Fantastic little hotel. Very kind, helpful staff. Nice rooms, clean, good location, excellent price. Loved our stay for the air show and Germanfest.

The rooms are horrible, I couldn't sleep because the outside lights were shining in my eyes and the curtains didn't extend far enough to cover it. The shower would clog up to where the water almost filled up the tub. The only good thing I have to say about this hotel is the breakfast.

Good: the bed was comfortable. Bad: the water tastes awful, the breakfast closed a half hour early and the sink faucet kept coming off.

It's a decent hotel. Was bummed that the pool was closed due to renovations but beds were ok, pillows soft.

Had to sleep in floor. Sharing the room with work crew. Was told there was a couch. There was a chair.

The rooms are typical. The shower didn't drain though, and the breakfast was aweful.

The workers were the highlight of the time spent here. They were all super nice and helpful! They all deserve raises.

Great hotel for the price. The service is great and the rooms are clean. Plus Bullwinkles is a great reaturant right next door.

Room looks a little dated, but overall everything worked well, was able to get a good sleep.

Visited a friend that stayed there and the place was fairly okay. Was clean but the room was not to my liking.

Service was great. It wasn't sparkling, but it was clean. Shower head was a little subpar since it didn't give very good water spread.

My one-night stay at the Brookfield, Wisconsin, Quality Inn was the single most HORRIBLE and disappointing hotel experience ever. Between 1:30 AM and 5:30 AM, we were moved to three different rooms and had issues with a smoke alarm going off because of a low battery, heavy chemical smells, and a noisy, obsolete cooling unit. Twice, I said to the man who checked us in that I did not think we should have to pay for such a terrible night’s sleep, and he said I would have to talk to the Manager later that morning because he was not in a position to offer any discount. When I spoke with the Manager, she said that the man we had been dealing with was, in fact, the owner, not merely a front-desk worker, and that he had adjusted our room rate. The bill showed a $10 credit for the smoke alarm. Nothing further could be done. I was blown away by the man’s deceitful and dishonest behavior. At no time did he acknowledge that he was the owner and the only person who could issue a credit. Instead, he kept telling me that I needed to speak to the Manager. The owner’s behavior was highly unethical and totally unacceptable. I am disappointed that Choice Privileges offers these accommodations to any of its customers and am still considering whether I will ever choose to stay at another Choice Privileges location. His deceitful behavior reflects poorly on your organization. As is clear, I am a VERY disappointed customer.

No complaints. The best in hotel amenities at very reasonable rates with excellent customer service for their guests. Hot breakfast was a bonus over most hotels with simple continental breakfast. I'll be back. A++

Terrible hotel. Terrible experience. The outdoor swimming pool was filthy. The building is filthy and resembles a dirty basement. Our microwave didn't work. The staff was very unhelpful and rude. Especially the manager Julia she was very rude. They double charged me and refused to help me with this. Never stay here.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! We had issues with the shower being dirty (found hair) and then had issues with them charging us 3 different times! Refunded one but said they had to hold the other ones but that was never explained! Front desk guy was very nice but manager was rude and not friendly at all. When the guy offered to refund us our money and we could go the manager said no they can't they've been here for 2 hours they've used the room. Worst place I have ever stayed never will I booked a room here! On top of everything the room was filthy and found a lighter under a dresser.

Top floor rooms are the largest and are really nice. Breakfast is great and so are the staff. Decent rates so no need to worry about that.

Great pool area. Rooms were clean. Was able to check into my room early.

Clean place. I enjoy my stay here. Out door pool for the kiddos hot breakfast coffee and tea everyday if you wanted. I would definitely book this place again when I visit Milwaukee.

Hotel was gross, staff were rude, guests were just as bad. Vomit stains in the carpet were a highlight of the visit.

I checked in on 07/05/2016. I had to extend my stay due to problems that had nothing to do with the Hotel. Even tho the place was packed, the staff went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend the place highly.

Like other posters have pointed out the cleaning staff likes to blindfold themselves before cleaning the rooms. Unknown hairs in the bathroom. Very dusty room. Rude front desk staff that could care less that your there. Pick another one in the area. Find a online deal and a better place down the road. You don't want to stay here… ever.

Checked in, sheets on bed were filthy. Told kids to sit on chairs while we waited for new sheets, but the chairs were filthy. The staff was friendly and they moved is to a new room that was supposed to be nonsmoking, but it smelled like smoke and the sink doesn't drain. Others in our group stayed in the room next door and pieces of their ceiling fell in on them during the night while they slept. Another in our group got a 10" gash on his back from a loose screw on the pool light while he was swimming. The breakfast food tastes like chemicals. Others in our group had similar stories. Staying at this place was like being in a bad movie. They clearly do not maintain it. The one nice thing is that they have Weber grills by the pool for guest use, which I've never seen before but was very nice. The rooms are pretty small but usable. The door on our room sticks a bit and when we returned in the afternoon we discovered that the cleaning crew has left it ajar. The room keys are very flakey a work about a third of the time.

The friendly staff made our stay great. Especially Sam at the front desk! Nice gentleman who really makes you feel welcome. Good breakfast & surprisingly comfortable beds but little to no fitness center.

Good location. Only accessible from west bound traffic. Friendly staff.

The hotel was well kept, had a nice lobby, or room was clean, bed comfortable and served a good hot breakfast. Great value for our money.

Would just like others to know before staying here to look around first. The staff was friendly, but that was the only good thing I can say. It was pretty gross, so dusty and it had a musky odor. They did offer to switch rooms, but second one was just as dusty. When they did clean didnt empty garbage or do a very good job. Hard to enjoy your stay when we kept sneezing and coughing the short time we were there. Hopefully with a more efficient cleaning staff problem could be resolved.

Something has to be really good or really bad for me to write a review. We stayed 3 nights at the Quality Inn. I'm not overly picky about hotels but cleanliness is something I don't like to compromise on. First room we checked into was gross, toilet had urine and hairs on it. Shower appeared filthy and had hairs in it as well. Changed rooms and the 2nd one wasn't much better. You have to go outside to get to your room which is fine but can be inconvenient. Breakfast was just ok. Would not recommend and won't stay there again.

Nice rooms and pleasant customer service. The pool was warm. Wish they were more attentive to stocking towels though. The vending machine didn't work so that's was disappointing since we wanted microwave popcorn to go with a movie.
