Currently remodeling. Nice owners, but there was a musty smell in my room and the bathtub was unacceptable for kids to take a bath. I would not recommend to anyone.

Omg where do I start. Well we should have seen the first sign when a police officer is at the front desk I was asked to trade my pillow for a dime bag. There is police tape out back where the door is proped open, 5 people came in with women. And the woman fell on my suitcase was never blocking her way but she was sorry and she told me shes working and if I can call her a taxi. Her guy friend hit her. And our window was broken with just a little stick holding it, we decided we better run for our lives so we did, im not kidding its a hotel for pimps, please if your decent enough not to stay at a dead end,, go somewhere else.

Dirty. Door to building does not lock. Sheets dirty. Toilet was broken didn't flush resly bad place.

The rooms where being remodeled at the time. The improvements that where being done and were done was very nice. I can't wait to go back to see them finished.

Don't waste your money staying here, the room smelled bad, burn holes on the cover and sheets and some kind of greasy looking stain on it. The towels were actually dirty, the shower wasn't clean and the bed was like laying on plywood. Only good thing about it was the free basic cable.

This place was horrible. There were stains on the sheets, comforter, walls, ceiling, tub, and floors. There were bugs on the ceiling. I had to reprogram the TV to be able to watch it and while sitting on the floor to do it, I got bit by bugs! The outside doors did not lock so anyone can just walk thru the halls. And the breakfast is a joke. There was a full sized foam pad on our queen size bed so I slept half on and half off. Would have done better sleeping in the car.

Just visited this weekend for a group event and I was impressed. The staff was very courteous and accommodating to our group and I was very happy with the facility! They seem to be making a lot of inprovements and the pricing was very reasonable. Well be back again I'm sure.

I will never stay here again. Worst place ever. At least there were no bed bugs. Customer care and satisfaction is poor just like the quality of the rooms. Do not stay here.

Horrible. The room was dirty, both my sheets and my blanket had cigerette burns, there was no refrigerator, or microwave, and I spent over 24 hours without tv… with not so much as an apology. I was there for 6 days, and never had our trash picked up, only got clean towels and toilet paper by going to the front desk ourselves… and not once was trash picked up.

This location needs to be shutdown. Everywhere smells of smoke, including hallway and NON SMOKING room. Outside doors did not lock. Many people walking in and out intoxicated. Literally found human poop in the hallway. Carpets not vacuumed and stained.

I really hate that this makes me give one star cause it doesn't even deserve that! We have a electrical issue at our house and had to leave while it was being repaired we looked up hotels close to us with availabilitys and knight inn was one the pictures it showed and the amenities was far from anything then it actually was honestly there website is nothing but lies! When we arrived I asked for a room on the bottom floor we walked in room it smelled so bad I almost threw up the floor. Had trash on it there was wh upat looked. Like blood splattered on the wall ciggerette burns all over and a seringe on the table I went straight to front desk asked for my. Money back they refused and took. Me to a room upstairs that was "remodeled " it looked better but it was dark I was tired as soon as I fell asleep I was woke up by fighting in hallway! I went to take my. Dog out there were 6 prostitutes thru out the hotel drugs being sold ECT the next day I seen a police officer in the parking. Lot spoke. With him and he said he didn't know why that place was still. Open they spend hrs there everyday watching and arresting people he told. Me he would. Advise us to. Find a different hotel it wasn't safe there among being nasty unsanitary and falling apart PLEASE ANYONE WHOS HONEST AND NEEDIMG A ROOM TO SLEEP. For the night. Go. Elsewhere i. Promise u will. Regret going here. The health dept. Will probably close. It soon don't let them fool. U with the remodeling lie! Never again.

If I could take stars I would. Encountered bed bug. Took video. Showed manager. Was promised refund. Never got that. Smdh.

Dayton north — good affordable prices. Good for an over night stay.

Ok value for the money. Ask for recently refurbished room if they aren't all finished uwt.

They were very friendly and good to us. The room was nice and clean, they put us in a newly renovated room and didn't hound us like most hotels at check out time, was very homely. We will definitely be back.

This hotel was horrible. Beds are stiff and gross. The pillows were gross and over used. Sheets were stained. Room stinks and are duct taped together. Black mold in the bathroom. Bed parts were used to keep my window locked and the lock on my room door was broken. These rooms stink and had roaches. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is the worst hotel on Miller Lane! I would not recommend coming here at all. The rooms stink stuff is broken or don't work there's burn holes on the blankets stuff splattered on walls and in the shower that looks like blood they have bugs and last but not least the owners are the worst! They're rude they charge you for everything literally if you need a plastic silverware to eat they charge you for one! I left my charger here and asked if I could look threw the lost and found to find here and they wanted me to buy a charger that people have left here for 4$. And if you haven't seen it on the news there was a guy forcing girls to have sex at this hotel! They won't even tell you what room it happened in. Worst hotel!

We came to visit my grandma at the hospital. Plenty of restaurants around. Staff was super friendly. We have family in town but having your own tv/bed and heat at your own temperature is a plus. I saw some renovations going at the hotel. Glad it wasn’t noisy. Breakfast was ok just something to get your day started. Will be back because of price and friendly staff and of course a clean room where I can lay my kids on.

This hotel is about as slummy as they come. Drugs being dealt around every corner, people being load as hell at all hours of the night, the cops are there day and night because of problems. I'm assuming most of it being drug related. Didn't feel safe while I was there. The rooms are trash. Nothing is updated, the electric went out twice in the room I was staying in. The employees are all right. Not rude, but not real friendly either. Their free breakfast included bread with a toaster, and Raisin Bran and Frosted Flakes cereals, that's it. Ew! This place… Ew!

Awful! Smelled terrible! The entire place was filthy. There's only like 2 doors in and out. The bed looked as though someone had already slept in it. Never again! I was supposed to stay 2 nights… NO!

Very underwhelming. Many things were broken, and the whole place smelled like weed or tobacco or both. However, it was the cheapest night's sleep in the area and it did the job. The beds were nice. You get what you pay for. Plus free Wi-Fi!

Checked out as soon as I checked in! No shower curtain, standing water in the sink, Ac unit looked like a fire hazard and the window lock was broken and anyone could walk up to it and come right in. (Kind of appeared that had happened by the condition of the room) Definitely was not what it was a couple of years ago. Luckily I was able to get a full refund and go elsewhere, that is the only reason I gave at least 1 star.

Cheap hotel for quick stays but they do not take care of place. Stayed in room an their fix for a. C leaking was put bucket underneath it was that way for several weeks I know of. Other rooms light fixtures messed up cigarette burns on bunch stuff. Coffee maker even wasnt clean an had look like mold in it. But down on luck an need roof over your head for lower cash than others its ok. Cant expect perfection.

If you gotta book a last minute room. This is it and affordable.

5 stars to the people that work there. They were great. 1 for the actual hotel. It was old, dirty and hot. The air conditioner wasn't working in our room and the maintenance guy said the breaker was off and had to turn it back on. None of the buttons worked on it after that and it was still pretty hot most of the night.

Not a updated Hotel. The walls are cinder block most of the features of this place including a jacuzzi tub are from the 80s and 90s. Clothing iron is not kept in room, there are pieces of wood to make sure no one climbs in your window at night. Various stains, smells, and not landscaped at all. Was told the place was recently bought when I checked in, after complaining about a room that smelled and looked worse than some movies I can tell you about, and that there are going to be a lot of changes made soon. I hope so, and if so I will review this again.

It was pretty bad. The sheets were stained, the carpet wasn't vacuumed, there were cobwebs on the ceiling, random spills of what I'm assuming (hoping) was soda on the walls, there was a cigarette burn hole in the sheets (despite being a nonsmoking room), there were a couple dead bugs, dirt, and a brown dried liquid in the drawers. The TV didn't work, the coffee table was broken, the lamp shade was broken. Loud neighbors. I understand that when you pay $50 a night you can't expect the ritz. BUT you can expect a cleaned up room and sheets that aren't questionable. To be completely honest, you're probably better off sleeping in your car at a rest stop. Don't waste your money here.

The person working the counter was very friendly. Check-in was fast and easy. The room was average.

Worst place I've ever been to in my life. I started working there a few weeks ago and I've seen things here I've only seen in the movies. My first week there they were robbed at gunpoint, two overdoses, car almost wrecked into the building, and endless amounts of prostitutes and drug addicts. And most of the rooms upstairs are blocked do to bed bug and Roach infestation. I've seen all of this first hand in the three weeks I've worked there. If you don't believe me go and find out for yourself. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Well I stayed here for one night and I thought I was going crazy turns out I'm not. I have three bumps on my chest due to bed bugs and happen to see cockroaches… you will never be getting my money again!

It's functional, comfortable beds, warm water, lights, TV. But it's kinda gross, dirty walls, burn holes in blankets, smells weird. Generally wouldn't recommend.

Checked in and headed to room, smoke was in the hallway. It smelled like Marijuana and was dirty. In the room there was a bug in the floor and one squished on the wall and smeared. The room was non-smoking and smelled horrible like smoke. The window did not lock.

It's very old, needs a major remodel, and could've been slightly cleaner but for the price it was ok. There was no bed bugs. You people need to stop accusing places like these of such lies simply because the room wasn't up to your standards. It's a roof, a bed, a hot shower, it has a microwave, tv, fridge, and ac/heat.

If u need a place to sleep for a few hours and dont mind the dirty stained sheets with cigarette burns all over them or the cigarette stink in the halls and room then this place is great. We will not be back.

For a little over $40 I'd say you get more than what you pay for. Very goood. Decent everything, clean, bed, Wi-Fi, shower.

This motel does have bed bugs. My fiance and I stayed there a few days ago and didn't check in until about 8pm so we already knew that we were paying full price for only a few hours but we needed the rest. Shortly after heading to bed we woke up to scratching ourselves to death. There were bed bugs everywhere. I actually killed two of them to take to show them to the lady at the desk. I got to the lobby just to see it was shut down with a note that said they were gone for the night. We ended up not being able to sleep at all that night and when the lady came back in we went down and explained to her what was going on and showed her the bugs and she still called us liars and said her hotel (she is just an employee) doesn't have bed bugs. Well they do and they won't fix the problem or reimburse you in any way. If you don't want bit all night don't stay here.

The hotel is not bad, you get what you pay for. My room was pretty decent. It had a queen size bed, comfortable couch with a pull out bed, very good Wi-Fi, and was pretty clean. All I cared about was a comfortable bed and Wi-Fi and it exceeded that. I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel for 40 bucks, which you can't beat by the way. If I wanted a 5 star hotel I would have went around the block and spent 150 bucks instead of 40. And no there was not bed bugs.

I stayed 3-4 times in this motel in 2010. It was a ok hotel. It was old but clean. It did not have any police or hooker around, at least I never see any of it. The only bad thing was the air condition, too noisy at night when it was running. This is a cheapest motel in Dayton, so it is ok with me.

We stayed here in July 2009. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The door looked like it had been kicked in numerous times. The room was dirty. Paint and wallpaper was peeling. Ceiling looked as if it may cave in at anytime. The TV had cigarette burns all over it. The dresser drawers were broken. The toilet was barely attached to the floor and leaked water on the floor. I complained about the condition of the room, I was given a free one night stay there. I said "no thank you", I won't stay in this hotel again even for free.

I can't believe that this chain is in any way associated with Wyndham Resorts but it is. This place has holes in the ceiling, holes in the walls, substandard flooring, cigarette burns on the carpet, bathroom floor and dressers, busted lights, stains on the carpets, chairs and walls, dumpster style mattresses and that bum smell you sometimes get in public elevators. They ought to be ashamed of themselves for renting rooms like this. I think I would have been better off sleeping in my car and washing up at a gas station. If I could post pictures I would but I can't see how. I posted reviews on both Trip Advisor and Expedia but they have not shown up there yet. Maybe those companies are being paid off by this dirt bag of a company not to post reviews which are too negative.
