I am not 100% positive who is running this establishment but it is horrendous! My family from out of town stay there recently which unfortunately seemed to be during a pretty busy weekend and no one cared about how humid our rooms were there were dehumidifiers scattered thought the hallways! We continued to ask to speak to the general manager and the response we received she’s outta town! Unfortunate because our issues could have been handled! Don’t get me started on the staff ya sure some of them were pleasent but half the time really honestly they looked confused or had no concept of work almost like they didn’t have someone there to teach them proper procedures! Housekeeping was a hit and miss really it felt like they didn’t care about the rooms etc. Computers were almost always down when we wanted to try and extend the stay! Piss poor ownership leads to piss poor management! Who ever is in charge of this hotel allows parties in the common area all hours of the night, I have never been to a hotel that allows that! Seriously they need to restructure and fire who ever is in charge of operations because that person is in my opinion quite worthless!

Suprisingly nice. Wasn’t expecting much from an EconoLodge, but room was nice, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was good, but nothing fantastic. Only downside was a horribly uncomfortable bed… unless you like sleeping on the floor, then you’ll sleep great!

This hotel was ok. The room we had smelled musty. Nothing a little febreeze didn't help. No pool. The hot tub however was great. Breakfast left something to be desired and does not speak to the chain normal. McDonald's is not too far away.

This was a decent 2-star hotel. Nothing spectacular to make it up to 4+ and nothing awful to make it 2-. The sink is outside of the bathroom, though, which does have a negative impact on the rating. The AC worked well. The continental breakfast wasn't good, but also wasn't horrible (i. E. Better than nonexistent). Location only applied because it was nearby where we wanted to stay. Decent for price and 2-star hotel.

My stay at the Econo Lodge in Yankton with my cousin was impeccable. This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It started with checking in with the front desk gal, Alex. She was very helpful and very friendly with the entire encounter. The process is a little long and awkward usually but she made it so comfortable, asking where we were from, what brought us to yankton, asked us about our families, etc. I was very impressed as most front desk workers at hotels could care less and just want to get you checked in. I went down to the lobby to get some toiletries and she was still working and I engaged in another conversation with her since the last was so pleasant. She was just as nice and friendly as before and it was genuine hospitality, nothing forced. If I ever have the opportunity to stay at this hotel again I will gladly take it. Very friendly staff, management is great, and overall the entire experience was pleasant.

A great place to spend the night. Clean modern rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. My only negative comment would be the snow removal contractor needs a new muffler for his white Ford pickup. I will stay there again.

I blocked off a bunch of rooms at this hotel for my upcoming wedding. I unfortunately when sending out invites forgot to mention to my guests that to get a lower rate they can tell this hotel that they are “booking under our wedding. Today I had a woman named Alex leave me a nasty, sarcastic, inappropriate, voicemail on my phone explaining to me that I have had ZERO guests book with them and that come Saturday I will lose all of the rooms I have blocked off. (We actually have SEVERAL family members staying there that weekend. ) I played this voicemail in front of several people to help me verify if this voicemail was appropriate or not and every. Single. Person agreed that it was not. I proceeded to call the hotel back and Alex answered the phone. I informed her that her voicemail was distasteful and I didn’t appreciate it. She immediately got defensive and raised my anger to a level where I had to hang up the phone. I have never left a bad review before in my life and because of this employees actions I will never book or refer people that I know to this hotel.

It was fantastic. The breakfast could have used some improvement but the rooms were incredibly clean and the beds comfortable.

This is a marginal motel at best. They have no Wi-Fi. The breakfast makes one think of where they might go find something to eat. They ran out of coffee.

Rooms were clean and all but the breakfast was frozen eggs and sausage patty that you had to cook in microwave. Wasn't impressed.

Rudest staff I have ever dealt with. No hot water and cleaning staff didn't do their job as we found rotten food inside our fridge in our room!

Nice, clean rooms. Continental breakfast was ok, not great. They have laundry service and spa/sauna.

Great place for the price. Pillows are left to be desired and the mattresses feel like a herd of cattle trampled them. Breakfast was good.

Couldn't recommend this place more! Their staff is friendly and the rooms and overall hotel are very clean! Staff was very accommodating!

Staff was rude! Room was clean, but lacked hot water. When asked about it, we were told to use the spa if you need hotter water for a shower or bath. Front desk argued and straight called me a liar speaking to them about it. Management didnt seem willing to step in and offer to resolve. As a result we moved hotels and stayed for a month longer in town. It appears to be a fairly new building and clean. It lacks guest welcoming amenities. Not much for a breakfast either. Was stated that Management didnt want to spend a lot on these items including the free drinks, that didnt happen!

Nice clean large rooms. Everything works! Bed is comfortable. Sleep well.

Front desk had issues checking me in and the TV in my room didn't work right away. I tried plugging in the cable box right into the wall and it worked for 5 min then stopped.

The staff at this hotel are doing a superb job of accommodating a full house, because there's a big event in town this weekend. Very nice room, comfortable, plenty of space. It is true that the toilet in our room was plugged when we checked in, and that probably should have been taken care of before the room was cleared for check-in, but they were able to get maintenance there in a reasonable amount of time, and get it cleaned up. My small child was very pleased to get a chocolate chip cookie at the check-in counter!
