Staff very friendly, rooms clean, pool and hot tub well maintained. Breakfast foods were great, waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, smoked sausage, cereal, fresh fruit.

Easy check in & out. Handicap accommodations 5/5. Q who was on @ checkout gave us a perfect small breakfast to go as we missed breakfast. Not able to remember who checked us in, thank you. Very pleasant. Would stay again.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Great workers, good breakfast and clean rooms! This is a wayyy better experience than the one I had at the Hampton inn in mason Ohio on beach Blvd as of September 8, 2018.

Awesome hotel! The staff where very friendly and polite. I wanted for nothing! Jessica was a top notch manager. And at the meet and great an excellent host! Also Eric and all the others were excellent. The room was huge, clean, had a kitchen! And a large shower/ tub. Also nice t. Vs and I had a power outage I told front desk fixed in less then 10 min! There was drink station right around the corner didn't have to drive. Just a fantastic fun experience! Highly recommend. I will be back for sure! Ow I couldn't get the wiii to work but my ps4 was the problem. So I just used my phone too listen to music. No complaints here!

The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating from check-in to check-out. The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfy. The take away breakfast was at the front waiting and was more than enough. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We had a 1 bdrm suite on a Saturday night. They allowed us to check in early. Room is huge and spotless. Full sized fridge and 2 burner stove. Beds are awesome. Pool and hot tub are open u til midnight. Hot breakfast in the mornings.

We arrived early and they were very accommodating to get us in our room early. We told them why we were in the area and they printed off directions to our event. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy. Breakfast was delicious… they had the bagel toppers! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again!

2 queen room. Room and hotel were super clean. Staff was great and helped us get extra blankets. Wifi was reliable and fast. I'd recommend!

We had such a great experience. From the time we booked with the manager named Andrea, to the time we walked in and was greeted warmly, the whole staff was amazing. The room was clean and they had everything we needed. We stayed in a suite and it was beyond our expectations. The breakfast was good and had a variety of food. The man working the front desk both days we were there went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nice, I believe his name is Brian. I highly recommend this establishment and will stay again when we come in town to visit family.

It’s 3 in the morning and the person in the next room has been screening and yelling since about 8pm. Have not been able to get any sleep and now I have about an hour before I have to get out of bed. This is not what someone traveling for work expects when they book a hotel. It seems like the staff is not able to do anything about the noise complaints.

Service was excellent! And all the staff was so kind and friendly. The room was very spacious and very clean!

A special 'thank you' to Andrea & her staff for the over & above accommodations that were provided our family, prior to & after our Father's recent death. My apologies for not writing this review sooner, however, allot has been on our plate since we've returned back to our home state. In any case, this Hotel has truly been a second home to myself & our family. After our Father's funeral, Andrea & her staff accommodated our family to an area of the hotel, so that many of those who had traveled from out of state, could have some time with our family; as well as eat together; especially since we had no other accommodations, since Dad's funeral was on a Sunday. If anyone whom is traveling, needs a sincere family atmosphere, with a very cordial staff, along with a clean & organized place to rest their heads; this is the place for you. Each time that we've had to stay in Chillicothe, we've been satisfied with the Hampton Inn Suites. Our family wishes to let you know that we couldn't have made it through our untimely & unwanted visit to Chillicothe under these circumstances, without the kindnesses provided. We will be back soon, due to having to take care of matters post the funeral. Many blessings to those of you who make our stay more pleasant, even when we are suffering losses, beyond our control.

The lady at the check in was very nice the room was very clean breakfast was awesome. Probably the best hotel I have ever been in for the price. Thank you for the hospitality.

We want to make sure that we give credit where credit is due. We called last Friday, having to travel to Chillicothe to see our Father who was taken to the Adena Hospital. Not knowing what your accommodations will be, one has to trust reviews, etc. Under the circumstances we were in, we trusted the sweet gal (Jennifer) that answered the phone, with answering our many questions. Explaining what we were looking for, she gave us the variables & we called back a few mins later, with our decision to book a room. After a long day of traveling & having to face the issues that awaited us; we were surprised to learn that even tho we had second guessed ourselves; as to the room we chose; Ms Jennifer understood our dilemma, far past our phone conversation & upgraded our room to accommodate our needs & that was such a kind & unexpected surprise. Upon our arrival, the gentleman (Aaron the night desk clerk), was equally as kind & accommodating. The Hotel stay was pleasant & much better than we expected. We are learning today, that we will be making another trip back to Chillicothe soon, due to our Father's declining health; as well as our Mother's. We WILL be staying there again, not only because it was a nice place to stay, but due to the thoughtfulness that was bestowed upon this family. Hampton Inn is a nice place to stay, with a family atmosphere, a kind & competent staff, clean rooms, a hot breakfast.

Clean, well kept and pleasant stay. Would stay again. Didn't stay long enough to us pool but exercise room was nice. Equipment has been taken care of and the various free weights with medicine balls gave a good variety to my workout during stay.

My family and I stayed for 2 days over the New Year holidays The staff was very hospitable and eager to please us as customers. Andrea Diggs Ramsey was very polite and socialized during breakfast with all the guests, making an 'at home' atmosphere. I was very impressed with how she related to and understood my teen age son, who is Autistic. The living space in the hotel room with the fireplaces was very inviting so my family and I could visit with each other and have other family members who live in Chillicothe visit too. Thank you so much Andrea and staff for making me feel like my money was well spent.

Superior Hampton Inn! Upgraded furniture, friendly staff and the pool may have been down for repairs but the hot tub was wonderful.

Real nice facility. Lounges on all floors. Friendly, helpful staff. Typical Hampton breakfast, but really nice fresh fruit. Rooms well maintained and quiet. Good deal using hh points and cash.

Hotel staff were super nice and the managers reception was fantastic but room smelled really musty. They did gjve me Febreeze, which helped.

Great hotel. The staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. The only recommendation that I could make is to have salsa. Other than that one small thing, it was a great stay.

Room was great, clean and comfortable. Amenities throughout were up to date and well maintained. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Only drawback was no microwave in room. We have a child with special dietary needs and a microwave would've been helpful. Fortunately, staff was great about letting us use microwave in the pantry.

As a motel I would have to give this three stars. Overall however, the service was excellent, the rooms were clean and new and the rooms are fairly quiet. A nice breakfast buffet is supplied. The room rates were standard for a Hampton Inn. If I pass this way again and I need a room this is my first choice.

Very friendly and engaging staff. Very cool remodel to look lodge-like. Rooms clean and nice decor. Taxes and fees are brutal but guessing that's beyond the hotel's control. Breakfast nice but typical microwaved eggs.

The rooms were nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Didn't have any problems and all of the workers were kind and courteous. The price was a little high just for staying from 3am-11 (158$) but we slept comfortably. I would go back.

Didn't have a reservation and came in late at night. The guy at the front desk got us all set up quickly. The room was quiet and the staff was friendly. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Great spot!

I've stayed here repeatedly with each visit getting less and less satisfactory. The room rates are always exceptionally high when compared to other locations as well as other Hampton Inn sites. Not all rooms come equipped with a refrigerator so make sure you check the room listings first otherwise you're sol. Don't plan on using the TV at any point during your stay. They are locked down so you are unable to access the settings. Normally this isn't a problem except the smart view on the tvs fluctuate continuously. One moment it's normal brightness and the next it's so dark you can't see anything. This isn't a 1 time thing. I reported this issue over a month ago and received the same answer, sorry about your luck. Sorry about losing my future business.

My suite upgrade is a one br apt. With fireplace. Full kitchen etc. Sauna gym close to great stuff. Perfect lovely staff. I don't want to leave.

Stopped over while on a cross country trip. Great location, perfectly located to food, etc. Rooms are a little dated (especially the bathroom we had with flourescent lighting (yuk) ), but clean with a comfy bed and personable staff. Also, Wi-Fi signal was excellent. A definite plus in my book. It's located back from the main highway (vs the other hotels in the area), so you're guaranteed a quiet night. Soundproofing of rooms was excellent also and pool/whirlpool well maintained.

All of the stuff mixed was very good, the rooms were average sized, but whatever. They had a good free contenintal breakfast, and the 2nd and 3rd floors ALSO had little dining areas, so that you could drink your coffee. They had free internet acess, which was also a good thing. I am glad I stayed at this hotel.
