Nice rooms, clean, pool, basketball court. Most of all nice staff and very helpful!

Have stayed many times, always a great experience.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in around the area. Although I am only staying here because a car wrecked into my home, I would recommend the Residence Inn to any of my clients! The staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean, it has just enough space to not feel cramped. Thank you all for being wonderful during a horrible time for us!

Nice place, great rooms, excellent employees! room was super clean, spacious and comfy. Bed was a bit soft but slept like a baby (might be the single beers they sell in the lobby! ) travel I-75 a lot, won't hesitate to stop again if needed.

Good and clean rooms. Spacious. Complimentary breakfast, which is particularly good for people who are interested in Japanese rice for breakfast. Hotel also has Japanese television channels. Location is near plenty of grocery stores, and the hotel has parking if you have a rental vehicle.

This location is not what you would expect from a Residence Inn. The room was not a comfortable room to stay in. To be honest, it wasn't just one thing, it was a multitude of things that drove me to writing this review. Firstly is the design of the room. The room seemed empty. I stayed in a king studio and the usable cabinet space is quite lacking. The only space for dry goods/food is on top of the fridge or in the cabinets above the fridge. Hopefully, one could understand why you can't really use both at the same time, so we used the top of the fridge. It was quite inconvenient for my 5'2"" wife. Next, is the large microwave that sets atop the counter, taking up valuable counter space. I should also mention the door on the microwave was broken and required some finagling to close properly. The paper towel holder is below the sink, so when your reach for a towel, you must open the cabinet door with wet or nasty hands (the reason you need a paper towel). There was not an oven. Most Residence Inns at which I have stayed include a full size range (with oven) or at least a convection oven/microwave combo. There is a large desk next to the window, but the office chair supplied with it is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever used. I ended up using the couch and pulling up the end table to use as a desk. There was not a coffee table. No outlets near the bed for my CPAP and phone charger… unless I wanted to drape it across an aisle and create a trip hazard.

Working with Krista to get a group rate for a block of rooms for my wedding was a breeze! She is so friendly and easy-going, and very responsive. The hotel has been recently renovated, with furniture made by a local Amish community. It's beautiful and clean, the rooms are large and contain everything you could need!

Place was clean and always smelled fresh. No complaints, breakfast was also decent.

I would recommend this hotel to all. Lived here for almost 2 months. It was a great experience. The staff is very friendly. Cleanliness, food quality is very good. Spacious rooms with almost all the facilities. We did not have an oven to cook Chicken Kebab. But staff had let us use their kitchen oven. Overall a great experience.

They have no security camera out side there snow plow truck hit my truck and u can see the blade in my bumper will never stay at marriott residence inn again.

Comfortable only 2. Things that bothered me. On morning noticed one of my bath towels looked dingy. The other is on there breakfast they have served bacon only once all the other times have been sausage patties not links.

0 out of 10, they had pineapples in the lobby! But it was a good place, nice clean kitchen in my room, and room service cleaned the dishes for me daily.

I came to this hotel for a wedding shower. The rooms were nice and I loved the fireplace. The kitchenette made it easy for them to prepare the snacks. It was a great experience.

Rooms were very big and clean. Little touches like the mints and microwave popcorn were a nice touch. The hotel staff was always friendly and courteous. Free parking and Wi-Fi were great and we loved the breakfast options in the morning. I would definitely stay there again!

Everything was great until we had a toliet clog went down to the desk to ask for a plunger and was told that they could not do anything till maintenance comes in the morning which left us with a clogged toliet all night.

Great Hotel. Friendly staff. Warm cookies at the front counter. Delicious breakfast. They even had Waffles and Icecream for dessert!

Felt very clean and had great accommodations. The pool was emptied and in the process of being redone but we still had a good stay.

I've stayed there multiple times and it's always great. They've redone the fitness room and lobby. They are currently remodeling the pool so I'm sure it will be even nicer once that's done.

Great check-in staff. Unfortunately when I asked for second comforter (2 people 1 bed) later in the evening to be comfortable, they refused to get us one. 1st morning. Waited for breakfast to be ready 45 minutes past opening time.

The staff is amazing and have been nothing but hospitable since before we even arrived. We needed a pack n play for one of our two babies, and they provided us with a brand new one. You can tell the staff really cares about the customer's experience.

The Troy Residence Inn, right off the main highway in little Troy, Oh, has been my home away from home for a total of 8 weeks throughout the years I've been coming here. They recently remodeled and the whole Inn has a very modern comfort type of feeling now. Of course they have the standard amenities that hotels have, such as a free breakfast bar and a social hour event with free food and drinks, but where this place shines is the service. There are no shortage of employees here that are completely willing to assist you at any hour of the day. During my last few stays, Alisha has been at the front desk. She has always helped me with any issues I have as quickly as possible, and always with a smile. All in all, this hotel is actually a great find in Troy. The rooms are clean, updated and roomy. I'll continue staying here during my visits to Troy.

My extended stay at The Residence Inn has been particularly pleasant. The hotel is relatively clean and management filled their ranks with a delightful and exceptional staff. The room came equipped with a TV with access to most major channels and a helpful channel list. The rooms were also equipped with a small kitchen with all the necessities and dishwasher. At the mention of my dismay at the pans, the accommodating staff presented me with a non-stick pan. How wonderful! They also allow pets, for a reasonable $100 fee. My wily little GSD was able to open the doors and slip out of the room when I was away. The staff effectively communicated the problem and were helpful by trying to find a solution. I bought a door monkey from Amazon for $12 and that took care of the problem. The manager checked on me a few times to make sure everything was going well. They offer a continental breakfast every morning and other types of nourishment Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights. The continental breakfast features a waffle maker with a diverse range of toppings from blueberries to cinnamon sugar. They also offer, eggs, a daily meat, yogurt, and pineapple. Better yet, you're able to get coffee any time of day. The only slights were the lack of a real fitness center, but they're currently constructing one, hopefully it's done before my leave, and I will update the review accordingly. I would like to mention Mike the maintenance guy, Garrett the cook, and Nicole the receptionist by name.

The service is astronomical, prices reasonable, decor could stand a serious overhaul however. Ultimately, this place provides a competitive value for suites or long term stays in Troy, Ohio.

They have excellent service, and excellent facilities. The food is good — substantially better than any other complimentary breakfast or evening meal that I have seen. The exercise room has modern equipment. Wifi is decent and they do not pass out new passwords every day. They have a shuttle that does daily drop-off and pickup at several big companies in the area, so some folks have a free ride to work on workdays.
