New, clean building and friendly staff. Everything in the room was terrific and obviously well thought out and designed. The only let down was breakfast. I understand a free breakfast will not be 5 stars but let me suggest you do fewer things but do them very well. I saw most guests look at the eggs and turkey sausage and walk away. Skip those 'cooked at the factory's items' and do a fantastic bagel setup or terrific toast and jam and avocado station. Had a nice stay!

Wow, I highly recommend this hotel. It was flawless including the pool, hot tub, amazing staff and wonderful breakfast. I will most definitely be staying at Marriott from now on. Fantastic job!

Great hotel, the studio suite was very clean and roomy. I have but two suggestions though put bigger waste baskets in the rooms, our suite had two of the smallest ice bucket sized trash cans. And 2 move the toilet paper holder away from the toilet, a bigger person would have to remove the tissue paper before ever sitting down.

Nice clean place that could do with extending they're hot tub hours to 12am. Sorta give adults get an hour without kids being in the hot tub. Could use a couple of more luggage carts it's a really big hotel for only 2 carts… but other than that it's a really good place to stay.

This place is fantastic, and the staff are really nice. Just a few things I found particularly impressive: tons of closet space and drawers, streaming TV options, an actual bathroom vanity with drawers and doors, awesome shower, large fridge/freezer even in the smaller room, and a huge breakfast selection. The layout of the rooms was very well designed.

This location is a clean new hotel. Clearly there is new development here for new restaurants and other businesses. I suggest diving to the street to turn to the hotel, rather than go through the businesses. The hotel was clean and fresh. Other people in my party thought sounds from other rooms were loud. There was no unusual activity or noise, just seemed louder. Breakfast was nice and appreciate it is part of the room rate so we can get started on our road trip early. Trash can was hidden in weird spot in closet. For a while, we were using bathroom trash can since we couldn't find it under kitchen sink.

Rooms were great a little smaller than I expected bit still big enough breakfast and pool weren't very good.

I work here and I approve that rooms at spacious and have wonderful furniture. Everything you need for a extended stay and a housekeeping staff that care about cleanliness.

I’ve never stayed at a hotel in the Marriott hotel system, it was awesome, I don’t know what the average rate for the room is but I’ve felt like I got a deal for $98.00 for the room the shower In my room is what I had in my home, the king sized bed was nice and comfy, slept like a log. The hot nlvreakfast bar was there. Best continental breakfast I’ve seen at a hotel. But I just had some coffee and a banana. The difference between staying at a bigger motel chain and this was only $20 and it was worth spending a little more.

Family was staying here for a medical procedure. The place is pretty new, clean and in a nice location. It's kind of off the main road and never actually noticed it before.

It's clean, they have a nice hot tub and pool. Beds are comfortable and it's just an overall nice place.

Great stay… clean facilities! The staff was so accommodating and nice. Our family stayed at the last minute due to a family death. We had 4 rooms and they booked them all togethe. It was just the simple things they said and did made it such a great visit.

This property is outstanding. Brand new everything, great location, very helpful staff.

Excellent hotel with a great staff very nice rooms and a good breakfast in the morning that comes with the room. I would stay here anytime and is a great value.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott Sioux Falls South is a clean, quiet hotel. The rooms are comfortably furnished and include a kitchen. The hot breakfast is delicious and includes something for everyone. I love the functionality of the furniture in the room. There is a large desk, but also a lapdesk and many other pieces that make it easy to work from your room. The staff is very helpful and polite. I will stay here again for sure!

Brand new hotel with very nice rooms. Our room was large and very comfortable, great bathroom and kitchenette. I would recommend it to others.

I stayed for three days and could not have been more satisfied. Great staff (thanks Lindsey), great location, and wonderful room at a super reasonable price. My new place to stay in Sioux Falls. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and comfortable rooms with lots of space in every room. Comfy beds, has a nice kitchen area where you can make a meal if you are here long enough. The breakfast was hot and there was lots of choices.

It still had the 'new' smell and everything looked amazing! I loved having the kitchenette and the desk space. Plus the shower was awesome, we took two showers the night we stayed! Breakfast had a good selection. I loved the blueberry muffin and breakfast sandwich I made with an English muffin, fried egg, Canadian bacon and cheese. I will definitely stay here again and hopefully next time I will make it to the pool area!

We stayed there as we got 40% off (we paid $119.00/night) the regular price. We we're in a king size room with full kitchen. It was all very nice and clean. We only stayed two nights, and the breakfast was the same both mornings, so we can't really judge on it. The quality of the breakfast was pretty much the same as you find in most places. We would definitely stay here again for the same price.

The TownePlace Suites is a very nice hotel located near I-229 for quick access to wherever you need to go. It is close to shopping, medical care, and entertainment. The rooms include a full kitchen and functional furniture. Breakfast included a variety of cold and hot items. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Really nice furnishings… very trendy. Comfortable bed. Gave us a handicap accessible room which I did not request. Please don't do that! Could have asked to be moved but my husband didn't want to move. Restaurants close. Breakfast food was very bland.

Located just 2 miles from all the shopping in Sioux Falls. Room is just wonderful full refrigerator. Stove top. Microwave and a 40 inch TV. Front desk help is good. There was one gentleman that is the best for what customer service should be. Very nice and a joy to talk to. There are 2 50 Inch TVs in the relax area. Music is constantly playing. Breakfast has a full complement of warm foods. It was a nice hotel to stay at.

Location is very nice, along with highway accessibility. Rooms are very clean and new. Service was great and polite. They biggest downfall is the toilet and shower and the shower head is very poorly placed.

My room had a lovely little kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. The room had a great rate considering all the amenities and the quality of furnishings. The entry was well stocked with great choices of snacks and drinks and my bathroom was complimentarily stocked with Paul Mitchell products. This hotel was cozy and comfortable in a great location.
