Review of Extended Stay America Suites - Cincinnati - Fairfield 2*

I stayed here at this location for 2 weeks give or take. I never received housekeeping like it was stated I was suppose to (at least) once a week. The shower, floors, and carpet weren't cleaned or vacuumed and I had to request someone come in and reclean them which took them 2 additional days. When housekeeping finally did come they never made the bed, they left the sheets and blankets on the bed and I had to make my own bed. On top of it the sheets were still damp along with the blacket. The final day I was packing up, I was tearing the bed apart because I lost something behind it and that it when I found a small nest of bedbugs! I seriously couldn't pack my stuff quick enough to get out of that room and dirty hotel. I spoke to the manager who was on duty and showed him the pictures of the bugs and showed him them on the bed. I was told I would have my money refunded to me and I was suppose to have additional money so I could launder all my clothes and other items and that he was sorry for the inconvenience. To this date I haven't been refunded the money! I will never stay at another extended stay in all my traveling. The place was nasty, outdated, the staff was lazy, rude and unkind. They provided service to who they wanted and on two other occasions when I walked down to renew they provided rates that were 30 to 40 dollars cheaper than what I renewed for. I also spoke to the manager about that issue as well and he said they shouldn't have been speaking loud enough or discussing rates like that with other guests around. This staff and management is by far the worst I have ever encountered and I have stayed in hostels that are better than this place. If I could give this place negative stars I would.
