Very clean, quiet and quite comfortable. We've stayed here repeatedly over several years and always find it quite pleasant. There is a large indoor pool area for kids and adults. You can get rooms that have sliding doors that open right to the pool. There is an adjoining restaurant, Minerva's, which is quite good as well. There are other Minerva's in Sioux City and Sioux Falls, all quite good as well.

Stayed here for business. Good location and really liked the option of a room with an outside door. Breakfast was good. Over all great experience.

It is convenient. Right off the highway. Also the entrance and parking right at the room is helpful for coming at going for my job. The restaurant is excellent.

Bed was comfortable. Quiet location. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast has latitude for improvement. Three people working front desk. 1 person working breakfast area. Busy time with multiple events taking place in the area.

Pool, location is great. Breakfast was 1 star. Everything ran out and instead of getting more, we had to pay additional money to feed the kids elsewhere. I pick hotels with breakfast included to try and alleviate some of the expenses that you already end up paying having to get a hotel. Only complaint. Place was clean and quiet though! Also must add the maintenance guy Mike was super friendly and was in and out in a flash. Thanks!

A little dated but nice. Pool area was extremely noisy with a baseball team playing. Hot tub was big but too crowded to be comfortable. Exercise room was small and needed more treadmills and free weights. Plenty of parking. Within walking distance of NFAA archery center.

Nice facility except it has no elevator. Attached restaurant is very nice!

The check in was quick and easy. Accessible room was clean and bathroom perfect. Bed was clean and very comfortable. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast selection was great and Minervas restaurants food was good. Stayed for 10 nights as visiting from Scotland, enjoyed them all. Thanks for your care and pleasant manners from cleaning staff to hotel reception and everyone inbetween. Wonderful stay all around.

If you are looking for a place to relax and rest after a long day traveling, you will want to drive on by the Kelly Inn best western Yankton SD. If you have your swimsuit and a cooler full of beer and are looking to party like it's 1999-this is your hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Nice place to stay. They had the little things that make it even nicer like coffee pots and hair dryers and alarm click.

I have always enjoyed my stays over the years at the Archery tournaments in Yankton. 5 stars! Service, food, proximity and pet friendly is important to us and we look forward to our stays. This past weekend we had to cancel and miss the Midwest Indoor Tourney due to a family funeral, again the service was great in making and cancelling the reservations. We will No Longer be making Bestwestern Kelly Inn our choice of stay due to the political stance corporate has taken concerning the NRA.

It is not economical, but for my taste the best of Yankton.

Went there for a birthday party. Swam in there pool and hot tub. Had a wonderful time. Place was well kept and clean!

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Good choices for the hot breakfast. The cafe attached had great selection and the young man who waited on us was very pleasant and efficient.

The overall facility is well maintained and clean. The staff were friendly for the most part and definitely helpful. The pool area makes the hotel. There is plenty of fun for kids and adults. The hot tub was not that warm when we stayed so that is one thing I hope they improve. We'll definitely come back next time we are in the area.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly, except for a maintenance man when we mentioned we felt the pool was cold. There were several adults and children mentioning this. Kids playing in the kids pool were shivering and their lips were blue. Maintenance man said "it's not freezing, it's 83 degs. " No, that's technically not freezing. But everyone was cold and complaining! The hot breakfast food was just okish… eggs had a weird taste.

Friendly, kind & helpful staff. Our kids Loved the pool and we enjoyed it as well. Free breakfast in the a. M. Fitness center left a little to be desired, but I got my sweat on! Definitely a great place to stay when visiting Yankton, SD!

Best place to stay, we stay here every time we are passing through. Exceptional friendly, helpful staff. Room is clean and the bed is just so comfortable. You must go there for a great experience, they have everything you need and want. Happy Travels!

Always great staying here. Staff Is always friendly and rooms clean and comfortable. Love having a restaurant and lounge so I can stay here without having to drive everywhere.

We came to Yankton South Dakota and spent two nights at Best Western. From the time we booked our room until the time we left we were very pleased with how we were treated! From the front staff, to the people cleaning the rooms, to the lady in the breakfast room. We were met with smiles and kindness! Also we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the room that we stayed in!

The staff at this hotel went extraordinarily out of their way to help us. Everyone is always warm and welcoming. Our stay was relaxing and comfortable. The only negative we experienced was slow / patchy internet speed.

1st time visiting, came up to try my luck FISHING. Now I have a metal cage in my back, other issues that make it difficult to walk far, go up flights of stairs etc. So I called and talked to Erica (I believe that was her name), she was extremely helpful and polite. I told her I'd like a room on ground level, and a room that has a window facing the parking lot where my vehicle and boat wood be parked. Now when I got there early afternoon on Friday Erica wasn't there but the guy and the front rest was also very helpful. I ended up getting a room at the corner of the building with a door on the interior of the building (of course) PLUS a door that leads right outside. Boy was that NICE! I did NOT HAVE TO tote my luggage in, carry it a long ways etc. Literally just steps from my room! There was ALSO an electrical outlet right there so I could plug an extension cord in and change my boat batteries. My experience here was GREAT and the FOOD at the restaurant was fabulous! Decent hotel. The lobby is much nicer than the rooms. Our rooms were clean, just seemed a bit drab. The hot water gets way too hot. Breakfast was good with lots of options and plenty of seating.

Professional staff. Great bed! Clean. Great restaurant with very good food. (Ask about the long wood table! ) Pool area effective for consuming childhood energy. Breakfast was laid out very nicely & servers kept the entire area tidy & well supplied. All told — VERY nice accommodations! Highly recommend!

The service went very well!

The beds are very comfortable, and the complimentary Wi-Fi is quite fast. I haven't been able to visit the pool yet, but it looks a lot larger than most hotel pools.

Pool area needs updating badly. It looks that they may have been the fist in the area with a water slide… 15 yrs ago. Breakfast was decent, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, donuts, yougurt etc.

My family had a great experience at the Kelly Inn Yankton last weekend. We were especially impressed with an employee named Kim, who cheerfully attended to our needs. He was very kind and helpful in getting us extra bedding, and Kim made our Kelly Inn stay very inviting.

Rooms were great, great location, decent pool. Staff was nice.

Horrible internet! I can not even scroll through facebook. I had to switch to my 4g to write this review. When you say free Internet please provide it.

It's OK. Clean enough. Seemed a bit overpriced. I could give it a better rating, except I was in town working and needed to be on the computer a fair amount. I found the Wi-Fi in the rooms to be unworkable. If you don't need the Wi-Fi you might be fine in this place. As it is I will not be staying here again or recommending it to colleagues who frequently travel through Yankton as well.

We loved Kelly Inn! Every single staff member was polite, pleasant & professional. The beds were the best we ever slept on, so much so that we are going to try to buy the same bed! The pool & hot tub were the perfect temperature! The attached restaurant, Minerva's, was fantastic, every single meal… including brunch! The only thing we would change is the TV position. It was very difficult to watch TV from the beds due to it needs to be up on the wall not on the dresser. So could not watch it unless you laid side ways on the bed… not comfortable to do that. I hope Kelly Inn really listens & changes the TV to the wall for a better experience for their guests. Otherwise… PERFECT! Thank you Kelly Inn!
