Kim helped me plan an event for an anniversary dinner and I have been recommending Hilton Garden Inn to anyone who will listen.
They are willing to help in anyway to make your event memorable. Their food is delicious. The decor is beautiful and the facility is so clean. Very happy with what they have to offer. Their rooms are great too. 100% Satisfaction!

Very nice hotel. Upscale feel. Staff were helpful and nice. Rooms were clean, modern, and well kept. Lobby area has a lot of amenities. There are bikes to rent and a quiet side room for small gatherings. Breakfast was pretty good too. Nice selection of options and it's made to order. Almost like a little restaurant. There's also a bar in the lobby area. Neat little business area it's located in too. I'd stay here again if I was in the area.

Five stars is solely based on the fact that this hotel was exactly as advertised. All of the employees we came in contact with we're quite pleasant, room service arrived quickly. Overall, especially compared to other local hotels in the price range, great hotel.

Very nice hotel. Large reception hall you can rent out for big events, great area with tons of places to eat and a Kroger right next door. Well appointed rooms with a nice shower. Austin Landing has a ton of events on the weekend… bands, music, and family friendly stuff. They have bikes you can borrow too for free which is a unique touch as well.

The room was nice, clean, and they did provide a pack-n-play for our 1 night stay. We decided to stay there impromptu after the food truck rally at Austin landing. After we checked in, and bought beer from their cooler, they informed us we were not allowed to drink and converse on the patio, for fear of disturbing the peace. We were all 40 and up, just looking for conversation, not to cause a ruckus. Then when we asked for the drinks, they couldn't be bothered to get them out of the cooler for us. I guess it was serve yourself even though it's behind the counter? The next morning we went down to what we thought was a continental breakfast, set up like every other continental breakfast in every other hotel in America. Complete with a make your own waffle station. The only difference was a sign, up by the kitchen, stating that your choice of omelets were 9.95. So my husband grabs an omelet. I grab a cereal. We each get coffee, and I grab 5 strawberries for my toddler. Wouldn't you know, that cost us $30.00. The omelette wasn't even right. By far the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at based on customer service. I knew we should have stayed at a Double Tree! Never staying at that Hilton again!

We didn't stay here but visited to look at their ballroom as a potential event venue. The lobby was extremely nice. The staff was great and very helpful. All of the spaces looked nice, were well designed, and in good repair. Hotel is only a few years old as of 2018 so everything is still nice and new.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Great location. Close to I-75. Restaurants, grocery store, gas station, shopping are all within walking distance.

Rooms are clean and well appointed. Breakfast was hot, fresh and made to order. Bar staff is friendly.

It was really nice and spacious. The only downside was that we needed more chairs since we were there getting ready for a wedding, we were told they would not bring any more. So as long as you only have a couple people in there, it's great!

Breakfast was great, pool was nice, room was clean and customer service was excellent. The only minor issue was the shower door which leaked onto the bathroom floor when showering and then into the entry way. Not a deal breaker, just a small annoyance.

Nice and quiet, we had a great food server who was also the bartender. Super nice!

The Hilton Garden Inn Dayton South — Austin Landing is a great place to hold a company meeting. The refreshments served were great.

Very nice decor and clean. However Fridge didn't work and no instructions on thermostat to regulate room temp. Told clerk at checkout but didnt care since we didnt have honors number even tho we rented 4 rooms for our holiday party. Disappointing as leftovers spoiled.

Fantastic location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, very close access to the highway. Service at the bar is impeccable and Deb is far and away the best bartender. Rooms are clean and gorgeous.

The facility is very nice the Banquet Center was clean and well-lit and spacious the food was amazing we had heavy hors d'oeuvres and there was not one that was bad hats off to the chef I would definitely recommend it to others.

An Excellent venue for your event or meeting. The staff is friendly and helpful. Shout out to Shari, our hostess, and the kitchen staff because that was the best breakfast burrito ever!

The staff were all so great! We had at least 150 there for a band competition this past weekend. Couldn't have asked for anything better!

If you need a handicap room, this is the place. Great property. Great location. Surrounded by the best stores for shopping. Great staff.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the front desk was professional. The only issue we had was the remote to the TV for the jaccuzi didn't work. A very small, insignificant issue. We would most likely stay here again if we needed accommodations in the area. We were disappointed that breakfast was not included, and this is something we look for typically. But we knew when we booked that it wasn't. Again, a small, insignificant issue. The hotel is very nice and we had a pleasant stay.

Beautiful, new facility with excellent staff. We use their conference rooms as a break from ours. Always top notch!

We stayed in a Jacuzzi room. The overall appearance of the lobby was fantastic. Check-in was ok but they did not advise checkout time or location of pool/work out room. The room itself was very nice. The only issue is the Jacuzzi itself. Took forever to fill. It also had hair and debris in the jacuzzi.

Stayed here over the weekend, what a beautiful property and wonderful staff! Thx for a great stay! And kudos to the gentleman who took the reservations Sean I believe was his name! Great customer service! Definitely will be coming back to this location!

Nice, up-to-date, clean rooms. Very nice staff, especially at breakfast: Ann Marie was a truly superior waitress, and the chef took extra time to check for allergens. Close to several nice restaurants, too. I would stay there again.

Beautiful setting. Wonderful staff. Large room to accommodate a large guest headcount. Safe and convenient for your guests to just walk to their room at the conclusion of your wedding reception. As a wedding MC/DJ who has worked here, I highly recommend this venue for your wedding celebration.

The room was lovely. However, I left my iPad charger and my Android charger in the room while I went to a sales meeting. By the time I realized I had left them in the room, housekeeping had cleaned my room and my chargers were gone. When I asked the front desk if they were turned in, they were nowhere to be found. There was only one other person in my room… housekeeping. Very disappointed in the Hilton brand that housekeeping couldn't be trusted to turn in such important items to my livelihood, yet such unimportant items to anyone else. Without those two power cords, I cannot charge my two necessary work stations, leaving me worthless. Shame on me for forgetting them in the room. Shame on the person in housekeeping who decided they needed them more than I did.

The room was immaculate! The staff was professional, caring, and knowledgeable and the condition of the entire hotel was very impressive. I can only think of two issues. One being the back of the office chair in the room was broken. Minor, I know. And the towels had a soapy residue. Like too much fabric softener was used or something. When wetted it felt like a gel was all over my skin. I brought my own soap so it was definitely from the towels and washcloths. Just an inconvenience. Not really a complaint. Other than that my entire stay was VERY enjoyable! The beds were soooo comfy and I don't know if there just wasn't many other guests on my floor but it was very quiet during my entire stay which was very nice, however it was during the week and not the weekend. All in all it was a pleasant stay!

Absolutely terrible customer service, front desk lady was snippy from the start, and unaware of her own company policy regarding age to check in. Turned away our 19 year old son who had a reservation we had made because he had been driving ten hours straight. Do not give this hotel our business, there are comparable Hilton's and other hotels located minutes away.

Wonderful hotel, clean and accommodating. Plenty of parking. Within walking distance of many services and restaurants.

I attended a Rodan +Fields event and met up with friends afterward in the lobby. The main floor was buzzing with people at the bar and in the lobby. Outside on the deck by the fireplace there were folks gathered for a birthday party. Everything in the hotel was brand new as it was built recently surrounded by lots of new shopping and restaurants and even a large Kroger grocery store right next door.

The hotel and lobby itself were very nice. However the room they had available for our R and Friday event was pretty small. There is a lot of construction going on outside around the hotel. Lastly, the various tenders took over an hour to serve only 20 guests with wine. A lot of us guests just gave up and went without a drink. But the Hilton hotels are nice and customer service is usually decent.

Excellent service, reasonably priced drinks at the bar, wonderful smoking oasis and cigars at the bar. Would love to return and spend another night.

Very pretty hotel. A lot of cinstruction at austin landing which can't be helped. I didn't interact much with the staff to make a call on that for the event.

My stay here was very nice. The rooms here are good — spacious and with modern tech (tap-card-to-enter doors instead of sliding your card). They have breakfast as well, although it's not free ($8.95). I'd recommend staying here!

Well located at the rear of a growing retail complex. Rooms clean and comfortable, and the service was prompt and helpful.

Great room. Very clean. Was here for a wedding and the reception space was awesome. Only complaint, which I heard from multiple people in our party, was that the water from the faucets and shower was very soft.

It is a nice hotel, only a few years old. The problem is more w/ logistics and the staff. I reserved a room and they told me that it would be ready in 30-45 min. I waited in their lobby for over 3 hours with my wife and kid. No one gave me updates unless I walked up to the counter and asked. No one offered anything to drink or a voucher for a meal. They said they had a lot of late check outs because of a soccer tournaments. Please don't book rooms and make your guests sit in your lobby. Maybe some type of compensation would have helped the cause.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was super friendly. The issues were in the small things. The cable to our TV didn't work and an associate came right up and fixed it. The knob to the shower came off in my hand as well. I'd stay here again as it was a beautiful hotel.
