If it wasn’t For the great staff members here, this stay would’ve gotten no stars. The fridge has not been cleaned in months, breakfast is same thing every day and no one bothers to wipe down the tables — bring your own wipes of your Things will stick to them. I’m 6’6 and had to duck for every doorway. If I was two inches taller I’d have to walk with my head bent to one side.

Very nice rooms, close to the interstate, many restaurants nearby the price is good fun pool and restaurant.

This hotel sucks…. Check in and they tell me they have no room keys left, but the creepy night manager will let me in the room….

Bad attention in 2017 and 2018 we were here and it was excellent, but the change of manager and everything was ruined, HAYLE LUCAS a racist maybe we’re Hispanic people, this person made our stay unpleasant.

The pool area is great for families. They did check wristbands, but we all had enough with our multiple rooms. The young man at the front desk was very quick and kind while checking us in. The room is clean and comfortable.

We paid online. When arriving and going to our room, we always check our room before getting settled in. We had our children with. We found needle under the mattress, obviously drugs, garbage, this place wasn’t clean! The second room they sent us to was occupied. The third room they sent us to wasn’t clean either, dirty laundry from someone previous, dirty tissues on the floor and marijuana stems. I thought this place was suppose to be kid friendly. It’s trashed. I will never book a room here! Will never recommend this place to anyone! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ROOM!

Rude staff, cramped rooms, staff mixed up rooms, ice cold pool, no food allowed in pool area not even in the table area, restaurant staff didn’t care if they waited on you, and very expensive, breakfast not included.

Within an hour of checking into our room, my kids found feces in the pool. I feel like these are routine housekeeping things they should’ve handled before having the risk of swimmers enter the pool. The manager was more worried about the fact that we were going to open presents outside of our room door than the feces. I called the front desk 5 minutes before he confronted me about opening gifts in the very empty area, yet he hadn’t heard about the call regarding the health concern.
At one time this was my ideal location for a party, but I won’t be back anytime soon, if ever. I chose this place over the Ramada because I’ve always felt it was cleaner here. Fairly confident they haven’t vacuumed the pool area or the room in the last 24 hours!

It was a little pricey but wanted to let my grandson have fun at a cool pool. Hot tub has peeling paint and loose rocks, the little kids slides were cracked and rusty. My parents wanted to tell my grandson goodbye (they were not in swimwear or anything and didn’t want to go swimming) and the security guard said they couldn’t go in the pool area without a wristband yet there were people over the pool area and in the pool without wristbands. The security guard was even chatting with these people and didn’t kick them out. I don’t understand why only some people have to follow the rules but not everyone. Make a rule and follow it. We will NEVER come back here.

The front desk staff are rude unprofessional workplace when it comes to employees.

Bad customer service. My daughter rented a room for 275.00 which is outrageous. She informed them that she was having a birthday party there by the pool. We all got there and then we were told we had to pay 10.00 a person to be anywhere near the pool, didn’t matter if we were swimming or not. Most of the party went and got wristbands and paid our 10.00. We are sitting by the pool and the Manager on Duty Mackenzie comes by to check to see if we have wristbands and she was so rude and unprofessional. Basically said that because we all didn’t rent a room she didn’t have to be nice to us. She informed us that we were breaking the rules stormed off. My husband and daughter went in to see what we were doing wrong and basically it was because each of us didn’t rent a room we should have not been sitting by or using the pool. Great why didn’t you say that when we made the reservation? Why be RUDE most were there for two hrs so they made a good 500.00 dollars but that wasn’t good enough. They still had tons of rooms they could have rented to others but none came to rent them. I understand having rules but you have to tell your patrons what those rules are and you don’t need to be rude about it. I will never go back there or recommend to anyone. When your in customer service word of mouth is great advertising so why treat us so badly, we would have recommended them and said you can’t be in the pool unless you rent a room but NO let’s lose customers because we didn’t in force the rule.

1. The property is so big that there are different buildings and sections off each one that it is really easy to get turned around and lost in the property.
2. When checking in Cindy was not friendly at all. I was an I inconveniencing her by checking in.
3. The pool area needed to be cleaned better. There are rust spots everywhere. The pool looks like it needs to be scrubbed and. Cleaned more often.
4. Our room needed to be cleaned better. Found and animal cracker on our air conditioner. Kids and husband took a shower and we could not figure out why the tub would not drain and the. Found out it is because the drain was majorly clogged with some long brown curly hair and it was also all over the walls of the shower. 🤮
5. The property needs to be vacuumed and cleaned better and more often. The stairs carpet is falling apart and gross.

I was totally satisfied when we arrived. Room was nice and clean. But when we went to get into the hot tun it was closed off. It broke an hour after we got here and they didnt offer us a discount or anything. 155 bucks was a good price for a hotel with a hot tub but with out one its just not worth it.

Decent hotel, but they do not care at all for the safety of guests. Refused to kick a guy out of the bar and grill who had been harassing women for hours. Continued serving him even though he had spilled two drinks and was causing issues.

Overpriced, dirty room, hot tub was not hot, breakfast was overpriced and not very good. Not to mention they made us wear a mask while being seated but our waitress didn’t wear one.

Other people checked in and we asked hours before for an earlier check in. Complete disregard to our request and just tried to be difficult. Unmasked people with a mask mandate ignoring this mandate. Very offended when the front desk Cindy was rude and said “I can’t go around making anyone to wear a mask. ” As a healthcare provider this shows unsafe conditions for patrons. This is a simple request to keep everyone safe and the healthcare system less inundated.

Great facility! Staying in the regency suite! Really great spot.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and find somewhere else. This place looks great online but it is a dump. Beautiful when you walk in but looks like a horror movie.
There was trash on the floor room. The trash had not been changed at all. The rooms smell horrible.
I went downstairs and told the clerk and she put us in different rooms. My in-laws was a little better but the air conditioner sounded like a jet plane. She used the big tub and when the turned the tub on a big wad of hair come flying out.
Our room had no hot water. Our door handle was busted would hardly work. Theres no security here. All doors to hotel are wide open for anybody to walk in. I did not feel safe at all.
This place has total poor management. When you go to the counter or bar no one even acknowledges that your standing there.
The only thing I can say good was the pool and the food in restuarant. They are renovating so on the way to your room you will see sheetrock all over the floors and the nasty elevator. Some rooms just had the doors wide open. I understand they need to renovate but it should be done a floor or section at a time. we are forever done with Best Western. dont let the pictures online fool you!

The room was decent. Bathroom very small but clean. Lobby area looks updated and they look to be remodeling parts of the hotel. I was least impressed withe the pool area. It was very dingy and dirty. I feel as if it has been very neglected. There is black mold and mildew over much of the walking surface around the pool and the hot tub. A little elbow grease would go a long way to making an older hotel look nicer.

Awesome Indoor Water Park! Poolside rooms were a terrific treat for our family. So relaxing to have a place we could rest and give the kids such easy access to a nice play area we could keep our eyes on. Large courtyard seating area made it possible to dine out of the room and in sight of the pool without anyone having to change. Just stayed one night as we were passing through town, but will definitely make plans to come back specifically for a weekend visit to this facility. Felt the whole time we were there like we were REALLY on vacation!

Great place. 2 pools. Clean. Friendly staff. Excellent value. Indoor water park for the kids. Rooms were connected. Decent restaurant. Good choice of food and drinks. Looked like they were in the middle of a large renovation. Interested to see what they'll change.

We stayed there this weekend they hotel was book. We rented room 2130 which has the hot tub. We got in the room the windows we falling apart amd you could see that was there was water damage and the room was not vacuumed. The room had food on the floor by the the walls is was covered by dirt. Knowing that they had no more rooms available, so I did not say anything til the next day knowing did not have another room. Also the pool was falling apart and the water was cold. The person I talked with she did not care and was rude. We will not being staying g there again.

Great place to stay. We just had lunch in the dinning room. Very good especially the fruit and salad bar. Check before you book any hotel here as we understand some do not offer Shuttle Service. Hotel here has been wonderful in taking us where we need to go and when. All the staff has been very friendly and helpful. Just saw the indoor pool area; very clean, really nice play area for smaller children with the big slide out of the way in it's own separate area.

My husband stayed here for work earlier this week and I couldn't believe the stories he told. In the first room he was assigned, he found animal solid waste (i. E. A turd) on the carpeted floor underneath the desk. After he told the front desk, he was relocated to the room next door, but, again, he saw evidence of the room having not been cleaned. The sheets looked like they had been slept in already. There was garbage on the bedside table. He saw a tray sitting on the air vent outside his room when he relocated, and as he came and went throughout the first evening and then morning of his stay, he estimated that the tray didn't get picked up for at least 12 hours. After reading all the negative reviews here, we are asking how is it that the management cares so little for their quality of work?

We had a poolside room on the second floor. The pool access was close and easy to navigate. The hotel overall is very family friendly. The restaurant has good food, and the bar served decent drinks. All staff were friendly and polite. Parking was convenient and close to the door. Elevators worked and weren't scary to ride in. Wi-Fi was reliable.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. We tried to check in 3 times and our room still was not ready. We had to sit and wait past check in time in lobby for them to find room. The room was not clean and very out dated the ceiling in bathroom had paneling falling off off it and we couldn't get the room door open because the door stuck so bad. The service at front desk was horrible they just stared at me and did not greet me at all then when I finally got them to acknowledge that I was there; I felt like I was walking them through the check in process rather then them getting me through it. We gave the the breakfast a shot at the hotel, we were only table in the whole place it took forever just to get service and then food took a very long time as well. Once we did get the food it was cold like it been sitting forever. Needless to say the water park was about our only positive experience with this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with so many other options in this city.

Room was clean and comfortable. There was a mix-up with the reservation but we don't believe it was on the hotels side. Kids absolutely loved the indoor pool. Issues with room service but they took care of it.

My daughter Martika & I was not impressed at all. I walk in ask about room & price, Cindy the lady at the counter was very rude to me then informing me the price I told her an when I called was NOT the price she informed me it would cost. We paid cash & got the room at the online price after the GM said of course they price match. Room was nice but the air NEVER got the room cooled off. Water park was great the kids loved it. I appreciate that it was a pet friendly hotel. Very disappointed in Cindy not only did she get paid cash for our room but she also billed my daughter's credit card as well. As we left this morning the nice lady at the counter said that she'd refund the debit card. Bad experience on the first impression of this Best Western.

The staff was amazing and my 6 and 3 year old loved the pool. The rooms are small and the doors were difficult to open. We'd stay again but only if we dont need to be in the room much.

The property is beautiful and extremely clean. Our room was perfect. The staff was very nice and willing to help except for the Manager, Tiffany. The only issue was a barking dog next door. The manager was not willing to move the people with the barking dog. I called the desk numerous times and talked to Tiffany but she was not willing to resolve the problem. The only thing she told me was that we could move. Did not agree with her. She should have MOVED the PROBLEM. The people with the barking dog finally moved after I yelled at them to stop the dog from barking. Too much stress for me!

We had a poolside room which was very cool. We checked in on a Sunday afternoon and they appeared to be very short staffed because there were open doors everywhere that showed they were trying to clean up a LOT of rooms. That's typical to see when you are at a hotel, but it was more than I've ever seen. No big. Their vending machines were empty for certain things and wouldn't accept cash. The pool couldn't keep towels stocked and we had small children that needed them. They allow food and drink at the pool which was fabulous. The two ladies at the front desk were exceptionally sour. There was a lot of attitude when it came to very simple questions, no warmth or genuine smiles. Clean room, large double queen room. Great pool for all ages.

The beds were absolutely horrible and uncomfortable. The floor would have been more comfortable to sleep on. There was a loud fan that kicked on randomly that was really annoying. The shower was unpleasant. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our room seemed kind of torn up and gross. And was really disappointed that there was no free breakfast especially For the price. Kids liked the water park.

Good location. The pool was great. The Hot tub was a little dirty, but nice and hot. The vending machine was broken right outside the pool area. The walls and around the outlets in the rooms were so dirty. The shower faucet and head were leaking. Broken door handle on the room my siblings stayed in. I was not an overnight guest, but was visiting family in the hotel.

The pool is great! BUT if you don’t have kids I would not stay there. The hotel is in need of serious updates, coffee was like brown water. There is no breakfast. I had a 2 queen and 1 king room enough to accommodate 6 people but the bathroom could barely accommodate 1 it was so small and the ceiling was so low my husband had to bend his knees to shower. Definitely not worth what they charge.

Overpriced and outdated hotel. You can see under the door so it was very loud and drafty. The restaurant inside the hotel has a decent breakfast for a reasonable price and has good staff.

Rooms definitely could be cleaner. Dust & trash in between beds & furniture and in corners. Lamps, beds and other horizontal surfaces looked like they hadn't been dusted in weeks (months? ). Found a piece of fossilized pizza sausage in plain sight on furniture under the TV. Window curtains had something smeared on them. Music started at 7:55 A. M. In the pool area. Housekeeping started knocking on the door at 8:30 A. M. (apparently as if they were going to actually clean). The ONLY redeeming factor seems to be the food in Frankie's Bar. It was very good.

Place is great. Well kept rooms. Wonderful staff in Frankie’s. I hope Delphine’s making good money because she is my favorite part of coming here. Makes me feel right at home and remembers me every time. Tip her well folks! Best server I’ve ever seen from east to west coast.

The event was great. Well staffed and great service! We stayed a hotel room and that was average on cleanliness. I saw areas that could use a good scrubbing such as, bathroom door, and light switches. Our toilet was continually running.

The room appeared clean but when we started unpacking we could see it was gross! Dirt and grime on floors and counters. When we came back from eating supper the pool was closed at 7:30pm. When I called down to the front desk they said they close it if no one is there? I said well we came here so the kids could swim so that sucks! They then said I can ask if they can turn the lights back on, which took over 20 minutes. All of the lights were not turned on, only a few on one side of pool area. My kids were "creeped out" because it was so dark. The man who came to turn on a few lights said you have til 9:30 to swim, when it clearly stated on pool signs open til 10pm. The front desk also said open til 10pm. I will never stay here again because I had to fight to get to swim and it's not worth it when I can stay somewhere else and actually enjoy my stay.

Went for a kids pool party. Equipment is well maintained as they seem to have recently redone everything nicely. Slides are no longer rough to go down. Not a bad time. Would take my kid there again.

We met family members who were staying there. The pool area is very nice, tables are provided and you are able to bring in food. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool.

This is the hotel we have come to use about 3-4 times per year as we travel north to North Dakota and return. It is conveniently located, very reasonably priced, clean, comfortable and the staff are very professional and caring. In addition, the grounds at the hotel, if one has time to enjoy them are peaceful and relaxing. This hotel also has swimming accommodations that are much better than most hotels at this level.

Have not stayed here but we have used their exhibit hall, event center the last 2 years and their service and staff is great. And I have heard that the pricing is really good. Good food and snacks too.

The room was nice and the pool was nice. Wish there had been a pool deeper than 3 feet though. And the older lady at the front desk wasn't very nice. Other than that my daughter had a fun birthday.

Excellent place to stay. Extremely helpful staff. Cleanest room I've stayed at in several years. Price of room is reasonable. We needed to stay extra day. They went out of their way to help us.

The facilities were adequate for an industry conference. The presentation technology functioned as it should have. What food I had, snacks and coffee, were just fine. A perfectly good place to hold a professional gathering.

Their service for our conference was completely on point! I'm forgetting his name, but there was a younger gentleman who had dark hair combed forward who was way on top of it. We also appreciated the personal touch from the lady serving the soup in the food line. Great job!

We will not be returning to this hotel. We wanted to come for some family fun at the water park for a long weekend, but my children were left with cuts all over their feet from the shallow part. The AC didn't work in our room the entire time we were there, and after contacting the front desk about it multiple times, we were offered a couple fans. There was mold in the shower and the fridge was dirty, not to mention the entire bedroom smelled like smoke. I can honestly say I have never had a worst experience at a hotel.

Awesome hotel! The location was super convenient, being less than a minute off of the highway. The decor was slightly dated but the rooms were large and quiet. The staff were all very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a clean quiet hotel located right of the interstate highway. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Internet works well and there is a good selection of television channels. The lounge/pub in the hotel serves excellent meals, even fairly late in the evening. The restaurant also has plenty of breakfast options available. This is a great hotel to choose if you are in Sioux Falls.

Nice hotel comfy beds, we stayed cause I had a doctor's appointment and plus a little get away for the family. We really like the indoor water park it is a really nice area and my 3yr old son that is all he wanted to do. I couldn't get over the size of the room we got. I just wish they would of had free breakfast. I am already thinking about booking another room soon and this time invite friends of ours to rent a room as well so our kids could hangout in that water park area it will be fun sitting watching them have fun there.

Nice place and didn't feel like it was over priced for what we got. The kids loved the pool area which on a weekday wasn't crowded at all. The place was very clean. Only draw back was a bit of an issue trying to use our bank award point gift cards for the room. At first we were told we couldn't use them because our C. C. Had already been charged. Even after a little discussion it was a bit time consuming and a pain to get it done. I'm sure some of the frustration was the fact we had traveled nearly 1000 miles in a day and a half and just wanted to get into our room and let the kids play.

Clean enough. Comfortable bed, but the bedding is heavy. Towels were pretty soft, but there weren't enough of them. The entrance door the desk clerk sent us to didn't work. I had to stand with our bags in the rain while my hubby went in through another door. For the cost, I expected better.

There is no supervision anywhere! I payed alot of money to come here from out of state to get here and see that no rules are followed. When you got here you have to sign a waiver about rules and wearing wristbands to go in the pool, most people at the pool don't have a wristband on. The room next to us is having a party and just leaving the door open to let their friends walk through and access the pool area. Kids are going down the slides multiples at a time and there is an area you cross holding a rope where it's suppose to be one kid at a time and there's 8 older kids on it knocking smaller ones off. I have seen MULTIPLE kids get hurt in the two days we have been here. I talked to the front desk and they have done nothing. The staff when at the pool sits on there phones and does nothing. I asked a kid why he didn't have a wristband on and his response was… my grandpa brings us here all the time because you can just walk through the side door and go to the pool and no one checks for wristbands. Well, that explains the alot!

Ramkota hotel disappointed me! I brought my three kids for a vacation and I swear this whole hotel was filled with cheerleaders and soccer players. They were all very polite but it was just too crowded in the hall way… And the workers were very rude, except the maids. Also my key card kept deactivating which should not have happened! It was just not a satisfying hotel and I forgot to mention, my kids were just trying to have fun but a worker kept yelling at them about how to go down the right way, even when there was no way to get hurt. Also, they didn't have a big selection of food… And the second batch of anything they made was not cooked! I call bs. Young metro and I (and my kids) do not trust ramkota hotel!

Hotel looked to be updated nicely. The room door would stick, and required a shoulder to open. HVAC was sub par, and never really cooled off. Main lobby gave the impression of a better room.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel is conveniently located right off of I-29. The staff was very friendly. My room was located near one of the doorways which did lead to some night time noise and there was an odd buzzing in the stairway outside my room. Overall it was a nice clean place to stay, would recommend.

After going to an extremely ghetto super 8, like it looked like a meth house, we came here and Cindy helped me check into a room and was so sweet and nice and very helpful. This lady deserves a huge thank you a million times for being so caring and sweet! After a rough night of trying to find somewhere to stay she made me feel right at home. Thank you cindy!

The Best Western is a surprisingly big with a hidden pool in the middle courtyard. It also has a great buffet for lunch. I went for the Siouxpercon Convention and The Best Western did a great job of hosting.

Room was nice, very clean however the pool was a disaster, teen 'staff' standing around chatting while there were 10 very small children unattended in a hot tub. Forced all adults to leave the area. Very unpleasant as the pool was our reason for selecting this hotel.

Room was large and clean, 3 pools, conveniently located to attractions. The breakfast bar is great and inexpensive. The bar and restaurant were priced right and good.

Right off the highway. It has a gas station right across the road. I came here for an event (local nerd convention), and my interaction with staff has been minimal but pleasant. The layout of the building is confusing at first with scattered meeting and conference rooms. A major plus is that there are two amphitheater rooms with built in projectors and zoned lighting. My experience with the hotel and hotel staff has been very positive so far.

Went there for a company party. It was a social hour and dinner. Drinks were reasonable and dinner was good. Venue is nice and roomy.

I went to an event in one of the conference rooms, so I can only speak to that part of the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful when we asked for directions, and overall the place was comfortable and seemed clean. Unfortunately, there was a mild stale cigarette smell, but that was the only issue that I noticed.

The hotel is very nice for its age. Rooms are comfortable, and the pool is nice. It could use some updating all around. I would definitely stay there again.

I just spent 4 days and 3 nights at this hotel. I really don't have any complaints whatsoever. We had a very large suite that was exceptional compared to other suites we have stayed in over the last couple years. The living room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We were very impressed. Very adequate parking, and a great staff. We also utilized the Exhibit hall for a tournament and experienced great service there as well. For an event of it's size, the prices were fair and everything suited our needs perfectly. The only complaint I have is that the shower water did not stay hot for very long. Please note that we did have three people showering back to back to back every morning and I was always last. Neither of the other two experienced a problem, but still a little frustrating for a hotel of it's size. If I were to be back in the Sioux Falls area I would definitely get a suite at the Ramkota again, and that should speak for itself.

Stayed here for business. Room was clean. Hotel quiet. Restaurants inside were good and staff was friendly. Price was right for 79 a night.

I had read the reviews on here before booking our room, and to say the least I had been very skeptical about staying. However, I have a hard time believing that a place of this size could have such a bad rap. So, we booked it to stay 2 nights over Labor Day weekend. We had room 1070 which was a double full/queen beds, big room, nice bathroom minus no ventilation, we had an outside entrance to the outdoor pool. Staff was friendly, place was quiet and we had a good nights' rest. With me trying to keep it shortened here… yes the price was higher, but we have paid alot in the past for truly a bad room experiance. Yes, we would book this again. Note, I can see how indoor swim park rooms are much less desirable… but our room was nice. Thank you ramkota best western, sioux falls, sd.

Hotel was overpriced and got charged over $300 for a 1 night stay! Charged twice! And no one has been available to help resolve this issue. Bathroom didn't have exhaust fan and you could see the mold growing in corners and rust from the shower head as well has the door to the bathroom was pretty beat up. We left my son's phone there on accident and they found it and was told they would keep it in a lock box and only managers could open it and get it out. Sent my son's grandfather there to pick it up and they couldn't find it. After about 45 minutes, several phone calls later they finally found it and the lady at the front desk, manager, was very rude to me every time I spoke to her. Only good thing was the pool for the kids. They have 2 restaurants there and wanted to order pizza after swimming and they said we couldn't take it out of the restaurant and to order from Pizza Hut. That doesn't make sense to me. You have 2 restaurants there and wouldn't you want to keep the money in your hotel? Instead we had to drive to get food. Would not recommend.

Decent hotel but probably won't stay there again. Didn't meet my expectations for the price. Paid basically to use the pool. Overall was very clean and staff friendly but a lot of things not working. Our key entry didn't work, then the key didn't work, then the smoke alarm kept going off, then the room wasn't cleaned, etc. Paid more than I normally would for a hotel and would expect more.

What a dump. Dirty. Housekeeping lousy. Wi-fi slow. Overpriced for what I got! I would never stay there again & wouldn't recommend it to anyone else… even if I didn't like them!

Friendly people, smiles, clean, and they help the children's castle a lot, my daughter was in the castle for years. I luv this place. Don't care wutt anyone thinks.

Rooms are by the pool area and very noisy. On top of that it is the year 2015 and the room I was staying in did not have an air conditioning unit! It was a sauna in my room and I could not sleep at all! Go somewhere else and use this dump as a last resort.

Noisy, paper thin walls. Don't stay in a room adjacent to the pool unless you'd like to be greeted at 8 am by screaming children and clueless adults yelling outside your room. Never ever again.

We had a fabulous experience at this hotel. Hotel staff courteous, dining experience wonderful for a quick dinner of Walley sliders, hotel clean and updated. Convenient access to I — 29.

This was a supposed three star hotel NOT! The shower preasure is like water coming out of a watering can seriously! Room was ok Restaurant was good Went to the water park looking for a hot tub I found it but no button to turn it on. I called the desk and they said it is just a hot tub no jets! It had jets in the side so it was at one point a regular hot tub that you find at most hotels of this supposed quality but I guess not there! I did find a button to turn on the kids stuff in the waterpark! LOL WOW sad place Do not stay here I paid $49 on priceline and I cant imagine those paying more.

Check in was easy and fast. Our kids loved the pool and slides, however the kiddie pool water wasn't as warm as the water where the larger water slide was. For our kids being the ages they were, this was a problem. After about 30 minutes of being in the pool, they are shivering and there lips are turning slightly blue. The pool attendant made a call to maintenance, but in our entire stay there, the pool never really seemed to get warmer. The room was OK. The door to the bathroom was slightly off the hinges and you had to lift the door handle to get it to close easily and the shower head leaked. In a weeks stay, house keeping came by ONCE. After a couple days in the room, my wife and I woke up around 3am. She said she felt like something was crawling on her. We both looked through the bed, but didn't find anything. The next day I felt something on my leg. I looked down and had a flea on me. In the room were only my kids, my wife, and myself. We didn't bring any dogs, but there was a flea on me. I went back to where the flea jumped on me and started running my feet across the floor, next thing I know, I have 3 fleas on me. I pick each one off and put them in a container. I was literally able to run my feet across the floor and have fleas jump on me. I took the container to the front desk and spoke with a manager. I was greeted with nothing but apologies. We moved to a different room that night and were promised to have our night compensated.

Didn't clean our room, I had to clean it myself as we invited guests. Lounge closed on a Friday night on holiday weekend with at least 20 people in it! On Monday morning we tried to get a cup of coffee at the desk when we were checking out none of that either :/ the only good thing was parking.

This place was outstanding. I was travelling across I90 and needed a place to stay. I checked the Comfort Inn off the highway. It was 5 bucks more. I called the Best western and it was not only more reasonable, bit had an indoor water park for my kids. The staff was courteous, a special thanks to Melissa at the front desk and Ryan, who shuttled us around. A great stay. Thanks.

I'm sure this used to be a good hotel but it's definitely has gone down in recent years. We stopped here because it was getting late and we needed somewhere to stay. The lobby was very nice. Check in was fine. The women was nice but curt. Walking to the room was horrible. We went into the elevator and came out to plastic covered doors that were duct-taped to the floor. They are fumigating those rooms (over 7) for some reason — bedbugs, asbestos, who knows what else. All I know is that everything I'm wearing is going into a plastic bag. The room was big but the light by the door didn't work, the toilet whined when flushing and the door doesn't have a weighted closing system so it slams every time. The food was good, and only cost 24$ for two people, but I felt like a horse in the field because the flies would not stop landing on us. We kept on having to move about and flap our hands — I'm sure it looked very funny, but it was horrible. God only knows what the shower will be like tomorrow but honestly, my opinion is already solidified on this hotel. I will never go to a Plus Best Western again.
