Found bed bugs on the bed and cockroaches in the bathroom when I brought it up to the lady at the desk she said she would have some one look into it so I asked for my money back she said they don't do refunds! I will never stay here again!

I stayed for a couple nights and they stole me personal items!

Ok… so let me start by saying I was not expecting much for the $ but like nearly every other review the rooms smell atrocious! There are no amenities to speak of and they have a NO VISITORS policy which Ive never heard of before. Holes in well, everything… walls, carpet, sheets and bedspread had cigarette burns and there was no blanket or fitted sheet. The heat/a. C unit is ancient and takes a very long time time to make any noticeable change. The lamp fixture is hanging off wall like something you might see at a haunted house. No Microwave or even coffee pots for room… So I have an apartment sized fridge and no way to prepare food. Also, price seems ever-changing because in the matter of 72 hours we got quoted 3 different prices for the same room same occupancy and when I arrived the price went up again. Basically unless youre up a creek like I was find another motel this towns got plenty of them!

Room was clearly not serviced; snot, pubes, blood, and dirt everywhere. There was a used napkin shoved in a hole that was punched in the wall. Broken equipment was left unreplaced. Two stars because the internet was unbelievably fast.

If I could give this a lower score I would. Mildew on pillows. Holes in bed and burn holes in sheets. Rooms smell horrid of everything you can think of. Horrible. Staff was friendly and it's close to where I was going. But I honestly would never in a million years stay at this… Best I can describe it. Crack motel again.

Horrible ass hotel. Me and my fiance got a room for the night and as soon as we walked in our room, we noticed what it looks to be blood on the walls, the walls in general are stained yellow from previous smoking. Room stinks, TV is ancient, very sketchy place as well as a sized hole in the mattress along with burn holes in the mattress/blankets. I can't imagine the dirty people whos slept in this bed.

I mean, can I say negative 5 stars? Wow. Completely disgusted!

Horrible! Nasty roach motel 10 per guest not even for 20 min long visit rude rasist owners false advertising no bar no Wi-Fi connection avalible no banquet room there was blood splatter on my floor and pillow cases mean to children paid 220 a week and only got 2 towles for three of us no microwave in room roaches eevvvvvery where they let trash build up in bags at the end of halls drugs in and out dealers in and out seems nice at first its awful save your money id rather sleep in a box. Rude front desk lady ac is broken down they "we not fix"everything wrong with tht place take it from someone who fell victimized to their s*** now I have to fumigate my house becuse of their motel.

Clean rooms friendly staff and low prices.

Very rude and disrespectful. I was cut off three different times just when asking about vacancies and prices. Had family stay there and when we came to pick them up were told we were not even allowed to go in the room we had to leave no visitors.

Bedbugs everywhere. Dirty. Unsafe. Doesn't have many features that it advertises. Bar, banquet room… etc. Drug activity and other illegal activity.

Nice rooms good customer service comfortable and quite.

Don't ever stay here you people are rude, that's all I'm saying I already posted my post on this motel.

This is the worst hotel in Springfield Ohio besides the executive inn. Where should I start 1 the owners are retarded rude in nasty ads Indians. They have mice in every room roaches. Bed bugs everything is old an worn down. Towles that have holes an rips in them nasty broke down beds, stains an smells everywhere. You pay 240 a wk an you can only have one roll of toilet paper, they want 2.50 for each load of laundry. They are very very noise you can't have visitors… YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR KIDS. You get coffee when they have the money to set it out. Snacks up front are top dollar an stall (wish means very old been up there forever) it just really needs code inforcement to come in an shut them down. Nothing is up to date… please someone get this place help or shut down. If they cant have a nice comfortable hotel that ppl wanna stay at when you come from out of town or just wanna take a break, then get them out of here… an stop spending money if you stay wkly, mnthly, or daily cause your money aint inproving their business its only getting worse. Wonder how there livong? mmmmm I bet better. This is to the ownets, code inforcement, customers, please see for your self not a place to stay uhggg.

There renovating the rooms. We had a perfecy room this young guy. Start getting relaxed. And I go to the bathroom. And my boyfriend laying on the other side … he shows me a live bug… we thought oh yes the roomd are remodeled … yes but there bed bugs on the bed in the sheets… on the black we flip the mattress. And the box spring… and its infested. I go down to the office. This young guy says go back to your room. And ill wait untill … the manager comes in. We go wait in the office were the little tables… he says your not going to room. I said im not going back there. We want to switch rooms… and he starts freaking out … saying my boss wont believe me … was going to charge us more money. Then he says only twenty dollars more…

This place was absolutely ridiculous. We found cockroaches crawling up the ceiling. Went to go get our money back and the man at the desk was extremely rude. Then only gave us back half of our money, when we took them a live cockroach in a cup. We also took pictures of a few dead ones we found. This place is disgusting and the staff is horrible. Don't even want to give them 1 star but that's the lowest it allows me to go.

I stayed at this hotel for two days and the experience was horrible the lady at the front desk was coming to ower room saying you take ower towels it was all a misunderstanding who would want their ruff ass towels I pitty who ever has to deal with them when they are in Springfield ohio! Days inn here we come.

The hotel room had a bad odor. There was a lot of noise coming from the other rooms. There was no hot water. The bathrooms were not clean. Terrible service at this hotel. I did not feel safe at this hotel.

I Stayed At Thr Villiager Inn On Columbia In Room 108 Yesterdayy & It Was One Of Thee Worst Experiences I've Ever Had At A Motel, First They Gave Me A One Bed When I Needed A Two Bedroom For 55 Dollars & The Lady Is Completely Rude Thee Entire Time Then She Tells Me That My Brother & Sister Had To Leave In Two Minutes If They Weren't Staying That I Wasn't Allowed To Have Visitors So I Had To Give Them $10 More Per Visitor I Was Laying In Bed & About 1:30 am The Cable Goes Out & I Called The Front Desk To Let Em Know & The Lady Said "Nobody To Fix" "Go To Bed Check Out At 11" Rude As F*** Then 10:30 am Comes Around & She Calls To Make Sure We Were Up To Check Out At 11 am & Called Every 5 Mins Saying "Time To Check Out" Like She Didn't Just Call 5 Minutes Before That To Tell Us That Same Exact Thingg Like She Was So Rude About It That It Gave Me The Impression That She Was Mad At The World & Had To Bringing Her Home Life To Work With Her Overall They Lost A Loyal Costumer I Will Never Stay There Again.
