Crappy motel. Only good if your broke.

As my wife said rooms were dated and rhe showers coyld use some work but rhe staff was friendly and very eager to please would stay there again no problem, the price was right also.

Great for the price! The room is small and still sorta smelled like smoke alittle but overall it was definitely a great cute charming place! Just re-done and excellent.

Room was worn but clean. Carpet was still damp from being cleaned the day we arrived despite having booked our reservation well in advance. Room had 2 double beds — one soft, one firm. Desk placed under clothes rack, so we were unable to hang long garments.

This hotel is number 1 if you are trying to score heroine coke or whatever your preference. The owner also is very accommodating to help bring in your lighting to make your a mature porn. Don't forget buy by the hour just in case he is a 2 pump chump.

Management and staff were great warm hearted people. Thank you D'par (? ) for your kind hearted gesture you are truly blessed.

Beware: NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN! "It says so right on your receipt. " And chances are good you will want a refund. I did a quick once-over of my room before paying, but didn't check the bed. Big mistake — no bedbugs but bedding wasn't changed since last guy slept in it. Lots of different kinds of hair on the pillows and sheets. It was really hairy — it grossed me out big time. I asked for a refund but Villa Rosa Motel in Perry doesn't do refunds; not if you ask nicely, and definitely not if you scream and use profanities. Still, I felt a little better after screaming at the front desk lady — — I believe she had that coming. After yelling for a few minutes, I agreed to stay if they changed the sheets and pillows, which they did. All this screwing around ate up a lot of time, and I really needed to lie down. I was a little frustrated with that, and I'm sure I conveyed that to the woman behind the counter. For some reason this place really pissed me off. I definitely would have left and found a different motel had they given me a refund. A couple more points to remember about the gypsy-owned Villa Rosa Motel in Perry, Ohio: their low-ish prices are not reflective of clean, well-maintained and updated rooms — rather, their "bargain" prices are slightly inflated due to the proximity of resort areas like Geneva-on-the-lake, where lodging can be very expensive.

Worked for my 1 night stay. Room and sheets were clean. Comforter was old, backing looked a little Brownown. Older place with block walls. Sound traveled from one room to another. Woman in the adjacent room was in good voice with her lover ;-). Would stay in again while attending Painesville Speedway.

This bye far is the worst exsperiance bye far there is freaking fleas getting bit bye fleas and have no were to go its on in the morning im going everywere to let this be known I want my full refund $75 to get bit up bye fleas all night.

Very dated, beds hard as a rock, TV almost unwatchable. But if you just need a cheep bed and shower it works well.

The Villa Rosa was an alright place to stay. The price was low, which was a plus, but for good reason. The place was a bit run down, and not a very comfortable place to stay at. However, it's fine if you're not willing to spend that much.

We got there really late and the lady waited for us to give us the room key. Really nice people. No bed bugs. Clean rooms for the rate. It was a good night stop. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Cleveland area!

Hotel is clean but overall outdated interior. Usual expected amenities, mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot. No hairdryer.

A throwback to the old days off road trips. While dated it has the to things required of an inexpensive road trip motel; it's clean and the beds are comfortable. The showers have good pressure and use the bowed shower bar (more elbow room in the shower). I was also pleasantly surprised at the refrigerator and microwave in our King bed room. I'd stay here again.

Nice little place for the money. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Friendly owners. No frills but for $50 no complaining here.

I was returning from a 11 day trip and would accept any room at this point. I had a reservation they had trouble finding. The room smelled horribly of stale smoke and staff was very rude. The A/C unit worked, but the deflectors would just fold over to block the air. The towels were a very dirty looking white. There were sheets, a bedspread, and pillows on the bed, literally nothing else. I. E. No blankets at all.

Great little motel. Very clean and cozy. People running the place were friendly and helpful. If for whatever reason you overnight in Painesville, this is a great place to do it.

Very pleasant, with a real person answering the phone right away. The screen door was lovely, and everything worked fine, and the grounds were beautiful, and some people seem to prefer big blank box motels to nice hand laid tile bathrooms in excellent condition. This isn't older and beat-up; this is a really nice time capsule. I miss places like this, and we are glad to have found it. (Yeah, "price can't be beat", even by places that creep you out, like the Motel-6 with drug-dealers and roaches. Yeeks! Didn't sleep well that night, and it cost more. ) Villa Rosa is your reward for looking closer, and getting off the interstate.

Older motel. But clean and affordable. Very friendly staff. It's what you pay for a place to sleep and shower. Other than that no frills. Tv channels are just basic. Stores and places to eat close by. Grounds are very clean and well maintained. Screen door was ripped is only complaint. Will use this motel offer.

They gave me a room that had been re-keyed so often that the key broke 3 times while trying to get in and they tried to make it seem like it was my fault. The next day my room was broken into and over 1000 dollars was taken from my luggage. Stay there is you want. I never will again.

I agree with the other person who wrote " How did they get 3 starts"! Yes, the people were friendly and housekeeping was excellent, BUT: the screen on the door was ripped, the toilet ran whenever someone else flushed their toilet, the bathroom door was VERY hard to close, there was not enough outlets for all the appliances, without moving furniture to look for more, the bathroom sink RAN to the point that I could not sleep, even after I tried to close the bathroom door, you almost KILLED yourself stepping into the small shower/bathtub and then again, when you stepped out onto a drenched floor. I know they are doing renovations, and it was a roof over our heads, that had hot water, sometimes on the floor, a door that locked and heat and air that worked, but still a little disappointing. Another family member was going to go up and visit, soon, but I think I will get them a room somewhere else because they would not be happy with what we had. Thank you. Joanne Yatauro.
