If you have alot of baggage the hotel doesn't have a elevator or dolly to carry your stuff. Smaller room don't have a dishwasher. But it pretty decent better then most. It has a full oven and decent size TV. Bathroom is okay. Bathtub is nice. I wrote a review a month ago but after staying here for a while longer. I realize the customer service was outta control. No respect for the people who live in house.

They have BEDBUGS! The room was dirty and outdated, and when we pulled the comforter back a bedbug crawled out! We paid for a queen size bed and got a full size bed. Do not stay here! I would give zero stars if possible.

Front desk lady doesn't care about anything but herself, nor your pets, unfriendly, why is it just a check, find a new job and love it, now run and tell that! Overall, ok place to stay. The por fee is ridiculous to your wallet. They don't tell you.

They have a communal pet cat here with a nice court yard. Affordable and clean. Really good coffee in the lobbie for a hotel around 7 a. M.

Bed was not very comfortable. Dated furniture. The hallway (third floor) had a very strong, musty, wet odor. Thankfully the room smelled ok. For one night it was good enough and met our needs but I would t want to stay longer.

Great place for the money, one night to visit family. Love the island table and kitchenette. Comfy bed, nice front desk workers. Quiet. Don't understand bad reviews, it's not upscale but it's CLEAN!

Was locked out of the building at 4am key stopped working. We couldn't get assistance for over 1hr and a half. No front desk attendant. No supervisor. No manager. No head manager could be reached. Finally another customer opened the lobby door to let me in but still no working key. All I got was an apology no accommodations at all.

Nice clean room good location reasonable prices and helpful staff.

Notice: the staff asked me to give a positive review before I even stayed a night. Completely unprofessional where do I start. Well first off, half of the hotel staff are god awful, a few are really awesome, but more bad than good in this case. I have never seen the Police come to a place in Fairfield so many times in the same day. Free breakfast is a joke, half the time the staff never puts it out, and they spend a lot of time outside smoking. Take a plumbers snake with you, because I basically had to remove a dread lock from the bathtub drain, it was disscusting. The TV channel selection is god awful, and the Wi-Fi is about useless. They claim it to be high speed, its Satellite DSL, its god awful. I overheard the boss (dark haired older prissy gentlemen) talking with one of the girls at the front desk about some of the guests here in a highly disrespectful fashion. Its my belief the man is a biggot. You can tell he is on a daily power trip, must feel good to be the king of this turd castle. Do not stay at extended stay fairfield. Did I mention bugs, yeah, stink bugs and some other kind, not sure, kinda look like little baby ticks?

Wifi is terrible! Tough to even watch Netflix! Of course you can pay to upgrade the Wi-Fi : (my husband stayed here while working on a project. I was there the day the cleaning lady came. She asked if we wanted her to sweep the floors and I said yes please. She ran the vacuum in one straight line down the middle and said "Im all done". Not very clean!

I have stayed here twice and both times I've had very pleasant experience the stuff is so accommodating very sweet Samantha Demarcus Marla very clean rooms breakfast just the best that I've seen around here worth every penny it's hard to put a price on customer service great experience.

Where do I start? I made a reservation before arriving, yet the night attendant couldn't find it. I even tried to give her my confirmation number, but she didn't want to look at it, smh. Therefore, I was charged twice for the room and the morning attendant had to correct the charges. The room that I was assigned to was damp, smelled of smoke (I'm asthmatic), and when I left it off the side door to bring my luggage back into the room, I couldn't get back in. I had to walk back to the front door with a 2 y. O. To go all the way around the hotel to my room. I have stayed with ESA before (a different location), but I don't know if I can do it again.

Its clean and safe, 3 floors, no elevator. Decent appliances in the kitchen. Staff is very friendly. Dishes, toaster, coffee maker won't be in the room, but will be provided if you ask for them, The free Wi-Fi is so-so, Better Wi-Fi is an extra fee. Bring your own toiletries, soap and shampoo are provided but small. Fast food and several restaurants nearby.

It was a nice quiet stay. Would recommend you and your family go here if you want a quiet cheap getaway.

I have worked in Cincinnati for the past 8 years and have been a guest here at The Extended Stay Fairfield since 2009. Even before the renovations this year, I've always found the rooms clean, the staff attentive and accommodating. Since the renovation the rooms are awesome! The decor is nice, the kitchenette is perfect. To the person who complained about no cookware in the kitchen's, it plainly states they will provide you with anything you request. I've witnessed the front desk staff ask guests if they need their kitchen stocked and witnessed them take a kitchen kit to the room immediately upon check in. As far as bed begs, never had an issue with them but that can happen anywhere! Maintenance does a scheduled check of the rooms on a regular basis. As far as Dave or anyone here dismissing a problem, I find that hard to believe. The manager Dave and his staff are great people and have answered any issue I've had in the past 8 years. It's a safe area with plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. I'm glad I picked this place! Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

Visited someone staying there. I recommend he move to something cleaner and not off the beaten path. Bathroom was dingy, broken fixtures, dated furnishings, and dirty, worn carpet. I was not impressed one bit. I would never stay there.

Hotel is nice but has no elevator. I stayed there with my wife and three kids and carrying all of the bags ip the stairs sucked. But, they are very nice and very flexible. They upgraded our room for very low cost because the single king room was too small for the three kids. I would stay there again.

I stayed here at this location for 2 weeks give or take. I never received housekeeping like it was stated I was suppose to (at least) once a week. The shower, floors, and carpet weren't cleaned or vacuumed and I had to request someone come in and reclean them which took them 2 additional days. When housekeeping finally did come they never made the bed, they left the sheets and blankets on the bed and I had to make my own bed. On top of it the sheets were still damp along with the blacket. The final day I was packing up, I was tearing the bed apart because I lost something behind it and that it when I found a small nest of bedbugs! I seriously couldn't pack my stuff quick enough to get out of that room and dirty hotel. I spoke to the manager who was on duty and showed him the pictures of the bugs and showed him them on the bed. I was told I would have my money refunded to me and I was suppose to have additional money so I could launder all my clothes and other items and that he was sorry for the inconvenience. To this date I haven't been refunded the money! I will never stay at another extended stay in all my traveling. The place was nasty, outdated, the staff was lazy, rude and unkind. They provided service to who they wanted and on two other occasions when I walked down to renew they provided rates that were 30 to 40 dollars cheaper than what I renewed for.

Not offering a ZERO star option makes this experience even more frustrating. Upon arriving at the Fairfield location, we waited outside for an hour trying to call in to the office to procure the key to the room we had already reserved for two nights and paid for. Nobody was available, and the customer service 877 number was also unable to reach the office. I don't know if they were sleeping, or just left work early. The 877 representative promised we would be refunded for the reservation we made prior to the incident, and charged us for two nights different Extended stay a few miles away, but failed to inform the individual working the desk (which developed into an unrelated fiasco). To this day, after paying for all four nights, we have only been refunded for the first night at Fairfield, and are still dealing with getting the second night refunded. If you don't actually want to sleep in the room you reserve, let alone set foot in the hotel. Extended Stay America Fairfield is a good fit for you. And if you find yourself in this predicament, don't expect the 877 customer service to be of any assistance. They will just end up charging you extra. Be sure to bring a tent.

Very friendly staff, clean environment.

No elevator. Old interior. Rock hard mattress. Muffins, fruit, and breakfast bars only for breakfast. Everything seems old and cheap. Carpet needs replacing, there looks to be bloodstains on ours near a window.
