. Attended a Small Business expo/sale. The room it was held in was nice and the rest of the hotel was clean & attractive. The front desk staff was friendly as well.

It was great. The bartender, Terry, was an absolute gem and I would come again just to see her again. Service was fantastic and the omelet bar was top notch. Didn't get a chance to check out the pool sadly.

We had our wedding at the Hilton Garden Inn in August 2016, and it was exceptional! I felt so fortunate to work with the wedding coordinator, Judy, who was so kind and prompt. From start to finish, our experience with the Hilton Garden Inn was seamless, and it made our day so special. Judy and the Hilton Garden Inn staff are attentive, responsive, kind, and do an excellent job. The location is convenient and the facility is beautiful. We are so thankful we chose the Hilton Garden Inn for our wedding reception and a stress-free experience! The food is delicious also! :) Thank you to Judy, Pedro, and all of the Hilton Garden Inn staff for making our wedding day so memorable!

Good service and rooms are well appointed. Mini fridge is good but having a microwave in room is awesome!

Was there for professional course. Room was extremely cold. Staff was notified but we all shivered right til the end of the course.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been pleased. The rooms are always clean and the hotel is in a very good location. There are plenty of places around to grab a bite to eat.

Clean, friendly, very nice and helpful staff. Great breakfast, I appreciate they remember what beverages I like with breakfast even if I haven't been there in a couple months.

Our room was really nice. The front desk staff was amazing. The third shift guy was awsome, he even ordered our pizza for us.

Very disappointing of the service. The pool was very cold, the room was very hot and even when you can change the temperature the temperature never went under 74 degrees. The phones were not working, I forgot my cell phone at a restaurant and when trying to use the room phone to call my cell phone or to call the restaurant, the room phone did not work. I tried from the phone in the hall in the third floor, the first floor and when I asked the front desk for help she totally disregard me. I had to drive at 11:00 pm to the restaurant because the unfriendly person at the front desk. I spoke with the manager and he said I should be happy I got a good rate in the room.

Everything thing about the hotel was good, except for unsupervised children in the pool screaming at 11:30 at night. Talked to front desk employee and they stated "the pool is closing in a little so there is no point". Bad way to handle a complaint.

Love this hotel! Excellent breakfast, and the staff is top-notch! Recommend this to all of my friends and family!

This was my second time staying here. The staff are always friendly, the breakfast is awesome, great fitness center, great pool.
