Rooms were broken down, cold showers, dusty dirty rooms.
Breakfast was terrible, most appliances don’t work, the power was off or not working. Their cooks never showed up until 8 o’clock. Fruit was rotten, see picture.

Very dirty would not recommend. We had to find another place to stay.

Room was dirty couldn’t check in for a hr after 3 after check in got wrong room staff was unprofessional bugs in room bed wasn’t made bed had stains floor was covered in dog hair staff was watching our small children eat and laughing very horrible never again nor will I ever recommend.

Had a HORRIBLE experience staying at the one on Poe Ave in Huber Heights, Ohio. There was hair in the tub drain, shower was dirty, we had to put towels down to take a shower, microwave didn’t work, the drawer was broken on the TV stand, paint splattered everywhere, and there was no hot water my last day there. All they did was take $15 off my last night there. My WHOLE night should’ve been refunded. We travel A LOT and we’re DEFINITELY never staying there or any other by Wyndham. Yes, I took pics.

Very dirty and disgusting outdated and free breakfast was terrible rotten bananas spoiled sausage links this place should be condemned!

We were really surprised at our room. It's like a little apartment! It was really nice getting in at 6 on a Wednesday and they were providing Lee's Chicken for a late brunch so we got free dinner that night. Breakfast was delicious. Employees very nice and let us stay in the pool after it closed because it was full of kids earlier. I would definitely recommend it!

I drive motorcoach and this is about one of the worst places a group has stayed, unfortunately I don't have any say, but the rooms are old and worn out, dirty, old appliances, rusty tub, mouse trap in furnace closet says alot. I went and bought a pillow, I wouldn't donate the ones they have to a homeless person, my rooms back by a service garage of a dealership, this place probably was really nice, 20 yrs ago! Ceilings cracked, walls dirty, furniture ripped and duct taped. Never again!

2nd year staying there and it was the WORST hotel stay ever. We were hoping to make this our annual place however because of the following problems:
1. First our reservation was cancel without our consent
2. The room we stayed in had leftover open food on the patio with cigarette buds all over the place.
3. One of the front desk lady was dingy and rude.
4. Cats all over the place
5. And the smell of dog shit coming from some of the rooms.
6. The furniture including the bed are worn out and filthy.
Another group staying at the hotel had the same complaints.
Never again!

Dirty and torn furnishings. Bed had just coil springs with no pillow top. Hard for sleeping. Only one set of towels for showers. Not up to par with the star rating… at all. Staff was just okay. Would not recommend booking at this hotel.

Our group has been coming here for the last 7 years, the staff (management) is ever changing and the up keep on the place isn't where it should be, the buildings themselves look like termites have had meals there daily. Sorry outdated furniture, broken or just to gross to sit or sleep on. Free WIFi, I say what Wi-Fi. Limited to only if you get up before anyone connects. They are forever telling us, we are to loud, and we repeatedly ask to be put together in the back, so we dont disturb others. But every year they mix us all over the place. So whos fault is it, really?
BTW, I was a night auditor, its not hard to place the people in rooms closer to each other. As requested. We will be looking for other accommodations, unless someone takes this place under their wing and renovates it from top to bottom.
