Most disappointing stay we have had at any AmericInn. We had the whirlpool suite and when we checked in the AC wasn't running in our room. We immediately turned it on bit it took until the next morning for the whole room to get cooled down. We went swimming in the pool even though it was extremely cloudy and didn't use the whirlpool because there was sand or dirt all over the bottom. Then breakfast was a mess. The brand usually has a great complimentary breakfast. But they we're out of lots of the food — claiming their truck was delayed because of the holiday — but they had a building full of hungry people and only dried out old potatoes and cold egg pucks for their "hot breakfast" so we ate what we could. Then we realized that all the cartons of milk we're curdled despite having a good date — the hostess casually said, "Sorry, I guess they must have been left out at some point. " Gross. We will continue to go to our other favorite locations for the AmericInn but this one we won't return to.

Clean room. Cramped parking. Nothing overly fancy, but nice. Doors could use better sound insulation.

Staff is NOT friendly, and rude to the kids. Didn't even end up staying here, came to check it out and it's amenities, kids liked the pool… but did not want to stay after the staff was so poor to them.

The location is right off the highway, super convenient. The rooms were clean and well taken care of, the staff was friendly and amazing, and I will be staying here again.

Julia was very pleasant and nice. Slept really good.

We were not paying guest there. The weekend of January 27, my sister and her family were staying at Americinn in Hartford and we stopped to visit and swim. I thought the pool area smelled musty and weird and the water was not clear. A week later and I still can't get the smell out of my daughters hair and I have soaked are swim suits in vinegar, baking soda, froze them and washed them three times and they still smell horrendous. I just hope we didn't catch some weird water born bacteria. I just need to figure out what city/ county agency to report it to.

Hospitality was amazing and extremely nice! The room was a good size. Only downside is the room lighting was dim, everything had a yellow tint.

Very clean hotel and super nice. I would definitely go back! Teresa is the best.

I was completely disappointed with the room quality. Dirty room, dirty bedding, dirty bathroom and hair all over the place, it seems they did not clean at all, Customer who will never return!

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The only problem are the blankets on the beds. A thin bedspread and a sheet are not enough. This is Wisconsin, not Hawaii. If you ask at the desk, they will bring you a blanket. But really, by then, you're in bed and shivering before you realize the problem. The solution? Ask at check in if you need a blanket.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and nice. I was very impressed at a number of details that usually annoy me at hotels but this one got right: The mattress and pillows were supportive and comfortable! The shower heated quickly and had good pressure without feeling like it was trying to blast my skin off! The towels were fluffy and absorbent! The bathroom had a functional fan! It's the little things :)

We visited my parents who were staying at the hotel. We used the pool and the staff was excellent. My parents stated how nice they were and they enjoyed the breakfast.

Me b my family stated there over 4th of July, very friendly service. Front desk was awesome! My husband loved the breakfast as well as our daughter. Pool area was nice, hit tub could have used some work since when my husband got into it, was very cold. Didn't get fixed till the day we ended up leaving. All in all it was a very great stay, never had that @ any other hotel. They were very good to our daughter, defin would stay there again since I also went thru trivago… rms were very neat n tidy, just loved it there.

Breakfast sausage was a little overcooked, but the rooms were very clean and the pool area is well-maintained.

Check in and check out was super easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Came to swim. The pool is very nice and hot tub is great. Just needs to be a little warmer.

Great staff, super friendly and accomodating. Went above and beyond. Beds aren't the best, but for a night was great.

Can hear people in rooms next to you and in hallways. Pool had lots of hair in it. Was clean and nice. Workers are very accommodating and sweet. Breakfast was good.

Hotel is very nice ive stayed here multiple times staff is very helpful the rooms were clean the breakfast was awesome. Could use a bigger parking lot though but overall best hotel experience I've had.

We have stated here many times and always have had a great experience. Rooms and clean and all very nice. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is quite helpful.

Rooms have all been updated, pool is fantastic. I stay there often, staff is friendly and breakfast offerings are good. They have an outdoor patio/deck with a gas grill for cooking your own dinner. Always a good nights sleep.
