Clean hotel and friendly staff.

Very comfortable, nice & clean facilities, great atmosphera. No too cheap but not expensive. Very good located.

This was by far the best hotel stay I have ever had. The room was clean and stocked with all kd the amenities that were needed. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay the greatest experience that they possibly could. I will not stay anywhere else in that area again. This is my new choice hotel for when I travel anywhere!

This location was very clean and well kept. Vicki cleaned my room all week and did an outstanding job. Everything was wonderful except the breakfast attendant in the morning. I believe her name is Melanie she made me feel so out of place that I only ate twice in the morning due to her horrible attitude. At 9:25 I went to get food and she closed the door on me, so for the remainder of my stay I just went to restaurants to eat breakfast so I didn’t inconvenience her. I could tell she isn’t found of her job. I will stay here again I will just make sure I bring my own food for breakfast.

The staff were friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and well appointed. We were only there for one night and barely spent anytime in the hotel other than for sleeping — so the only service we partook in was the free continental breakfast. The chocolate drizzle croissants were delicious. The hotel is located near a retail shopping area with a variety of restaurants just down the street.

The Residence Inn by Marriott is the best hotel service we have ever received. The rooms are great but most off all the staff is Wonderful! The front desk clerk Paul was wonderful and the assistant gm went out of his way to interduce himself. In 40 years I have never been anywhere that provided such exceptional service. I would definitely rate this hotel 10 stars if I could. We will definitely come back and also recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay. The rooms are also great. Nice clean place to stay. They have a large pool area with hot tub and plenty of seating. I was disappointed there was no bar or restaurant, although there are plenty of places to eat very close by the hotel. Nice workout area as well, but the TV’s in the treadmills did not work. Our room was very nice, but hot. I like it cool to sleep and the room would not go below 75 degrees. Maybe it was just that room, but since we had a two bedroom suite, I thought it would be too hard to move everyone late at night. So I did not complain. The staff was super friendly and professional. The breakfast in the morning was also very good.

I visited a friend who had a room there. The building is new so everything looked nice and new. The room had a well-equipped kitchen, large desk, and plenty of outlets. It was well designed and furnished. The front desk staff were friendly.

Heating system was so noisy I did not sleep all night one night and had disturbed sleep three nights. Could not use pool due to water problems. Must say the full breakfast was very good with hot food, nice fruit selection, and juices. Hot chocolate was better than the coffee. All things considered this location did not measure up to our expectations.

Has two of my favorite attributes: it's quiet and it's clean! I've stayed here twice so far and I have been consistently pleased.

Nice, convenient location with clean rooms and a good breakfast. Reasonable pricing, if not on the slightly high side. Good staff, close parking, and a pool/hot tub inside are all perks that make this a good place to stay.

The staff is polite and the location is near to bars and restaurants. Added bonus: this hotel is very friendly and clean.

Very accessible location, and a variety of restaurants in the area, clean, professional staff.

Features are wonderful, and they offer a wide array of additional amenities. Service is prompt, professional and kind as well. If I'm up this way again, I'll have to stop here again.

Water is soft, which means your shower supplies will go a long way. Room is pretty clean, although noticed a couple of areas which would have benefited from a more thorough vacuuming.

Came here for my son's baseball tournament and it was everything we were hoping for. Front desk was very nice. This place is beautiful.

The property is very modern and clean. The room was equally accommodating. The staff was helpful, the breakfasts filling and the pool was fun for the kids. Looking forward to night two. The rooms are contactless NFC cards, so there's no trouble getting into your room. There's a full kitchen if you need to prepare a meal. The TV is large and clear, with an easy to use remote. The beds were very comfortable.

I have decreased my rate due to customer service. This hotel will screw up and when you complain will make promises then not follow through on it. Also contacting Marriott customer service will not resolve the issue either.

We were staying there for 2 weeks due to a relocation. Everyone at the front desk was exceptional! They were pleasant, professional and always helpful. They even help me in "delivering" the Elf on the Shelf to the room — so they enabled me to keep the magic for the kids! The ladies in the breakfast room were always welcoming everyone with a smile, were attentive and very sweet with my children. The housekeeping staff was great! The Pool was big, nice and clean. The Laundry facility was clean also, the machines accept credit cards, and there is even a TV in there to keep you company while clothes are getting washed/dryed. Being away from home, they managed to make us feel "like home" — and that is priceless. Thank you!

This is a great hotel. The building is brand new (opened 6 months ago) and the room is beautiful. The staff is also great as they are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the continental breakfast is awesome! We will be staying here again in the future!

I was in Akron for a funeral and wake for four days. The entire family stayed here. The staff was friendly, accommodating and pleasant. We gathered in the lobby every night sometimes up to 20 people, sometimes ordering pizza. They could not have been more understanding. It made the gathering of family that much more meaningful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, but watch the times for when it closes. The staff was gracious to a person.

Incredible hotel, stayed here for one night on a quick road trip and was not disapointed!

Nice suites at a reasonable rate. Brand new and very nice. We essentially had a kids club stay and filled the entire hotel. The only disappointing fact was a two children ended up ruining a light fixture and as a result management made parents pay for fixture. I thought that being we filled their rather normally lackluster occupancy rate they probably could have covered the $90 light fixture… We stayed the prior night and we were one of 10 cars in lot that night. Oh well guess I now know why…
