The beds are AWESOME it is just like sleeping on a cloud, Usually people just say this but here it is TRUE! They are cheaper than motel 6 and you can pay by credit card over the phone! I LOVE THIS PLACE and the staff is super friendly and they make you feel at home! I GIVE THEM TWO THUMBS UP!

They stay was lovely. We loved it until they tried charging me for something my fiance and I didn't do. Thank goodness we had our own photo evidence, which they claimed wasn't legit, but yet still gave us back our money back.

Unclean and dusty rooms! Literally a layer of fuzz on the doors/walls. This is supposed to be a temporary place to live until my apartment is ready next month. Not even a discount on an extended stay! Rip off. Stay far away!

Clean and comfy. Looks like a remodel not to long ago. Rooms have fridge, flat screen, microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast included eggs both boiled and scrambled (fake) and sausage along with the waffle maker and the usual continental fare. Would be nice to have some fruit. No elevator. Friendly staff.

Smelled a little Smokey but that's what you get for the fair price. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean as well!

I would not recommend this hotel. We booked 2 rooms. First, my sister with a neuromuscular disease requested 2 ground floor rooms. When we arrived our rooms were on the second floor. While they offered to move her, she already got upstairs so it was safer for her to remain there for the first night. Walking in the carpets were dirty, the room smelled, the shower was filthy and there was poop smears above the toilet paper. The second day they did move us but were not apologetic about the rooms or mistake in booking. The next room we stayed in had sticky floors and when you showered the water did not drain. Not an enjoyable stay, and not very helpful management.

The room was average with some nice updated surfaces and a comfortable bed. The carpets need a good deep cleaning as they felt dirty and got your socks dirty after walking on them. The bathroom was small and the shower was old and needed to be updated. The service was nice however when they say breakfast is served until 9 they mean 9. They took everything away right at 9, including the tray of eggs that were still warm and the milk for cereal even though there were people still in the kitchen area getting their breakfast together. All things considered this location offered good value for the price.

Desk employee 7/11/18 in the evening was really accommodating. Decent beds, decent Wi-Fi. The room smelt a bit of smoke and the ac was loud and old, but good breakfast and parking for a box truck in their lot is a plus.

Nice place to stay. Very spacious and clean room. Breakfast was ok. I would stay if again in this area.

In town for a Bridal Shower. Great place to stay. Very clean hotel! Staff very friendly and helpful! Great Breakfast! Would stay here again!

Rooms were nice and tidy. Breakfast was average. Overall good experience.

Has truck parking. Was bobtailing, not sure if it would be ok with trailer. Call ahead for that. Staff helpful. Found hair on the pillow, manager gave us another room. But that room was even worse. I cleaned it with my cleaning supplies. I give it 4stars for being trucker friendly and for at least trying to rectify the hair debacle.

Issues with hot water. The shower controls were hooked up incorrectly apparently. As I was rudely informed by the Manager. The closet rod fell dropping all the cloths on the floor. I called about the coffee maker not working. The Manager rudely (once again), informed me that it was not plugged in and I have to pick up the whole tray and move it to an operable outlet. The bed cover was stained. However, the bed and pillows were comfy.

It was a nice clean hotel. Extremely inexpensive a very good deal. The morning breakfast is a nice add on.

I won't even give a rating. They placed the wrong dates for our stay. They wouldn't accomadte us in any way. Was told we would be in touch with the manager still almost a week later an no call no nothing. But they were were sure happy to take my money. I called them right after there mistake was made. Was told because it was after 7:00 pm they could not fix my problem. Well it could had been fixed but they couldn't answer there phone for a half an hour. There service sucked, there honesty is nil. There site even made me rate one star or it wouldnt post what a joke will never stay with this place nor there associate hotels.

Comfortable, convenient and quiet overnight stays here after shows at the Fox Valley PAC many times now.

I had help from the desk clerk getting to my room and proper parking along with a wonderful breakfast.

It was ok for one night. Pet friendly a definite plus, but charge a little high. Electric heat too hot, even turned all the way down. Ultimately turned on the air conditioner while it was below zero outside to get fan circulation and it was tolerable. Beds where sink holes in the middle, pillows ok. Watch out for extra safe charge, but they did refund it. Breakfast was poor, fruit rotten, sausage tasted odd, eggs and toast ok. Son also liked the waffles.

Rooms weren't the most up to date, but service was great and room was clean. Overall pleasant stay.

Very nice and quiet. The room ia very clean. Cable TV, plenty of nice and clean linen, mini-fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, free Wi-Fi, coffee and single serve coffee maker in the room. Breakfast for guests every morning. All in all, this is a great place if you are coming from out of town or just need a break from daily life.

Had a room available on first floor last minute. 1 king bed microwave fridge TV 75$ total. Everything was clean and breakfast is what you would expect.

Some improvements made to old room. Needs more. Chair in room so stained and dirty. Deep cleaning needed. Good service though.

The check-in went smoothly. I arrived very early (before noon) to check-in knowing that a room would not be ready, but I needed to get to a business conference at noon. The receptionist was pleasant but somewhat detached; almost like I was interfering and taking her away from other things that she was doing. A room was not ready, so I paid and left, returning later (around 8:30) to pick up a key. The room was clean and the comfortable with a queen bed and a nice side chair (no ottoman) and desk. The bathroom was an older style with the tub and water closet in a small cubicle and the sink in the entryway just inside the entrance to the room. The bath was also very clean. All the basic appliances were available (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and sheets were fresh and crisp. Breakfast the next morning was pretty ordinary. The bacon was great, but the powdered eggs not so good. There was a nice variety of breads, cereal, fruit and 3 choices of juice. The attendant was very attentive continuously checking and cleaning the smallest spill. He was not overly talkative, but pleasant; quietly going about his business. The biggest issue was location. While convenient, close to the Interstate and on a main highway, the facility was tucked back off an access road that paralleled the highway. The city had road blocked direct access and the only way to the facility was through a busy restaurant parking lot. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent room which was newly renovated. We had a spa in our bedroom which was very nice and exotic feeling. Would pick this hotel over all we have stayed at.

We booked this room while on the road, arrived 4 hrs later. Wonderful young man checked us in. Room was very clean, wonderful king size bed, slept great! Sausage and scrambled eggs, waffles, great orange juice and coffee. All for a great deal of $70 plus tax, of course, lol.

Very clean, recently updated, very good mattresses. Staff was very friendly upon check in/out. Morning breakfast was eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, pastries, oatmeal coffee and juices. We were very pleased.

We have stayed here before. Never had a bad time yet. Rooms are clean. Noise level is good and breakfast is plentiful.

The room was nice and clean. The AC worked overtime, it was excellent. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

Friendly staff, convenient location. Rooms need updating even though the sign said they were but could be not all are done yet. It's an average place with an average feel about it. Great for the quick sleep before you're back on the road.

Good experience overall. Motel itself was a bit older. It has had a complete renovation and it shows. The amenities are updated and good and the continental breakfast was great. Central location close to shopping dining and the mall.

Great stay! The best kept secret here is they have coffee and lemonade 24/7, which makes me happy! The staff was so friendly. They went out of their way to keep the lobby clean and to be helpful. The hotel was very clean, and you could tell they cared about their guests. Breakfast was good, hot, and a good selection of items. Again, I can stress how awesome it was to have coffee and lemonade all day long. We could sit won family in the lobby and have a cup.

The location is easy to get to, but hard to find as they don't have a working sign of the front yet. The rooms are clean and large enough. The service was excellent. They have a pool, spa and sauna, which we didn't use but looked nice and the temperature was warm. Poor cable reception. They said it was temporary, but did not change while we were there. Pretty quiet and good for the price.

Worst hotel I've ever been to. Found a bed bug crawling on the bed. The general manager Kenny Patel refused to talk to us until the next morning and only had his front desk worker offer us a new room at the same hotel or refund us. We went back to our room to grab our stuff and we saw that both beds had 4 or more fitted sheets meaning that they were aware that the hotel room had bed bugs and they were trying to cover up the problem instead of fixing it. We were going to the Packer game the next day. With that being said every hotel in the area had been booked. And it was a huge inconvenience for us to find a new hotel and relocate at 10pm on Saturday night. We spoke with Kenny Patel the next day and he pretty much told us it wasn't his problem. He told us that he did not have the authority to pay for our new room and we would have to contact the manager above him. After leaving the hotel upset after being told that we would not get our hotel paid for I wrote multiple reviews of the Appleton, WI Quality Inn. Kenny Patel called us Monday morning saying he would pay for our hotel if we took the review on this website down. Once again ignoring the fact that his hotel has bed bugs. We spoke again with Kenny a few days later and he once again stated that he would pay for the hotel room if we took this review down. We refused because this is a major health concern and no one should have to worry about bed bugs. The general manager Kenny Patel hung up mid conversation.
