Stayed one night with my grandson. We (I) loved the heated pool and the hot tub.
We received good customer service, the hotel is clean, room in good shape. A number if choices for breakfast. I would stay here again. Great value for the price.

Clean rooms, friendly service, amazing hot breakfast with everything from smoothies, fresh waffles, eggs and many more options.

It’s 5pm and we are still waiting for our rooms. We made a reservation requesting three rooms together well over a month ago. We arrived at about 9:15 this morning and one room was ready. We informed the desk that all of us were here, and then went out for the day. At 5 pm we came back and attempted to check in. The woman behind the counter told us that we merely made a request and they don’t have to honor requests. They are down cleaning people and only have two people cleaning the entire hotel. She said check in is at 3 and they have rooms available just not near each other. I asked when she thinks the rooms will be done. She has no idea. She cannot shed any light on a time frame. I asked her if they would be done by like 6 or more like 9 pm and she can’t tell me. We have never had an experience like this. Our family travels together often and have never waited for rooms together for this long. Generally hotels attempt to accommodate families with these requests and if the rooms aren’t clean, they send someone to do them in a reasonable amount of time.

Good property. There was some equipment that wasn't working in the gym though. I'd stay there again.

Hotel is very clean, workers very helpful, and a great breakfast. The provided soaps and shampoo are not indicative of the otherwise great experience.

My wife and I stayed here while our daughter was in the hospital. The staff was able to extend our stay during a busy weekend when our daughter needed a few extra days. It was very much appreciated!

I never thought I would say this but my room was too big. The AC was far enough away from the bed that it never really got cool enough to sleep well. The hotel in general was fine and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a nice brewery/restaurant right next door.

We’ve stayed here several times over the years to bike the Ozaukee bicycle trail and the even numbered rooms do not face the interstate. If you are an honors member make sure to select a room ahead of time through the honors app. The room map shows the side that the interstate is on. If you select the right room, this can be a pleasant stay with the Water Street Brewery or the WI super club, Juice’s Ghost Town, close by. For those unfamiliar with the area, Grafton is a commuter town with a nice downtown. Nearby Cedarburg is a quaint tourist town with interesting shops, restaurants and galleries if you want to venture out a few miles.

Second time staying here for business and has been very enjoyable. Nice rooms, good breakfast options, and very friendly staff. A really nice place to stay and visit Port Washington and the surrounding areas.

Very expensive. Highway noise is insanely loud. Not enough parking spaces when booked. Breakfast was decent. Water pressure was good. Rooms are clean. Worst part is gps takes you the wrong wat. We called for directions and the lady at the desk was no help.

Everything was clean and people were friendly. Nice large room for groups to talk. I stayed here the night before my wedding, and we had an obnoxious drunk group that kept us up most of the night. Management have us the night for free but not getting a good night sleep really sucked.

Couldn't get text messages while at the hotel. Know someone else who stayed at a different Hampton and she had to get a new phone because all the problems it caused. She lost some memorable videos and pics.

The breakfast was a bit better than at other hotels that include it. There were eggs, yogart, fruit, which is what I usually eat, so I was happy. The carpets in the halls were clean and new looking. The bathroom in my room was updated and large. The only thing that I could say on the negative side was the heating and fan in the room were a bit touchy.

Nice clean and comfortable room. Check in was easy using digital key.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Right on I-43 and HWY 60. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. The hotel is not that old, so it is in good shape. The seem to maintain it well. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. It is one if the best hotels that I have ever stayed in.

The location is great. Right off Hwy 43 and 60. Only 20 minutes from downtown Milwaukee. Great brewery next door. Just be sure to get reservations ahead for larger groups. Seems relatively new. Nice sized rooms. Would stay again.

Nice staff, clean and tidy inside. The elevator can be scary at first as it rattles when it approaches it's stop. You kind of get used to that. We had a freeway facing room so obviously we could hear fast cars going by. If you are looking for a quieter stay, maybe don't get a freeway facing room or go to Comfort Inn by Target.

The elevator was terrifying, but I loved the Halloween decorations! And the Christmas music! Comfy rooms, nice bathrooms, overall great place.

I booked online, check in was fast. Quiet, spacious room. Bed was comfortable but a bit bouncy. Nice hotel, would recommend.

Spent 31 days here for work. Employees were great. Mostly accommodating. Rooms were clean and roomy. Ac was cold. Breakfast was just OK.

The facilities are easy to access, just off main roads. They are also quite well-kept and clean. The main conference room accommodates probably 25 people, and when my group attends conferences, we have 75% women. The restrooms are single stall mens or women's — would be very helpful to have a more proportionate amount of restrooms.

It was really fun there and it was a good stay. I loved the breakfast there and the pool was really nice. Service was perfect also the rooms were nice it had a big desk and 2 beds.

We went to another hotel across the bridge after driving 14 hours straight from GA. They were rude and over priced. So we checked with Sabrina at the front desk for a room. She was kind and courteous. Offered us a room that someone didn't show up for. Was ok that it was 6am and not the normal check in time. She'd fit in great down in GA with her hospitality. Got some much needed rest to continue our trip.

My wife & I stayed 3 nights, our room was ok, but I had issues with the bathroom toilet, the toilet paper holder was loose on the wall, the toilet was rather low, water level high, as a man, I stand to pee, but sit to it was not possible to wipe without getting my left hand wet, and getting up afterwards since it was so low was difficult, so I needed to take a chair to the toilet area to help me shift my weight forward enough to get up. The bed was high, hard to get into without help from the side table, the pillows not supportive, although 2 were provided for my side, 2 for my wife's side. I do not have that problem at home, We have a King Size Labeda we bought in Bloomington, IL. There was no night light to see when the room was dark, so had to leave bathroom light on with door open a crack. Coffee downstairs was selectable as robust to lighter, provided breakfast. Was ok, eggs scrambled, toast or muffin. Sausage, turkey, not pork. Jam, butter, cream cheese.
Hotel is no smoking inside but benches & smoking disposal holders were provided across driveway & at entrance.
Wife tried the in-Room hot tub on last night of 3, she liked it. Nearby food places, none, or more distant. — end.

I manage an 86 room hotel myself in northern Wisconsin. I thought the staff was great, very clean rooms, hotel was very elegant with great decore. Breakfast was very good with a big selection. Had a great stay.

Everything was nice. Manager helped us with anything we needed. They made sure we were comfortable the whole time we were here. It felt like I almost never left home.

Service is awful and a manager who has no idea how to run her own systems and adhere to brand service standards and satisfaction guarantees I want to give it ZERO stars because I loathed my stay it was worse than hatred.

BE CAREFUL the Choice Hotels online booking — non-refundable and so you can't fix mistakes. The dates default a few weeks ahead, so (don't be in a hurry like I was) DON'T assume that default date is today or tomorrow and not two weeks out. I just got stuck with a non-refundable two nights, exactly two weeks later than I intended. If you mess up — — you're screwed with an expensive mistake. Anybody want two nights in Grafton, WI on me? Grrrr. I'd rather book with a more expensive hotel that will let you fix mistakes.

Can not believe the issues we had staying there if you have to use a credit card be very careful as they charge your account before you check out and even when told that we would pay cash. They also added extra charges to our stay for no known reason. It has taken a day out of our time trips to the bank and many many calls to Hampton with no success as to the resolve of this issue. So far. We were told manager would be at 9 am no show then 11 still no show as of yet she has not called us back. Very unhappy with beware of your bank account it could cost you more than just a room charge.

Clean and well maintained facility. But the lack of smiles on the face of all the staff when I was checking out. They must have a bad morning for some reason :)
