Hotel

Was told we couldn't use any discount for our stay because they were not informed that we had them — although it was mentioned when the reservation was made. Was also informed that the reason the room rate was 2x more than the first night was because they were booked full. Seems to me that is price coughing.

Clean rooms, well maintained (everything looks and operates as new). Service/staff are polite and efficient. I'd stay here again.

This is a nicely updated hotel. Check in was easy and quick. My room was easy to find on the second floor. The room was large and clean. The air conditioning unit was loud and vibrated way too much. The breakfast was good, hot and plentiful. The pool looked nice, but I didnt use it. The staff were all very friendly. I would stay here again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, it's what you would expect from a chain hotel. Pool area, small fitness room, hot tub. Breakfast consists of make your own waffles, cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs (powdered, I think, or bagged) sausage links, and various pastries — not fresh or homemade.

Love the pool. We didn't stay the night but came for an hour just to swim in the pool. Love that they allow this — especially during the winter. Great opportunity to get out of the house and let kids have some fun.

We accidentally made a reservation at this location and tried to cancel less than 5 minutes later. Customer service was very rude when hearing what happened and refused to work with us. Manager was very rude and would not speak with us. After he told us to stay at this location he did not understand that we would not be in Boscobel and did not let us cancel.

Was only there for the pool, but the pool and general atmosphere was very nice. Has a hot tub that my brother loves very much, but sometimes hot tub or pool needs work or matinence. I'm cooking g pizza right now and the over went off but overall very nice place!

Lady at the front desk was nice, but there were 2 open beer cans and unwrapped, used soap in the bathroom. Clearly hadn't been cleaned well.

Clean hotel, recently renovated. Value is decent for the money. Nice breakfast layout and a very spacious standard king room. The workout facility is minuscule and the machines aren't in the best repair. Some of the shower fixtures are a bit dated. All in all, a good place to stop off if you're on a road trip, but not a destination hotel.

I tried to rent a room here, and the money I had deposited earlier that day had not gone through yet and as such, I didn't have enough money. A few days later I got reported for fraud because of it and it froze up my debit card. So I had spend an hour and a half clearing up everything with the bank and the card company.

Clean, but nothing too spectacular. The continental breakfast was awesome, but the shower stall in our room was tiny, outdated and put water all over the floor. Beds were okay, and the hotel was so quiet! We will be staying again the next time we are in the area.

Beds were not comfortable and the heating system was not working correctly and the breakfast was not very good.

Went to the hotel just for the pool, but it did not disappoint! Great service, will go again another day ;)

The River Inn has great service, large rooms, and a cappuccino machine for guests.

We were there to swim for a few hours. Everything looked nice an clean.

Nice place, stayed there for location. Did not have cable due to their upgrade for the first night. But when I reported it the next morning, they fixed it right away. Thought I might get a discount due to that but I didn't (although, I never asked) Breakfast was OK.
