Everyone was very friendly and professional, the breakfast was great. It's located in a great location just off Interstate 77 and its not too far from the Amish stores.

From the wonderful desk people the breakfast person the room was wonderful nice quiet I recommend to anyone.

Always clean with updated, large rooms. They typically have a good breakfast with both hot and cold foods. Pricing is not far above average either.

Very nice hotel. The staff was all nice. And the breakfast was good with real plates and silverware and cups.

Our 3rd room was very nice and the room stayed comfortable even though outside was around 100 degrees. Our king bed was a traditional spring mattress rather than memory foam which is what other hotels I have stayed at use. This being said, it was nice to sleep on. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good, they had a lot of options and all food was kept refreshed by the staff.

Beautiful hotel, room was fantastic and super clean. Love the Beekman bathroom products. Shower was huge and the bed was soooo comfy.

Very clean, well kept, quiet and close to convenience stores for good midnight snack runs. I can whole-heartedly recommend staying at this hotel.

I really enjoyed this hotel for being a comfort and I stayed out of many of other hotels. This place was clean organize big place quiet be in on Monday night but mainly the check and was very friendly morning check out at four in the morning was very friendly and even allowed me to take a little breakfast with me I would highly recommend this place.

This is a newer hotel with very nice spacious rooms, hot breakfast, and very kind staff. Our room had a walk in shower that had lots of room inside.

Great hotel! Very friendly staff, great breakfast, good coffee and great mattress. Wouldn’t change a thing except it is a little far from Berlin but the beautiful countryside makes for a beautiful drive!

Highway noise all night. Get a room on the side away from the highway and it's a nice place. Large breakfast room.

Very clean hotel. I forgot to take pictures. However, the inside was clean and we'll maintained and we'll as updated decor. There is a large breakfast area to the left when you walk in, for their continental breakfast. The employees were wonderful. We were staying there for a Special Olympics competition and only had one athlete competing. We called and asked the hotel if they could possibly leave a little note in his hotel room saying good luck and they happily obliged. My athlete was thrilled with his surprise! They also have a pool and a hot tub downstairs. Rooms were very clean and had an extra set of pillows and blankets in the closet so you didn't need to call down just for the extra pillow. Over all well worth the stay and good prices.

Very excellent service and accomodated all needs and request. Front desk service was excellent and very helpful when going to change reservations for an extra day.

My husband I were guests on a cold, snowy night. The fireplace was crackling and holiday decorations were superb. I enjoyed an early morning swim and an above average breakfast. We'd visit again.

This location is certainly a hidden diamond in the rough. Inside is a hybrid of a classic and contemporary feel. The staff is very friendly, informative, and helpful. The meeting room that was used was very sharp, with a TV included, aiding our multimedia presentation, and an overall clean facility. Definitely a location I'll visit again in the future.

Stayed a couple nights at this hotel and really enjoyed my stay. The entire place is spotless. Great pool and hot tub. Excellent hot breakfast that changes every morning. Beautiful location just off interstate 77, but still nice and quiet. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a nice place that's close to all the Amish attractions.

Very clean nice rooms good breakfast everything was great but a rude lady at the front desk called and told us to keep it down the people above were complaining we were laying in bed never made a sound asked for a apology was told again to keep it down will contact the customer service department Monday.

My first stay ever with this hotel and I will definitely choose them again. This particular property had large rooms and a spa like bathroom look and feel. Large shower however needs grab bars for additional safety and a place to put towel. The bed was wonderful and the linens are great. The breakfast was great and fully stocked with wonderful seating and am employee taking care of cleaning and stocking.

Our stay at Country Inn and Suites was very enjoyable. Our modern one bedroom suite with separate door between bedroom and living room was quiet, comfortable, nicely furnished, clean, and well-maintained. Housekeeping, dining room, and front desk staff were courteous and friendly. We were really impressed at how the staff were continually cleaning the hallways, elevator, lobby, and grounds to keep the facility spic and span. The complementary breakfast in the morning included a nice selection of sweets, hot and cold food, coffee, and beverages. The hotel is short distance from Amish country, with a visit to Guggisberg cheese a must. We highly recommend a stay at the Country Inn and Suites on your next visit to Dover, Ohio. The staff there is great. Very clean rooms. Breakfast is very good and changes so you don't have to choose the sam stuff. Nice pool and hot tub.

I was stuck in the elevator for an hour and 45 minutes while doing a pizza delivery. The hotel staff never once came to speak with me or tell me help was coming. Had I not overheard the managers conversation with another guest I never would have known the fire department was coming. Also there phone lines were down, so when I tried to call the front desk I was redirected to someone's room. Other than that it's a pretty decent hotel.

Hotel staff were kind enough to change my King room to a Double Queen, despite limited availability. The room itself was clean and spacious. The free breakfast with relatively late hours were a plus. The pool was also open late. Finally, the Wi-Fi was free and no nonsense.

When the restaurant forgot to pack spoons with our to go dessert order, Hayden the desk manager came through with plastic wear from the breakfast bar. Way to go! Room was clean, in excellent repair, and comfortable. Breakfast was great with a variety of choices.

Wonderful place to stay! Great value. Clean rooms. Pleasant staff. The continental breakfast was amazing! Eggs, bacon, potatoes. Plus all the normal stuff, yogurt, fruit, cereal, etc. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Love the pool was open until midnight. That gave us time to enjoy. Breakfast was awesome. We will stay here again. Rooms were very clean and spacious.

Fair rates, everything super clean, comfy and cozy, kind and polite employees. Just off the interstate, minutes from whatever you would like to do. Very impressed with everything from the time we arrived till the time we left. A+++++ THANK YOU!

After making reservations a month in advance and arriving on time, We were placed in a room no one should have to stay in. Staff is aware of the noise and smells associated with this room, but continue to rent it out. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that will provide better accommodations for your stay.

I have stayed here three weeks now. The staff is pleasant and more than accommodating. What I find most attractive is the breakfast in the morning there is something different almost every day.

As of spring 2013, the Dover Ohio Country Inn is brand new. They also have free, powerful internet. The rooms are spacious and the free breakfast buffet is ample and tasty. Perfect for our stay. I left an in-car phone charger in the breakfast room and the cleaning lady found it and returned it to the front desk. I was grateful. Update (Nov 2013) : We returned over the Thanksgiving holiday and the service once again was fantastic. The hot tub had some trouble and despite being Thanksgiving morning, the fix-it man arrived and had everything fixed within an hour. Their free cookies are served all-day long and are amazing. The kids had the sniffles and we needed a new box of tissues and it arrived almost instantly. The service here is absolutely fantastic. A great place to stay.

Super nice and clean. You can tell it is brand new and well kept. Breakfast was good. The resturaunt selection around the area kinda sucks though.
