Just… outside of town but has all the amenities close by. Cheap. Clean.

The highlight was the friendliness of the new staff. My husband and I have been going here for many years but this was our last time. The couple in the room next to us kept us up day and night with their constant fighting, the rooms need updating as many things are very old and run down which the owners need to do. They raised their rates and not any kind of breakfast nor coffee, places down the road in the same price range have more accomodations. Like I said the management on site are very kind but it is turning to be a trashy place.

Why share a comment when all the owners do is delete your comments. This place is terrible.

Very simple place. Small room, basic amenities (fridge and microwave). Dog friendly!

It was fine. Bed was comfortable. Owner was nice and friendly. We would not want any thing on a lower level. The price was good. No breakfast, but a nice restaurant next door.

Great place to stay for the money. The managers of this facility went out of their way to make sure we had all we needed and were extremely friendly. Rooms could use updating but I would definately stay here again!

This place is wonderful. Family owned feel. Friendly, helpful manager/owners. Just taken over. Much greater things to come. Clean & comfortable. Great location. Thanks so much for making us feel welcome. We’ll see you again when we come back to Marinette. Mike & Susie D.

I made reservations several months ahead of time and confirmed it through e mail as well as phone call that I would receive the kitchenette room for my 3 day stay this weekend. Upon arrival come to find out I was told it was unavailable and given another room. This room was very musty smelling, air conditioner / heater was very loud, no screens in the windows, the ventalation fan cover in the bathroom hanging, and most importantly no smoke detector. The room stunk all weekend and wasn't able to enjoy our stay or open the windows due to no screens. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I'm sure it's a violation for not having a smoke detector. Peeling paint throughout room. See pictures. I keep posting pictures but I believe someone at this hotel is deleting them.

My husband and I was returning from are trip up north Michigan. We got tierd of driving we dissided to stay in this Motel that was in are way home … I have a habit to check the corners of the bed of Motels, Hotels one to 5 for bed bugs. Bed bugs don't care if the place is a 1 or 5. To my surprise I didn't find bed bugs, but I did find a needle between the mattress. When I went to the frant desk to let them now what I found between the mattress and that I would like another room … The front desk men and women got so nasty and said that my husband and I have to leave there premises right a way if we didn't he was going to call the police on us … My husband and I said for what for letting you now about what we found … All we want it was a room to rest … We left and we found this great place frandly, clean and we check between the mattress and was clean no needles… If you want a great place to stay look no more here's a recommendation is just few min. A way. The edgewood motel 790 french st. Peshtigo wi. GREAT PLACE VERY FRENDLY … NO ATTITUDE And for 6 dollar more not bad.

Nice atmosphere, clean rooms, also good Price.

Expensive. Drain must've been plugged inside wall. Everytime you would run water in the bathroom it would flood out next to the bed. You never get your deposit back.

Good owners, very nice, helpful people. Rooms were very clean. Convenient location too. You won't find a better place for a better price in the area.

Used soap and a shampoo packet were left in the shower. The heater gurgled loudly unless it was set to the highest setting. The room was nicely kept otherwise. I did not ask for another room or mention it to the manager, so I did not offer them a chance to do anything about it. After I checked out and left this review, the manager called me to apologize. I think they do care about having everything right. I changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars.

I COULD NOT SLEEP! The walls are paper thin. There were guys in the room next door. They talked ALL NIGHT LONG. They did not talk loudly but they NEVER STOPPED TALKING! They also had the TV on most of the night, so if they did stop talking, the TV took over. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! Also, traffic and trains made MORE noise! UNBELIEVABLE!

Hotel staff was nice. But, I had to request clean sheets, due to hair being on them. The shower didn't drain very well. I've stayed at worse, but I would not recommend this place.

Comfortable, clean & priced right. Would definitely stay at again & would recommend.

Clean, inexpensive, fairly quiet. Two stars off because whoever cleaned took my pizza & beer from the fridge. After driving 5 hours & getting back after everything was closed I was really looking forward to my stuffed crust pizza & ice cold beer — the shock & disappointment was extreme. Fyi don't leave your food in fridge.

One bed was very good, the other less so. Nice hot shower with good water pressure. Friendly staff. You can hear everything through the walls, but it was nice and clean throughout.

It was a large room and was clean. It was, however, cold when arrived and took the water several minutes to get hot. The floor right outside the bathroom as also damp. Good place to stay for the price value.

This is a wonderful place the people are fabulous the rooms are clean and very comfy I stay here every time I'm in the area!

I live on the road 10 months out of the year doing road construction, and this place is by far the best out of EVERY hotel and motel I've ever stayed at! Really good rates, the rooms are perfect, microwave, fridge, and a flat screen TV which is more then what a hotel will give you. The owners are amazing, Dave and his wife treat you like family, do what ever they can to make their motel feel like home. No matter the problem you have, they WILL fix it for you. Words can't describe how amazing this place is, you have to stay here to truly appreciate it.

This motel is by far the worst motel ive ever stayed at. The woman who runs it is a horrible person. I actually caught her stealing from me after I noticed a few small belongings of mine had vanished. I then set up a nanny cam to catch her in the act. Sure enough, I caught her on tape. I did file a police report when I caughi t her stealing some medication of mine. It was a huge mistake on my part for prepaying for 2 weeks of lodging cuz the bed was so uncomfortable that I would wake up in alot of pain! the room was filthy and towels were so stained that I had to go buy my own towels to take a shower. I also caught the housekeeper in my room several times when I always had the "do not disturb"sign on my doorknob every day! I think everyone should be warned about the lady that manages this dump so they dont go through the same stuff I did. I was also told that I couldnt have anybody come visit me unless I pay extra. I had my sister and neice over twice and I got a nasty letter on my door saying I owe 139 bucks for having guests come over! i'd rather stay at the bates motel than marinette inn.

For the price, $51 including tax, the place is amazing. Three beds in the room I got. The bathroom was fairly nicely sized, had two sets of towels, washcloths, etc. Room had a flat screen tv, microwave, mini-fridge, desk with an office chair, and decent Wi-Fi. The beds were comfortable, with comfortable pillows.

We have spent many nights here through the years, always with the same positve results! Great place, roomy, REAL sheets, blankets and towels. It is always spotless. Fridge and microwave are great to have. This most recent time was the sad occasion of a family members funeral. When only two rooms were available on line I called and spoke to the owner who assured me that there were three available. When we got there she gave me the larger "triple" at no additional charge, which was great for my daughter, son-in-law and three grand-daughters. So appreciated.

The rooms were very spacious, and comfortable. The hotel provided a LAN cable for internet, but did not have Wi-Fi.
