Great place. Better than holiday inn. Im a gold member at ihg. They wouldnt even work with me today. Hampton took care of everything. Great place.

My husband, 2 yr old, and I were on a road trip from Virginia to Illinois and had been driving for almost 10 hours. Our 2 yr old started to lose it so we looked for a hotel in the closest town. We trust the Hampton Inn name so we chose there first. We took the room, which was great, but were hoping for a cheaper price. Breakfast was okay, and the showers were not great. Beds were amazing!

Nice clean room, updated fixtures and flooring. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Stayed here before moving to the area and had an absolutely amazing experience. It is a very clean hotel with exception service. Like all Hampton Inn's, they had a continental breakfast every morning and free coffee/tea all day. The location is very close to highway so traveling is pretty hassle free.

Went here for a work trip. Room was clean and taken care of. They offer free breakfast in the lobby with plenty of options. There was an issue with the air conditioner but they switched me to another room immediately.

Not impressed with this Hampton. Our feet stuck to the bathroom floor. No refrigerator in this room for the price of the room there should be. When we turned down the bed covers to get in bed there was a tag from an article of clothing, certainly if that bed had been stripped and remade there shouldn't be anything under the covers, luckily we had another bed in the room that seemed to be ok but it certainly made you wonder if it had been cleaned. When I told the staff the next morning and presented them with the tag that I found in the bed and they just looked at me and finally one of them asked if I would like a bottle of water or something, not a good response. We are Hilton honors members and we will never stay at this hotel again.

We stay at this hotel at least once a year and everything about our experience is always wonderful. The continental breakfast is lovely and the staff are extremely helpful. Everything is always very clean and they are constantly providing fresh coffee, tea, fruit, and small desserts in the lobby.

Nice stop just off 70. Comfortable bed and a decent breakfast. If you want something more there is a Bob Evans across the street.

The location is visible from I70. It is very clean. I nice pool that does not close until 11, fitness room, and spacious rooms. Rooms are very clean with comfortable queen beds and tons of pillows. Breakfast includes cheese omelets, waffles, sausage, pasties, and more. I will stay there anytime I am in the area.

I've stayed at this hotel, several times through the years. It's always clean, has good customer service, and is very guest friendly. I love the ambiance of the lobby area. It's a great place to socialize.

This is a nice, updated 4-story hotel. Modern fixtures and overall look. The service is nice. My room is comfy. Gotta like 3 HBO channels. The partial wood floor is a nice touch as well. Plenty of parking spaces. The digital key (using phone app to unlock room door) is pretty cool, too.

Very nice Hampton. I enjoyed my stay. I stay almost exclusively at Hampton Inns because you always know you're going to get a nice, clean hotel.

Great place, clean, comfy, hospitality is excellent, they do whatever to make your stay comfortable. Good breakfast for free buffet, all the good stuff offered.

They were fixing pool but let us use pool at hotel next door. Plus super friendly breakfast lady.

I am very pleased with this reasonably priced hotel. We were driving back from Nashville when I found out it will be 1:30 AM by the time we reach home. That would definately be too late. We found this hotel in a place we wanted to stop in for a very good price. It was only $89 and it offered many amnities. The rooms were spacious and clean. Unfortunately, we were not able to experience anything other than our room because we had to leave early the next day. This hotel is the perfect place to stop for a night, I will definately come back.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean but some aspects appeared dated. Had stayed here before and the room was much nicer but had no fridge or microwave. My second stay I had both fridge and microwave. The last visit I had a fridge but no microwave. Very inconsistent. However I would stay here again.

I stay at this Hampton Inn every year and it's great service every time. Absolutely no problems.

The beds and pillows were great. However the rooms where inconsistently furnished. My sister's room had a mini refrigerator, but mine did not.

Great place to go when you're in a last minute situation. They also serve great breakfast in the mornings with fresh coffee.

My husband and I stayed for the first time this past weekend. We were so impressed with all of the staff. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and polite. We really enjoyed the breakfast, too. Planning to definitely stay again. Thanks again for the great hospitality on EVERY level.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the check in was a breeze. I was somewhat shocked to discover that they had an outside pool. Usually the pools are inside in the colder climate Hampton Inns. Just to note, that this hotel is not directly on interstate 24, but it was a short drive through the rolling hills of Tennessee.

I just don’t like how you can’t cool the room there. When it’s a certain temp outside the A. C. Won’t cool the room. Stayed at 68 all night and then there’s a 2 inch thick cover. Sweat my ass off. Room never gets cool. Same at every location. Prefer holiday inn express.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Continental breakfast was great, specifically the eggs. Enjoyed the stay!

I loved this hotel. We stayed two nights and since we are relatively clean we didn’t need housekeeping after the first night. We left the do not disturb sign on the door, and came back to a care package with everything we could have needed! It was wonderful, amazing customer service!

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and very down to earth. Very helpful as well. If I ever come back to Springfield, I'm most definitely staying here again. And the price isn't bad at all.

Nice clean hotel, workers friendly and helpful. Drunk people in the pool were slightly annoying, and no guide on the TV made it so it was just endless channel surfing. Otherwise a nice place.

As always I am very pleased with my stay at a Hampton Inn. Staff was friendly and efficient at check in. The desk clerk was able to recommend several nearby restaurants for dinner. King room with fold out sofa was the exact room I booked. Non smoking, away from hall doors, ice machines and elevators. Hotel was easy to spot from I-70. If I need to stay in Springfield, Ohio again I will stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Staff friendly and handles any needs promptly. Breakfast very good. Easy access from the highway. They give you Bottled water when checking in. It is the little touches that mean a lot.

Very nice, clean, and quiet stay. Wasn't many people that occupied the hotel at the time which made it enjoyable. Left my jacket in room. Will call to see if management will have it in their lost and found. Holding out on 4 stars til then.

Felt safe and comfortable here. We had no problems at all. A hotel great for a place to sleep or hang out for a night or two.

My stay was brief, so I can't comment on everything the hotel has to offer. It seems like either fairly new construction or recently renovated; that said, it's clean and modern. The fitness center is in good shape as well. I'd stay here again.

Clean room comfy bed Wi-Fi. I didn't have change for the soda machine and they gave me a can of Dr pepper and wouldn't take my money. Wife needed a q-tip for my daughter and they had some. Great breakfast on top of it.

Great staff, great breakfast, very clean room. I have stayed at top hotels and received better service at this Hampton then any other hotel. Next time there is no doubt where we will stay in Springfield Tennessee. It feels like home!

Staff is kind and professional. Rooms seem to be plenty big. The hot tub and pool are clean and easy to get to. Breakfast in the morning seems standard across all hotels. The building looks very modern and upon asking it was remodeled about 3 years ago.

Odd little relatively unadvertised Hampton hidden off on its own. Sizeable property with more than ample parking that stays busy mostly due to business travel. Well-appointed rooms that show little signs of age. Quiet area well behind a shopping park and just off Tom Austin Walkway. Fast food, fuel, convenience store, and sit-down dining close. Walmart and hospital not far. One of the first "new-style" or re-redone Hamptons I stayed at about four years ago or so. Relatively pricey for location, but that's due to lack of supply and the business market. Terrific rooms that are dark and quiet. Well-appointed bathrooms. Great breakfast and coffee availability.

My stay was a good experience. Although they were very busy, check-in was fairly quick. The room was very clean; beds were exceptionally comfortable; breakfast had several tasty selections; and the pool was clean and enjoyable.

Location was very convenient and the staff very friendly but the room was nasty! The bed sheets smelled bad and the carpet was so sticky we had to keep our shoes on at all times so, bring your sandals.

The hotel is near many restaurants, and shops. Updated interior, rooms are nice. The breakfast was quite good.

Clean room. Single king room is small and tight. Refrigerator is barely cool on coldest setting. I do not see why so many hotels insist on using white fluorescent bulbs instead of soft yellow (like incandescent).

Excellent hotel. Rooms look very upscale with good styling attention even paid to the bathrooms. Swimming pool area is fantastic. The popcorn in the lobby is delicious and the breakfast is very good as well.

Decent Hampton and I stay here several times a year. Nice rooms, always clean, but like other have said noise transfer can be bad. It's just a shame some people can't remember that they're not the only ones staying there. This is always my biggest grip staying in hotels, rude noisy people. Main reason I always try for high floor to help minimize noise.

Friendly staff, great continental breakfast. We stayed in a handicap accessible room, which was comfortable. Used the fitness room, which has a treadmill, stationary bikes, and free weights.

Walked in and we're greeted by Inga she was so very friendly and even booked us at the local pub The Depot which was delicious. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was prefect and the breakfast attendant was friendly and helpful as well as giving us traveling tips of where to go. Thank you for a Wonderful stay! The Cheesehead's!

Excellent condition, nice bed, good breakfast. Room a little smaller than typical, no fridge. Lots of outlets and USB chargers in the room.

The staff is friendly but the door to my bathroom would not open after it closed and we had to have maintenance come at midnight to break it open.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in a Hampton Inn. My belongings were stolen by housekeeping. I was able to to have some of my clothes returned to me but my work computer and expensive hair straightener were never found. Made a police report but management was unable or unwilling to cooperate. The hotel manager is the worse I have ever come across. Completely unresponsive to my email after the incident and no help what so ever in the claims process. don't stay here! staff steals!

Very nice place, great breakfast, nice rooms, quiet, clean. Now if they only had a shuttle service.

Nothing bad to say about the hotel itself, but some freindly advice for people unfamiliar with the area, dont go too far from the hotel, just one street over is one of the worst neighborhoods in America. I would avoid the entire city of Springfield, really nothing there but crime and poverty. If you are going west go on to Huber Heights, if heading east go to Hilliard.

I don't think I've ever made an effort to review a hotel, but I feel this hotel is deserving. I didn't have a lot of expectations for a stopover off the interstate and this was a huge surprise. Modern, clean, comfortable, and stylish — I was so blown away. Everything about this hotel seemed brand new. The interior was modern, with all the latest amenities and décor. Room was spotless, and the interior was even, dare I say it? Chic. I loved the small details of the laptop table on the bed, the Neutrogena shampoo/conditioner/lotion (pretty good stuff which I'm not ashamed to admit I shoved in my bag), and the attention paid to the notebook with information about the property and the surrounding area. In fact, I found my dinner location that way and it was super convenient. The alarm clock even has nature sounds, so you don't have to start your day with an adrenaline fueled fear-injection from the scary buzzer noise if you don't want. Lamps with outlets!? LIKE. I also went to the indoor jacuzzi and found it to be clean, new-looking, and well kept, with an ample supply of towels. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hot breakfast was more than satisfactory. I even think the food was good — the frittata was yums. They had vegetarian and non vegetarian frittata options, and waffles, and maple sausage, and also healthier things for those who believe their bodies are a temple. If they had complimentary happy hour I would probably have fallen over from happiness.

Hotel in good shape and in a quiet location close to restaurants. Has a pool an decent fitness center. Breakfast bar is average fare.

Everyone was very nice and would greet you if you walk by. The pool was not cleaned out everyday. Breakfast is simple. You can't expect much when it's complimentary. I do appreciate the effort though. Who doesn't enjoy free food. The fitness center does the job. Cute little room to work out in. One person should be in the room. Two strangers make it awkward, three is a crowd. My mom and sister stayed in a two bedroom suite. To our dismay, our beds were not neatly made and they didn't provide us additional conditioner and lotion, mind you there are three ladies staying here and are in need if these basic essentials. We shouldn't have to call the desk and ask for these replacements. This location is probably meant for those who are on a business trip. Nothing entertaining within 10 min of that place.

Great lodgings in Sringfield. A staff that takes pride in their work and a complimentary breakfast that's the real deal — — honest oatmeal, not instant, with the right fixings; real egg omlets, fresh fruit — — no wonder they get such great ratings! Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This was the best service I recieved from any Hotel. The front desk employee (Ms. Carla Hobbs) was very nice and cooperative. I was having rought night since my car broke down 5-7 miles from the hotel at about 2 am. Upon the call she provided the best service and helped me get out of all rental car mishap I was having. I ended up calling off my reservation because I didnt make it to hotel til 8 am in the morning (thanks to rental car road side assistance). When I get to hotel she helped us settle down even after I was not her guest any more since I cancelled the reservation. She was a life savor for me that day and I really appreciate her service as hotel employee and help as a good hearted person. You rocks Carla.

I am very picky — our stay was first class. Clean, quiet room very nicely decorated. Very nice bath. Staff was excellent. Highly recommended.

The room was comfortable and quiet. Someone smoked in our non-smoking room and the friendly staff offered to move us to a different room and gave us some spray to remove the smoke odor. Breakfast was average also.

Overall good breakfast with a wide variety of things to eat. Beds were really comfortable and nice to sleep in. The only real downside we had were the lipstick stains on the towels. The towels also seemed like they hadn't been washed, rather gross. I would still recommend this place though.

Rooms are great and I found the staff extremely accommodating. Would recommend it to anyone staying in the Springfield area.
