Nice hotel, very friendly at the front desk!

Great value in the family of Marriott hotels. Awesome back patio where I paint outdoors, but covered from the rain.

All staff was welcoming and made it a wonderful experience. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Would recommend to stay here to anyone. The breakfast was also very good!

Sarah and Brian and staff made my group feel so welcomed and made my group’s experience there awesome. We had a fantastic weekend and plan to return next year. I will also use this location for other future stays. This hotel and staff were phenomenal! Best place I’ve ever stayed!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our group stayed here overnight and they bent over backwards to accommodate our needs, including the use of their breakfast area for our meetup and group activities.

Clean and comfortable room! Had no view except for a rooftop, but that was ok. Nice bathroom and walk in shower. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Loved the space and size of the room. Bed very comfortable; two firm pillows and two soft pillows. Only issue was my room had a chair and table in the hallway, near my hotel room door. People were making themselves comfortable in the chair and talking on their cell phones up until about 10pm or later. Please consider moving the chair to a space where there will be very little to no disturbance for the guests. The breakfast was hot, fresh and good. Turkey sausage was available for non-pork eaters, which is good. Nice selection of fruit, cake, juices, cereal and waffles. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. Very sweet young lady at front desk. Made me feel welcome and showed concern that I was tired and just needed to go to bed. Thank you for a very nice stay and for such a lovely and comfortable room!

This was a great hotel! There was plenty of space for the five of us. The hotel was clean, had the amenities we needed, and the staff was great! This is the perfect location for visiting the zoo. There are a ton of restaurants and stores nearby, too. I'd definitely stay here again.

Really liked the hotel seemed nice and updated. The a/c seemed a little out of place being as old as it looked the beds were nice and the hotel was close to plenty of places to grab some food. Overall had a good experience the pool was a nice bonus.

Well run hotel with great amenities. The staff are super nice and helpful. The hotel is spotless. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. My room is large and well lit. It has a small fridge, microwave, coffee service, two TVs, nice large desk, coffee tables, computer chair, and couch. Also the bathrooms is large with a modern glass shower. There is a laundry room, workout room, pool with small outside sunning area. Front desk staff were very accommodating as well as cleaning crew with my desire to not have any scented cleaning products. The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, and interstate access. There is good handicap access and I saw rooms with door bells for hearing impaired guests.

This is a great place for a night away from home. The service here is very good and helpful. They have some baked goods fresh in the evening. The rooms are of high quality with all of the typical amenities such as an iron, microwave, and refrigerator. You have many of the normal channels available on the TV. This is not too far from the airport. Have a great trip!

I would give this hotel 10 stars if it would let me. I really think this is the nicest hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was nice, clean, modern, & taken care of. The staff was extremely helpful & nice to us. I was in town for a business meeting so my mother & daughter stayed at the hotel & had a great time in the indoor pool. The TVs are really nice with a great guide & you’re even able to watch Netflix & others because they are smart TVs. The breakfast was very good & the breakfast staff was extremely helpful. They even took our plates & trash when we were finished. Just a wonderful experience.

This hotel is a great option for lodging in the Columbus area. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Never had any problems, and breakfast is always pretty good. Employees are helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay. The attendant working breakfast was incredibly friendly in the morning. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom/shower was huge. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The entry-way and lobby looks fantastic. The place is clean. The room was well designed, architecture-wise. It wasn't just a white box. I was impressed and surprised. Definitely will go back.

Good newer hotel, good breakfast and staff. It's in the back off unmarked and unlit access drive making it difficult to find the first few times.

The hotel is just off of 270 with plenty of food and shopping options available. There is also an AMC theater nearby and the Columbus zoo. The hotel is newer and has very large bathrooms. The bedroom has a good sized smart TV as well.

Very clean room, and great breakfast. Juice machine was out of order, and I had to go buy some. I was very disappointed in a $20 fee I was charged, and not aware of at booking. Some kind of security fee, and I've stayed at alot of hotels and never been charged this sort of thing before. If I knew this, I would have stayed someplace else.
I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the juice and $20 fee on top of my room rate!

Very clean rooms and hotel. We didn't have any issues with service, but we were only there for one night and didn't need anything. Location convenient to I-270. Extremely quick and easy check out.

Staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites was a great choice. The rooms were clean, spacious, modern, and easy access. The service from all of the staff has been great. Welcomed by all staff. Great complimentary breakfast with hot food and regular continental breakfast favorites. The hotel is easy to access from 270, and has many restaurants in close driving distance plus attraction like the Columbus Zoo. Would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable and convenient. Everything you need to feel at home away from home. Except the dogs. I usually don't rate hotels but this is by far the best one yet. I travel a lot for work and Ive been around the world in the military.

Great night of sleep! Very quiet air conditioning! Laundry room available for guests! Slept in and missed breakfast? Not a problem — an IHOP is across the parking lot!

Easy drive to the Columbus Zoo, and many restaurants around the area. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options for the whole family to enjoy. Very friendly staff, extremely clean rooms. Will recommend this location to friends and family, and will definitely book again in the future!

The room and facility was clean the beds were very comfortable which is always a plus the pillows were only so so. The breakfast food was decent enough. I guess my only gripe would be the pool closed too soon for us to use it. It would be nice if it was open until 10 but as it closed at 9 we never had a chance to use it.

Hotel was great. Had some issues with Marriott when we first arrived due to the Marriott reservation associate that we spoke with the night before checking in booked our room for the previous night but a quick call to Marriott and they fixed the issues. Breakfast was great and the front desk when we arrived was great. Will definitely stay if in the area again.

Stuffs were nice and helpful. Room was clean and big. Kids loved the pool.

We rented two rooms side by side on the 3rd floor. Missed out on the breakfast as they pulled everything too early in my opinion. Everything else was great. Very friendly staff.

It's either brand new or very recently remodeled. The rooms were in great shape and very roomy. I stay in a lot of Fairfield Inns. This was one of the best.

For the price you pay one cannot beat this hotel. I've stayed in quite a few different hotels in the area as I travel here often for work. This one has by far been the best experience. The staff are friendly, rooms clean and new, premises is always clean, and it is in a good location. I managed to leave my jacket in the room after checking out, and it was not until I got home that I realized. I called the hotel a day later and they found my jacket in their lost and found. They offered to ship me my jacket and I had it 2 days later. Thanks for living up to my standards.

This Hotel is what a 5 star hotel is. Very Very clean. The best management staff. Stay here you will not be disappointed.

Newer hotel, so everythibg is very modern and clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds and pillows are perfect. (Slept like a baby) The only reason I am not giving 5 stars was the front desk lady that checked me in wasn't the nicest person I have delt with. She wasn't mean, but definitely not that cheer, positive personality that typically you see at a Marriott chain hotel check in.

Very nice fairfield, my family and I have stayed at a lot back and forth across this country and this is one of the cleanest and? nicest? decor ever. Only bad thing bout most fairfield inns is the u can't order movies on their cable. That is my suggestion, the need of the ability to order movies. Rest of hotel is amazing.

Stayed overnight for wedding. Room was great! The staff made it extra special by providing flowers, champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries for us! I would recommend.

The hotel was newer and very clean. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room. The kids enjoyed the pool. The decor was fun and modern. The breakfast buffet was good and had a nice selection. The hotel was located close to restaurants and stores. My only gripe was that there was never anyone at the front desk. I waited over 10 minutes when I arrived for someone to come to the desk to check me in and anytime I stopped at the desk to ask a quick question there was never anyone around. When I went to check out there was also nobody at the desk so I just left my room card on the desk. Overall it was a good hotel stay.

This was our first time and definitely staying again. Everyone was friendly. It was very clean. Breakfast presentation was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. A short drive to downtown Columbus.
