Great stay. Full size fridge, stove, kitchen sink. Nice bed. We stayed one night. The next morning we realized we didnt have tooth paste. The front desk did have some but instead of sending it up to us, we had to go down and get it. That was a little upsetting.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! I am disabled and they have me a handicap room even though I didn't book one.

Surprisingly, this was a pretty good today. Usually Extended Stays are s***. But this Extended Stay stood out from the rest. The lobby was clean, and the room was as well. The customer service was pretty good as well. I would have given 5 stars, but they were lacking in some of the cookware and dishware. Above all, we will definitely stay here again.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff that I've encountered is, by far, the friendliest I've met in a hotel setting. I've been very pleased with our stay and I will not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

FYI: you can book a room 4 months in advance, pay for it in full, and verbally confirm your reservation 48hours before check in, and they can still give your room away. Reservation paid for in full February 5, rooms were reserved for two nights in june. We drove in from out of town, arrived at 1 AM. Room now occupied. I ask, how is this possible if the room is already paid for? Their reasoning is that, since we arrived after midnight, it opened up the reservation “in the system”. This ‘policy is not listed in paperwork. We were left stranded at 1am, without a room. Other hotels in the area were also booked due to golf tournament. Would not recommend.

Hotel was very clean, staff was polite and helpful. The area and the hotel itself was very quiet which came in handy after a stressful day.

Great room for an overnight stay. Had to ask for a blow dryer though. That should be standard for a room.

My experience here was superb! Great care for my one night stay! The stay was quiet and clean environment 100 percent! Wull recommend to fellow friends that travel definetly!

I'm actually writing this review right after spending a night at Sheraton at Capitol, then two nights at extended. I had several issues at the Sheraton, which made me appreciate ESA all the more. I NEVER write reviews, but this motivated me to. I've stayed at several different ESA hotels in the Columbus area. So, this is a general review for all of them. First of all, I've never stayed at an ESA hotel that I didn't like, regardless of the area. The staff has ALWAYS been very friendly and helpful. I have never had a single issue with customer service. There might have been one instance where I could tell that a lady was a bit tired, but we all have those days. I don't know what it's like to be on the staff with this family of hotels, but it does seem like their employees genuinely enjoy their jobs. The rooms have always been very easy to stay in. The walls, doors, furniture, and appliances are very well maintained, and don't show any signs of aging. The linens could be newer, but have always been clean. There have been cases where the blackout curtains in one of the rooms (this recent stay) showed some years of use, we saw a very LIGHT stain on one of the bed sheets (I want to say it was a pillow), and a comforter had a few minor pulled threads. Honestly, as many of their Columbus area hotels as I've stayed in, even in some not-so-hot areas, these items are extremely minor. I'm only listing these issues to nitpick.

Not bad, decent size room, walking distance to the Dublin Irish fest at Metro.

Good place for extended periods. Though there were a lot of parties between the rooms.

Pretty basic hotel, hard mattresses, can't really say "breakfast", it's basically coffee and snacks. But it serves it's purpose of a place to sleep if your not spending the majority of the day here.

Cozy and practical rooms, good service and convenient location in the heart of Dublin.

The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and walked me to my room because it had not been checked since it was cleaned. She changed the bedspread because it had a stain on it. The room is very clean and nice with the kitchen facilities I needed.

Staff was really nice, room was nice too. It needs a better breakfast selection.

It is an extended stay motel, with all the pluses and minuses they have. It was well-maintained. We stayed there twice and had different levels of handicapped equipped each time. The beds were high, but the first room had rails around the toilet, but the toilet was low and the bathtub had no rails or other assists. The second room had a high toilet and a walk-in shower with rails. Both rooms had large refrigerators and 2 burner stoves, as well as a microwave. Based on a sign I saw on one of the rooms, they accept pets.

Its not great, its not bad. Its okay, serves the purpose and that's it. Pros: Room is spacious, kitchen is equipped with stove and microwave. Has a great view from the window (at least my room did) Staff is friendly Cons: Internet connection is poor The socket to charge your phone is not conveniently placed They is no 24 hrs coffee facility which most hotels have these days They don't have laundry baskets.

Was given the key to the wrong room, had to switch rooms. Place looked run down and had some bugs (no, NOT bed bugs). Being an extended stay, nothing is provided for without going to the lobby. Towels, cups, coffee, the hairdryer even. Lobby itself had no bathroom aside from what's in the rooms. No workout area. Breakfast was instant coffee and packaged muffins, so non-existent nonetheless. A lot of this could be more understandable if the price was cheaper but it was on par with if not more expensive than the other Marriott's and decently run hotels in the area.

We had to wait 15 minutes checking in late night for someone to answer the door. There is a good kitchen, but it is completely unstocked. No pots, pans, cups, flatware, or anything. Other than that, everything else was fine.

The hotel was clean and accommodating, and we got a great deal, but the door was very thin and we were disturbed by the loud lobby at night.

Room was not clean. The floors had stains and the bathroom needed a good mopping. Breakfast was a muffin and cup of coffee. When I asked if that was all available for breakfast, the receptionist told me that it wasn't one of those fancy hotels. I paid over $100 for the room and they advertised breakfast. Will not suggest to a friend or stay in the future.

Room is clean. Convenient to highway, near some food options like McDonalds and Bob Evans. It sort of ends there. Son was sick in the room and even after taking down the soiled linen ourselves was not provided with replacements despite their motto being "just ask" Bed was Highly uncomfortable to me, but small-framed wife said she enjoyed it. $140/night for this place and not half as nice as rooms going for much cheaper in the area. Not worth it unless you're hell-bent on having a kitchen in your room with a stovetop. Left an article of clothing in the room by accident and was told by staff I'd have to arrange shipping and my own separate pickup at my own cost (upwards of $15-20) if I wanted it back when it's hardly worth $10 and they could've just bulk-mailed it in a softpak for under $5. Wife was even given the run-around about them being an 'extended stay america" when trying to call them and make arrangements for the clothing left behind. Trust me, I'm not trying to be cheap. This. Room. Cost. $140. I've been at sub-$100 hotels that would express-ship something so insignificant without the slightest hesitation. I would have rated it one-star but I've actually stayed at legit roach motels so, frame of reference, the hotel itself it OK but service is borderline terrible.

They openly smoke dope outside you tell management they said they didn't see it and can't because there is no video cameras there big safety concern and there is little lighting. I talked to district manager Brian he is even worse he said if he heard any more complaints from me they will blacklist me. The hotel staff michele, anatasia, and clay have some weird love triangle going on. They will lie on you. There are no supplies I had to buy my own toilet paper. The entire staff quit in November no joke. Now since clay and anastashia have come they have the remaining staff in shambles scared. They are rude. I have been here 2 mos. And 1 room cleaning. I asked for a cleaning they said I can get a vaccum. Myself. Flea infestation here big time. Thr manager anatasia let's her dog run loose and poops she doesn't pick it up. The pillows outdated a dollar store pillow is better. My daughter fell down flight of steps because the floor was wet. They treat you like the scum of the earth if you extend your stay.

Some of the staff was nice but one in particular very rude. Took my money then says we have to get out for an incident that occurred weeks ago but they'll let people smoke weed on their property, rude guests, anything go then lie on you. Won't even give you a deep cleaning, act as if it's a crime to ask for toilet supplies, just terrible service terrible atmosphere.

This place is really great for a long term stay. Room is very spacious and with kitchen. I have stayed first time of staying in Extended Stay America, and found it is really good place who are tired of hotel staying. Here you feel like you are staying at your own condo. Especially the hotel I stayed is located in a very quiet area and I felt like I was in the forest. Internet speed with free Wi-Fi was not really fast enough, but at least I had an option of paid higher speed. Since I had to download GPS maps, 4gb, I had to pay extra $4.99, but no complaint as far as I had an option. It is cheap if using for a month at $19.

Bed Bugs! Wonder why my previous review was removed?

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The air conditioning in the room is not consistent. The staff is not very knowledgeable, also rude. Rooms are small. The free Wi-Fi is just a trap to get u You to stay in their hotel, what they don't tell you is it is horrible horribly slow and they are wanting you to pay to use their extended versions of Wi-Fi. The amenities are crap. Dishes are bad and awkward. The "cooking utensils" are so cheap and can't cook anything worth anything. House keep is inconsistent and not the greatest. Room never seemed to actually be cleaned and only came once a week which isn't really good enough when you have two people in a room with 4 towels for 7 days. Keys stop working very often and have to be redone by the very same useless staff at the front desk. For some reason they never wanted to give me dish cleaner do clean our plates, so it was very annoying. TV only has about 20 channels and they aren't really the greatest channels. Laundry service is kinda pricey for what they are. Will never ever ever stay at another one of these hotels again. Very unsatisfied with our long stay here. Never been happier to leave somewhere before.

I booked this hotel with the intention of staying here thru then or the year. I began corresponding with Sarah the manager, and she said look forward to meeting you. I"ve been here two months and still have not met her. In addition I was told by Peggy when I checked in after 30 days I would be refunded all of the city taxes I was charged on my bill first month bill, that didn't happen, on my second month I was only reimbursed 10% of the taxes. I also had issues with their cable not working correctly, I went for 2 weeks dealing with error messages. If you enjoy watching the history channel, hgtv channel, or the spike channel you won't get it here, but you do get the Japanese channel. Being here for 2 months haven't seen anybody from japan. If your looking for a extended stay and appreciate quality customer service this is not where you want to stay.

We had to stay here for 19 nights between closings on our homes. There were some definite positives and a few definite negatives. All in all, I would say if you are in the same situation we were, this is a good option. The positives: — front desk staff incredibly helpful — maintenance always ready to help — housekeeping are friendly and attentive — pet friendly — affordable — King suite is very spacious and nice — Queen suites were a bit small, but were still serviceable for what they were — kitchens have what you need (but that's it) The negatives: — not the cleanest (nothing incredibly filthy, but I wouldn't recommend looking under the beds. I have two cats who love laying under beds, so I ended up moving the mattresses and vacuuming for myself. Yes, I brought my own vacuum). — maids were, as I said, attentive, but not particularly thorough. — beds weren't the most comfortable. — internet is S-L-O-W. — TV channels limited — Pet policy states that noisy animals will be dealt with — this is NOT true, as we were constantly annoyed by a barking dog. Also, if you think the management will do something about screaming children, you would also be mistaken. — the laundry is expensive ($2.00 to run each machine per load, and most of them are out of order) — This is the big one: 10 days into our 19 day stay, we started getting bites. We were on the first floor, so we assumed a bug had come in somehow. On the 15th day, Orkin came in and found a bedbug.

Stayed in this Extended Stay for work for a month. I rely heavily on the internet connection, but there is NO High Speed service here. I was quite disappointed with the wireless connection. I stayed on the third floor and it smells like smoke all the time. I didn't mind the room so much. It was cozy. The bed is a bit stiff. Not enough utensils. You have to play for cleaning service. Otherwise, it was very cheap for a descent room. But don't get this place if you need Wi-Fi. Also, you have to pay a one time fee to use the Wi-Fi regardless of how long you stay. The location is okay. I would probably pick the one closer to Tuttle Crossing or in Polaris just because of the location.

My family and me stayed here for 7 nights while visiting friends. We traveled from Canada. 2 adults, 3 teens and 2 young boys. And were we wonderfully pleased with the king suite on the 3rd floor. Quiet, huge and spacious with a half wall to give privacy between the living room and the huge king bed. This place offers luggage carts for moving in and out and the room was tastefully decorated and very clean. An excellent deal for under $100 per night for 7 persons. Friendly staff all the way and so convenient for shopping. Jesus Christ Loves You All.
