Very friendly staff. The room was clean but attention to cobwebs is needed. Other then that I would definitely stay again. I also liked the double beds with a couch. When traveling with kids it gives an extra space for someone to sleep.

Staff were wonderful. Our room was very comfortable, but showrr needed repair, and we were across from the ice machine which can be occasionally noisy. Breakfast was Jimmy Dean breakfast burritos, pastries, boiled egg, oatmeal, and Belgian waffle. Coffee was good. Overall a comfortable, pleasant stay.

My family and I visited Columbus for our family reunion. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the hotel was convenient to shopping, food, etc. The staff was super friendly especially Adam and Mr. Terry. The reason I gave this hotel a 4/5 is because out of the four rooms my family occupied, one of the rooms had a weird smell. It makes sense bc the hotel is 100% pet friendly, so we went to the Walmart across the street and bought Lysol and Febreeze as well as blasted the AC — which helped. The cleaning ladies also put something that smelled like lavender in the room to assist as well. Overall we enjoyed this hotel and know where to stay in Columbus in the future!

Everything was crooked, stained & you could hear right thru the walls. Doors slammed all morning from 6a-930am. Also heard & smelled people vommiting in the am after hearing them party all night. It was tought to get a good night sleeo here but it was where my co put me. Not again after that visit tho.

I stay at this Hotel several times a year while on business. The folks there are very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast is good. The location is close to shopping. I recommend it.

This property is older and needs some tlc. Extra kudos to this morning's desk attendant. Rarely do I hear from any hotel a thank you for staying and how was your visit.

I rolled in fairly late and the girl at the front desk got me checked in quickly. I think she could tell I was exhausted and didn't waste any time getting me my key. The room was very clean and the shower was good and hot. I slept like a rock.

One night stay book for week or less but environment pleasant clean comfortable relaxing so far by great hospitality!

Stayed here for job orientation and was welcomed by a friendly and happy staff. Clean sheets and flat screen T. V. Almost felt like home.

Great stay for the price has a pool and fitness room close to restaurants and Walmart and Meijer room was nice and cozy and we didn't order room service but the receptionist and maintenance man answered all our questions to the best of their abilities.

The staff was very friendly and helpful (and spoiled my dog with treats at check-in). The grounds are well maintained and the room fairly large. Definitely good value for the affordable pricing. Good location, close to quick service and casual dining as well as Wal Mart and numerous retail outlets.

Fantastic staff here. Adam at the front desk was able to tell me exactly what cereals they have (the real deal, not generic brands) for my daughter who has a wheat allergy. The staff was not only nice and helpful to the guests but nice to each other too. I had business at Ohio State. This La Quinta is close enough to everything in Columbus, but not right in the city center, but this also means it's reasonably priced. It's also easy access from the main roads. The location is across a small parking lot from a burger/ice cream fast food place which was great, especially for those with small children. We ate there twice. We also visited the Walmart which is across the street twice. The pool is nice with a pleasant temperature. The rooms are also nice with comfortable beds. They allow pets here. We don't have pets, but this is still convenient for those who do. The breakfast was fine. My only complaint was that there was no real half and half for the coffee. As a prediabetic, I try to keep carbohydrates low. It would also be better if they had some sort of a daily meat option like bacon and/or sausage. Overall this was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel for those traveling in the Columbus area.

Room was clean and front desk staff was helpful. Hotel was easy to find off the highway and located directly across the street from a food/entertainment plaza. We had to get to bed somewhat early the night we stayed and had absolutely no problem with noise from the surrounding area or other guests. Shower curtain looked a little worn and gross. The TV didn't change channels. The power and volume controls worked, but the TV would not change channels either via the remote or the buttons on the TV. Air conditioner unit was a little on the loud side. I was in town for one night to run a race and I just needed a place to sleep. It was close to where I needed to be and was a good option. However, if I were to go back to Columbus for a fun weekend of going out to bars and spending time downtown, I would probably look for something closer to the city center.

Room was extremely tidy and comfy. Breakfast was amazing and totally caught me off guard. 10/10 would recommend to someone else.

Pretty nice hotel. Nice and clean. Easy access to food and stores. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because like all hotels the bed was to hard and I couldnt very good.

Room and hotel were pretty clean, however, they forgot to give us room service. When we called the front desk in the afternoon (around 3-4pm) after getting back to our room, they said that our do not disturb sign was on the door even though it wasn't. Housekeeping had already left for the day so there was nothing they could do but they brought us up some fresh towels.

The room was very nice, everything looked pretty new, the mattress was comfortable, and the bathroom was good sized. Liked that the hotel is located a bit off the highway, but it wasn't particularly quiet due to some noisey people upstairs. Breakfast wasn't available at 6:30 a. M. Saturday morning.

Fantastic experience! Our room was spacious with a dedicated living area. Hardwood throughout the room instead of carpet. The kids really enjoyed the pool. I'd recommend it to a friend.

La Quinta was the official hotel for the U24 Frisbee National Team Tryout in Columbus Ohio. It was convenient to highways, University of Ohio, shopping, restaurants, downtown, airport and athletic fields on Spindler Rd. The staff does a good job keeping the hotel clean, although staff needs to give some attention to resupplying towels, and coffee in the room. The front desk was very responsive to any concerns and was able to switch rooms for me. The breakfast was waffles, oranges, pre-microwave sausage sandwiches, instant oatmeal, yogurt, juice and hard boiled eggs. Comfortable bed and quiet night of sleep. Hotel could use a little sprucing up. The stools are too tall for the breakfast area tables so you have to sit sideways.

Free breakfast was provided but over a little early. Our bathroom and closet doors didn't work properly (closet wouldn't close and bathroom wouldn't lock) and the pull out mattres was worse than sleeping on the floor.

Employees are friendly. The hotel is extremely clean from the lobby to your room. They provide you with a list of local restaurants. Free breakfast from 7-9am. They have a laundry room and a pool that is open from 10am-10pm and a 24hr gym. Love my room. Very spacious and most importantly very clean. Bed and and pillows were beyond comfortable. Excellent for the cheap price in my opinion.

The service was wonderful. There was self serve breakfast every morning, a decent sized pool, and a fitness room with some cardio machines and free weights. The inn was very easy to find but is also located close to some larger chain hotels.

Was only there one night. The bathtub in our room didn't drain well. Took a 5 minute shower and the tub held water up to my ankles. The staff was very nice. They opened the pool early for us in the morning so that I could entertain my kids. I will definitely be staying there again.

The hotel itself was pretty nice. The room was super clean and comfortable and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was not so great but better than nothing! The amount of sound proofing in this hotel must be next to nothing. All night long I was listening to other doors slamming closed, the people above me sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling, and I could hear the people outside in the parking lot like they were in my room. Needless to say I did not get very much sleep on my stay and wasn't won over by this at all. Not to mention the noisy kids that kept running up and down the hall yelling and slamming their door and banging on it whenever they wanted to be let in.

If you are looking for a place to go to on a budget, this could be an option. If you're looking for a place as hotel on a vacation, this won't be what you want. Location: pretty good, by the highway, so you can get to evrywhere Rooms: mediocre, the pillows and sheets felt like they were stuffed with beans Service: can't really say much about room service but the front desk was good. The employee checked us in immediately. Side note: the free breakfast was absolutely horrible.

Not the worst place to stay, beds are extremely comfortable, the staff is very polite and helpful, rooms are mostly clean, but they allow pets in some and those are always dirty. No bed bugs.

After a very long day of my semi truck breaking down it was very pleasant to have a very clean room clean bed very big bed and a nice quiet stay!

Nice hotel. Comfortable, big room. The pack n play was clean and not broken. Easy check in/out. Quiet, good shower, nice complementary products. The bathroom was clean, except for the baseboards could be wiped up.

I was impressed with my overall stay, especially for the price. The first room I was given smelled like urine. But when I went to the front desk they immediately put me in another (bigger) room and everything from then on was awesome.

Very clean and recently renovated. Front desk service was helpful and we had a simple fast check in. Near restaurants and decent beds. You'll get more than what you paid for here.

We spent the last two days at the La Quinta in Columbus, Indiana in a nice and spacious two room suite. Since we're traveling with our pets, we need more room than normal and when booking a room for tonight, we specified a king suite. Upon arrival at this hotel, we discovered that we'd been booked into one of the smallest rooms we've ever seen at La Quinta. There is not nearly enough room for us, our dogs, their beds and food bowls and our luggage. We understand that this is an old Days Inn, and we can certainly believe that. The hallway of the second floor smells, there's a lump under the carpet in our room, and the room has very few electrical outlets. Lt is substandard to any other La Quinta at which we've stayed. Why doesn't La Quinta tell customers when the accommodations that they've requested aren't available at the location they've selected? This appears to be a corporate decision.

We are dog owners so La Quinta is perfect. Bed is excellent. But the room smelled like a dog grooming facility. If you don't like dogs or are not with dogs, ask for a room not on 1st floor. Front desk Adam was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and faxing.

Stayed there about 15 months ago. Clean and newly done. Accommodating. Thank u! Coming back for the dog show and we always go La Quinta.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I loved the decor. I only had a couple of minor complaints, the stairwells were kind of nasty and the bed linens had some stains (nothing gross, just stains).

Jason was very attentive and helped us accomodate our two very large dogs in a room close to our other travel companion. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very easy to get around in.

Great place. Excellent service from the staff. Clean room and building. Walking distance to chain restaurants and gas stations, as well as a Wal-Mart. A great choice if you're looking for a regular place without the bells and whistles.
