The food at Chef Rene’s is wonderful! The Beef Stroganoff was phenomenal! Recommend it to anyone!

We only went there because of the restaurant with chef Rene.
it was great, we will be back!

We had dinner here last night and food was phenomenal! I had the best ribeye I’ve had in a long time. The menu is full of delicious options and the price is quite reasonable. There is outside dining and a sweet dock. Love it!

I just want everyone to know that my son's youth hockey state tournament was cancelled late the night before. Our team was all booked here for the weekend. They allowed us all to cancel without charging us a penality. What amazing customer service. We know that this negatively impacted the hotel as well. Our team appreciates what you did for us as the cancellation itself was disappointing news. We will recommend you to others and hope to have another opportunity to stay with you.

Absolutely the most relaxing Hotel in Eagle River! And, the restaurant, Chef Rene’s At The Inn is awesome! Food so delicious. Waitress, Katie and buser, Kailyn, were just delightful and so present for us. Loved our experience!

Every nice place to stay in Eagle River. Great food too. No need to run around looking for places to eat, drink and have a good time. It's an all in one package here. Eat, drink, swim, workout, and relax without having to drive another inch. It's all here for you.

We were there for a banquet and the staff was awesome! Food was great and The bartenders were the best! Very attentive! Thank you all!

Very nice property everything was clean, rooms for very comfortable & quiet. We had a nice view of the Lake. I would highly recommend the Inn.

Excellent accommodations and service. Rooms, pool, common areas were great! Loved the themed decorations. My wife is handicapped and I requested a handicap room near the pool and they were very accommodating. I don't think the bar and restaurant were under the same management as the Inn/Resort. The wait was long and the food was pricey but good. Will be back for sure.

This is our 3rd stay since last winter. There team is always helpful, pool is warm, hot tub feels great after riding the snowmobiles for the day. Nice parking lot for your snowmobile hauling rig. And last the trail goes across there driveway!

Ehhhh where do I begin… I guess I'll start with the girl at the front counter from the checking in process, absolutely horrible attitude. Like, I'm so sorry I had to interrupt you from playing with your phone so I could check into my room… It's like they know you're from out of town and you're probably not gonna be back for awhile so it doesn't really matter how they treat you. Smh. But the rooms were nice and AC was ice cold, so that was nice. But I was a little upset that the pool is not open later, I'm on vacation I'd like to kind of hang out at the pool after kids are asleep but I was like whatever… But then I went to have breakfast at the restaurant up front, and OMG that place was soooo dirty! When I took the top off the ketchup to pour it on my plate, the rim around the top of the bottle was black, so as I walked towards the kitchen to ask the server for another bottle of ketchup, I had to pass the buffet table and the water on the bottom that heats the pans was full of nasty mold! When I told the manager about it, she apologizes and then she threw a towel over the top of it and said ill clean it later… I walked out without eating… Needless to say, when I do my yearly vacation up in Wisconsin, I will make sure I never stay this resort again…

The view from the hotel balconies is awesome! Beyond that, the place is clean, the staff is friendly, and we had no complaints.

Overall we were VERY impressed! We rented the 2nd floor 2-Queen lakeside room and loved it! The patio chairs were comfortable and offered a spectacular view of Watersmeet Lake. The mini garden w/waterfall was a cute touch which my wife loved. The room itself was very clean with a distinct "northwoodsy' feel complete with log style chairs, desks and bed frames. In terms of our stay, our biggest enemy was the god awful heat!
The Cutting Board (new restaurant from what we were told) may appear a bit pricey but do NOT let thet deter you!
I promise you the food and portions are well worth it! From the amazing homemade grilled chicken and shrimp pesto alfredo to the homemade pizzas; 5 stars across the board!
I would highly recommend the Eagle River Inn to anyone; whether for a brief overnight stay to an extended vacation such as we did.

Absolutely loved it my entire family stayed for fathers day weekend the staff was amazing we forgot my 4 year olds bunny and they sent him home we will definitely be going back a perfect little get away spot.

Very clean, friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub, beautiful view of the river from our room, big swingset for the kids outside and the little chipmunk that lives out back was fun! Will definitely stay again!

Came for food on opening night of the restaurant with a large party, food was pretty good, but more expensive than it was worth in my opinion. We really liked the place though and they have an outdoor playset for kids which was a hit. Stayed at a hotel in town, will definitely be trying this place next time.

Very scenic, nicely located. Room was clean, large, nice pool, lobby and staff.

We made reservations about 3 weeks in advance. When we pulled in you could tell they just got snow in the last few days. Entrances to doors were not shoveled. Lady at front check in not friendly at all. Little hot water for showers in our 3 bedroom condo. We had to walk through 12" of snow drift to front to get shovel. No plowing was being done. We had to call again about hot water and to have them plow so we could get out. Sauna was not working on Sunday. We paid a lot of $$$ to stay in a condo that didn't care a out guests.

Clean rooms, kids had fun in the pool. Downside, yes it snowed a couple days before we checked in but parking lot looked never plowed. Snowed overnight, seems they don’t care to keep entrances cleared and parking lot still not plowed. The guys plow truck stayed running in the same spot for at least 2hrs! We called for a shovel, then kidnapped the shovel! Another downside is cool showers… overall avg place to stay — are worse.

The service was fantastic, the fish NOT GREASY IN ANY WAY, everyone was more than helpful, kind and we NEVER had to flag to a waitress down, somebody was ALWAYS watching, paying close attention to our needs and the food was fantastic! The fish was not greasy, it was perfectly breaded and cooked to perfection. We had bluegill with panco breading, cod the same way and cod broiled with potato pancakes cooked extra crispy and it was ALL done to perfection. Highly recommend to ALL! My new favorite fish fry restaurant!

I have read many bad reviews on here in regards to both the service and quality of food at the Nicolet Grill. I urge you all to try again. The restaurant is now being operated by Lannys Fireside in Conover. There is a wide variety of choices on the menu, and the food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent! I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Obviously, it's not home. However, I had to stay here for a week and the room service (cleaners) was amazing! I'm a busy mom of three kids under 6 and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Fresh towels, shower essentials and great conversation. Beautiful location on the water. The rooms are clean and linen fresh! The breakfast was above average compared to most. Waffle machine. Yogurt, ceral, coffee, pastries etc… I'm a picky person and could complain about most places. However, this place has topped most and my kids loved it! I would book again. They support local business and care about their customer's.

The amenities are nice enough, nothing fancy. The food was good, and the staff was very nice. Overall a very good experience.

This used to be our go to eating place, especially after it was remodeled. But the last two times has been a terrible experience. Less than half the tables are occupied when we came but still had to wait an hour for a table. Hostess excuse is the kitchen is behind. Last night only 8 tables were occupied we were 5 on the wait list. One hour later after having some drinks in bar we were down to 3rd on list even thou only 5 tables were occupied. All the customers were complaining about how slow the service was. Some tables that we're seated walked out after an hour wait for the food. We left after hearing all the complaining and excuses from the hostess. What a disorganized restaurant.

Waited for 90 minutes and never got our food. Didn't even see a waitress for 30 minutes. Talking to other people who were there and it happened to them before but were going to give them another try but they also waited for over an hour and also left.

Rooms were very well laid out. Amenities available are also great. We utilized the pool, hot tub, fire pits, and boat dock.

Great hotel, newly renavated rooms, lobby & restaurant. Also sounds like the exterior and docks will be renavated soon as well. Free breakfast! Great Views of the water and a large clean indoor pool, hottub & Sauna. We would definitely stay again!

Spent the night there this past weekend and it was DELIGHTFUL! The rooms are all being updated, new beds, new dressers and new TV stands. It is MUCH nicer than the photos show on their site. The price was right, we got to use a boat and oars for our leisure, it was perfect weather and I would definitely stay there again!

The only staff we've seen in our two day stay was the person that checked us in. They were very nice. We had two rooms. The double queen room was nice. The queen/bunk bed room was ok. The view was gorgeous, but the bunk beds my kids slept on were horrible. It wobbled so bad, they were afraid to climb up and the mattress on the bottom bunk was so worn and thin, you can feel every spring. The queen bed was comfortable. The bathroom needs some work. The faucet leaks and the toilet runs. Continental breakfast was good. The pool was too cold to go in and the hot tub too hot. But otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and the value was good for the money.
