If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Where do I begin even, lets start with the staff. To begin with, there are serious training issues that start with the General Manager and go downhill from there. Check in took about 45 mins to complete, regardless of the hotel being sold out, the GM feels it isn't required to be staffed accordingly. On top of that their knowledge of their own Property Operating System is abysmal. They incorrectly filed the CC I wanted to be charged. They told me my CC was declined so they charged my personal card, yet Wyndham requires you to authorize the card at check in, so either they didn't authorize, or didn't care to tell me my corporate card wasn't working. MORE TRAINING ISSUES! NOTHING IS DONE HERE IN A TIMELY MANNER! Now on to the rooms, nice looking from the outside. Honestly, if they put as much effort into their customer service as they did protecting their "breakfast buffet" if you can even call it that, they hotel might be OK at best. The floors were on two different levels so every time you walk into the "kitchen" you jam your toe on exposed tile. They're sharp FYI. I could make some pretty decent artwork with the layer of filth on the windows and sliding doors. I wrote the date and clean me for the next guest just so they can be as appalled as I am and know the housekeepers aren't cleaning. I've seen bigger bathrooms in run down studio apartments in the worst parts of town. The thermostat was just hanging off of the wall when I arrived, so I took 10 mins of my time to fix it since they clearly don't have a maintenance dept. The closet doors were barely attached, those were so cheap and broken I didn't even attempt to fix it. The general manager told me she approves of these conditions and they meet all standards set forth by corporate. She is a liar and a cheat at best. Don't let her old lady voice distract you from the fact they are a meteor shot away from the standards they set. This place is beyond a failure, save some money go to super 8.
