Clean room, comfortable bed. Issues being that the liner for the tub didn't fit well and bubbled up. One of the towels had a stain on it. Lastly the lady at front desk was very rude and short like I was interupting her.

Well, there was raw sewage right next to my room. I was informed by an employee that is what it was. So we had to walk all the way around the building to get to and from our room. Which I understand maintenance issues happen but you should probably clean up the mess. When we asked for an extra blanket and pillow we were told we had to wait until morning. We were suppose to be there 3 days so I went and purchased food for the refrigerator and low and behold I wake up the next morning and the refrigerator doesn't work and all my food is bad. Not to mention the beds are mattresses on a board. Oh the pool was closed, completely empty, like every pool in the area opens on Memorial Day weekend. Which is fine your pool isn't ready advertise that so when people that are wanting a pool don't choose your motel. But I'm sure you don't care because the extremely rude lady at the front desk explained to me these complaints aren't excepted. So, needless to say we left after the first night and stayed our next two nights some where else in the area. I'm sure I won't be giving Motel 6 another try any time soon. I remember when Motel 6 was a good place to stay. A thing of the past I guess.

We stayed at the Troy Ohio location and the room was filthy. Dead bug on one of the beds, other bugs crawling around the room. Dirt all over the floor and the room smelled bad. Frankly if it wasn't so late I would not have stayed. I wanted to speak to the clerk in the morning but no one would answer the door. I have pictures of the bugs and I think I should receive a full refund of my money. I thought Motel 6 was a reputable company but if this one location is a reflection of all your locations I will never stay at another Motel 6.

Hard beds and pillows and very loud. I could hear every conversation and TV 5 rooms away. Wall were paper thin, that being said, great TV options with hot water and a spacious room with comfortable sheets and blankets. Great place to stay for a cheap price and worth it.

Never will I ever go back to this motel. Not even an hour after I got my room I found a baby cockroach in the mini refrigerator. Considering it was so late we decided to stay and put it past us. We checked the beds and found no bed bugs but woke up the next morning with another baby cockroach on the ceiling. My girlfriend did eventually find bite marks on her legs after we left. We didn’t even stay until check out, we were out before 9… I would say I was convinced it was nice here, the rooms were remolded and looked great. We were fooled, this place is absolutely disgusting.

I had to change rooms — TV wouldn't work, Room we changed to had a mouse run in it two hours after being in it. Mouse ran to adjacent room. So we put a towel under the Door crack to try and prevent the Mouse from coming back to our room. Very Nice Wood Floors, but dirty — my socks are black in minutes. No turn plate in Microwave. New Painted Room and New Bed Platform. Heater really old and Dirty, always on high heat, you have to turn it on and off.

Went to visit my daughter in Troy Ohio. She wanted us and her self to stay at motel 6 for the night in which she paid $60 plus taxes and such. Room had been repainted so that was nice! Now for the bad: 1. Beds were just mattress on wooden platform so the kept sliding off the edges or end of beds. 2. No coffee maker 3. Shower / tub would not drain so only 1 person got a shower 4. The rooms decor was very cold, just painted but seem to be like a colored jail cell. 5. The flooring was cheap wood looking laminate. Very cold on feet. 6. No continental breakfast, I have stayed in less priced hotels that had breakfast. 7. Was told coffee at front desk in the morning so my daughter and I walked all the way outside in the cold to get warm hot coffee. But the coffee was in one of those pump despencers and was cold! 8. When we first got to the room we had to keep our jackets on because it was so cold until we turned on the heat. I feel so bad that my daughter paid for such a hotel Like this one! We enjoyed being with my daughter very much! But I would never stay at this hotel again! Very very poor for a chain hotel!

Quiet, clean, and inexpensive. The desk clerk was very welcoming and accommodating of my needs. The only disappointment was the platform beds. They are so hard. I had 2 beds so half way through the night I switched to the other bed and it wasn't as bad.

First off the photos do not represent this motel or the rooms you will get. They must have been taken elsewhere. It is currently being renovated and construction was evident, the room we had was hardly finished, no pictures, paint and stucco splashed everywhere. The heater was still old and made a horrible noise. Maybe when they are finished it will be nice, until then I would avoid it!

Well my room had very large bed three pillows. I was warm when I set the room heater at 72 then when I lowered to 67 when I slept. I took a long hot shower. The night clerk was very nice too and I had a cup of coffee in the morning. I was satisfied.

The bed was super hard. They didn't have any shampoo or conditioner for the shower. But the upgrades they are making for the rooms look really nice.

I would give a negative number if it would let me. That is the worse motel I have ever stayed at. I had to change 3 rooms because they were so dirty on the dresser in the first room that the people prior to me had wrote clean me. That's how dusty it was. Then room 2 no fridge, no microwave no remote. The third and final room the toliet was broke, the ac was broke, the bed was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep on it then there was hair in the shower. My husband had to come get me in the middle on the night I couldn't stay there. They knew about all the problems and they said the best they can do is give me back $10. I wouldn't stay there if someone paid me $100. Also the worse customer service in my life! Also there is no breakfast just coffee if you go all the way to the office because there isn't one in your room.

Three of five stars is probably a low rating given the totality of my experience, however, I was annoyed that signs at the various lobby entrance indicated that those doors would be locked until 6:00AM. However, they remained locked until 7:00AM each morning. Apparently, the motel is undergoing renovations, and they are solely needed. My room was newly renovated, and while not at all fancy, was clean, cool during the day, warm as desired during nights. I needed a clean, secure, quiet place to sleep. This was fine. Public spaces were somewhat tattered. Decking was noticeably sagging as viewed from the ground floor, concrete steps were in disrepair. However, given that the unit is under renovation, I can overlook such flaws. Most important to m me is that I selected this more because it was so attractively priced. I don't entertain in my room, don't hold meetings there or make presentations. I just sleep, sometimes eat carry in. I only gave you three stars because that is what you are (at this location, at least). However, I would gladly select a motel such as this over some glitzy motel charging two or three times the rate. Your motel serves an important market niche. I, for one, will definitely be back.

Wonderful staff very friendly. Great place to sit outside and have a picnic. Plenty of space for kids and dogs to run on property. Great location. I'd definitely stay again.

I gave high marks the room was clean. I stayed 2 nights however the bed was not made when I arrived for the 2nd night stay. There was fresh towels left.

We had my niece's wedding reception here. Clean room, but we had to set up the tables and dance floor ourselves. Bathroom was clean, but very warm. The gentleman working the front desk was helpful when requests were made for things like extension cords and garbage cans.

Good experience, although I got the last room available late on a big weekend with over 80, 000 concert goers in the area. The room was well appointed, better than most Motel 6 had stayed at in years past, and the room was clean, but this room had not been remodeled yet and although I only needed a single for me, I got the double (as it was last room left). I was looking for just a cheap sleep for only 6-7 hours, and unadvertised across the street was some other motel with price of about $32/nite just off I-75; but it was not available "on-line" and didn't even show up in searches … so, Motel 6 was probably better choice and at $30-40 LESS than other hotels on-line in the area. PS: The staff was great, friendly, talkative, and helpful.

Motel 6 was run down. Staff did not look professional. Lobby smelled bad. No TV service in room. No microwave. No fridge. No breakfast. For a few dollars more I could have stayed at a more enjoyable motel.

You guys are fools, I stayed overnight the place is great for staying there for awhile or just 1 days but mostly depends what situation you're in. But seriously you guys are insults to the world.

Last of our group checked in early a. M. During middle of last week, motel a bit old and rundown but is bigger and has more meeting space/non-operating kitchen dining room than our local one… were informed that construction/refurbishment in works so most of our negatives should be taken care of, though the worst part was the night check-in agent. He had food stains on his shirt and obvious chewing tobacco chunk in his mouth, I could barely understand what he was saying and the spittle didn't help. He LICKED HIS FINGERS while giving us change and paperwork. Got out of there as soon as I could and BATHED my license, room card, etc. In hand sanitizer. If staff is this grungy how bad must rooms be? the guy stated that he lived on site and would come to our room if our TV didn't work… no thanks buddy!

Hey what you pay for, cheap hotel with the basics. Lower than average, smells like smoke in non smoking rooms, might have to do with the ashtrays they provide. On the plus staff is very friendly and changed my first room after I complained about it being too Smokey.

The bathroom was very small the service was a bit poor very small beds.

It was decent Something's could have been different Like update TV the TV that was in the room was an old picture tube that could barley see anything but other than that and little things that could have been fixed it was an alright night.

Bed bugs. If your a woman alone don't stay here the manger gives out your room key to his employees. I am a critical care regisered nurse. Not a prostitute for motel 6.

The Desk people were extremely friendly. Staff was very accomondating. Cleaning people doing a good job. The hotel itself is starting to look run down compared to how it was a year ago. Paint is chipping off of the walls around air conditioner unit. The units appear to be old and struggling. The bedding had holes in it. Pillows were on the sloppy side have seen better days. Been to lots of other Motel 6 and this is by far the one that is in the worst shape. Even the outside looks poor, as someone has hit the awning and there is a big damage spot. Also the ice machine. Is upstairs and if one is disabled it is hard to get to the ice. Should be one on each floor. First appearances count. Thank you. Teresa.

Horrid rooms where you are uneasy about sitting in the chair, let alone sitting on the bed. It was so run down, loud, and shameful I drove 2.5hrs home to sleep in my own bed and 2.5hrs back in the morning… yes it was that bad, and I work in a steel mill so my expectations aren't that of some prissy!

It suites me its what you would expect for a cheap rate it was clean a little out of date but a nice clean place to stay no bugs slept like a baby.

They have bed bugs! stayed 7/12/14 and woke up getting ate up by bugs! I found 2 in my sheets! when the owner came to look he couldnt find any so he didnt refund any money or offer credit! found several blood spots on the mattress and sheets which proved they have been there for awhile. i have several welts all over me from the bites! and they burn and itch.
