Very friendly people, clean rooms, and filling breakfast!

2nd time staying a week here great place to stay good staff reasonably priced.

Fantastic hotel! It may not look like much from the road, but the rooms were huge and well furnished. Behind the hotel is a mountain stream, and you can eat breakfast on deck while taking in beautiful views of the Black Hills. Service was excellent and they didn't make fun of me when I couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower. Our room was immaculate, and everything was clean including common areas. I also appericated the hearty breakfast that was served in the morning. The automatic pancake maker was a highlight for me. I would stay here again!

Stayed here for 4 days, the staff was fantastic! Amanda was the front desk person and she did awesome putting up with my sarcastic family! Breakfast was good. Hot and cold options available. Rooms were kind of small and maybe a little outdated compared to previous ones we had stayed at. But overall I would definitely stay there again.

Best place the whole trip! Clean rooms, extra towels, super comfortable bed pillows and really nice bedding. Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast had bacon eggs waffles yogurt good coffee. This should be a 3.5 star or more hotel!

Decent, clean room. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. No Wi-Fi problems. No traffic noise. Right next to a great trail. Didn't try the pool.

Booked a room in this hotel but got pinned down due to a tornado watch and severe thunderstorms in Wyoming. Tried to cancel and was told no. Instead we are now being forced by the hotel to take a risk traveling this evening. Priceline intervened but no avail. Staff could not give a toss. Frankly I wont EVER stay at another Quality Inn.

The room was clean, has microwave and refrigerator. Very friendly staff, and includes free breakfast. Their free Wi-Fi, however, was very slow.

Exceptional value. Clean huge rooms with Euro comfort mattresses. Friendly staff and great price (priceline). HIGHLY recommend.

Do not use this hotel. I requested a 2 bed room through Priceline and have been given 1 bed room with no chance of an upgrade or refund. No empathy whatsoever. I guess they expect me to leave my kid at home 8 hours away. The hotel can fix this but they won't.

We stayed a week and the room, the breakfast, and the staff were phenomenal! Staff is very friendly and helpful and the place is very clean and comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay, the room we reserved was a queen suite (had a jaqoozie tub in it and living space) and the hotel staff made sure that's what we got. Being in Hill city was a central location for us. Not too far from the northern nor southern black hills. Hiking trail were no more than 30 minutes away. Rapid and all its ammenities was no more than 30 minutes away and Alpine Inn (a restaurant that also has a few rooms) was maybe a mile down the road. Their food is a must try if you have the time.

The location on the side of town closest to the attractions, like Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Jewel Cave, makes the hotel nice. It is also a short walk from the main street that has some nice restaurants. The breakfast is good, and the rooms are what you would expect for a Quality Inn.

Right by a well maintained, asphalt public hiking trail. Perfect location for a hiking/running enthusiast or anyone who wants to stretch their legs after a long car ride. Pool side deck gives open outdoor space with wonderful views for fresh air in the evening. Well stocked breakfast, nice staff, and clean rooms. Thank you for your hospitality!

We are currently staying her and have been here for two nights its a great for the kids with the pool great location and scenery when we got here we seen deer crossing the road the staff are friendly and breakfast is hot and tasty.

We stayed the past 2 nights here and we're totally thrilled with the staff and facility. It lives up to its name, for sure. I highly recommend it!

We stayed 3 nights and were very happy with our choice. It's a great location to get to anywhere locally in the Black Hills. Continental breakfast was awesome every day… Rooms were spacious and clean. Kinda wish there was a mini fridge in the rooms, too. But that's OK.
