People above us have kids running hitting against walls super nosey. Called front desk several times. Nothing was done. It's after midnight!

Visiting friends. Went swimming very nice pool area and the front desk staff very kind.

The wonderful manager/check-in hostess was so kind to let me check in about an hour or so early. Check-in was a breeze, good breakfast selection, would stay here again.

I have stayed here going on 8 weeks for work and the staff treats me like family.

Moldy smelly room I’m assuming the PTAC unit and I’m not sure what’s on the curtains.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Arrived at 2:00am, so we weren't up early and kept the do not disturb sign on the door. Housekeeping called to check if we needed anything before they left. I sure miss living in the midwest!

This place is great! The rooms are clean and modernized, the bathrooms are spacey and accommodating and the breakfast is the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are excellent. We will always stay here when visiting.

Before my night here, I wouldn't give a look at a Best Western when searching for places to stay. I've associated them with being old, rundown, and dirty. This one is new, kept up, and clean. If you're looking for a place to stay in the area, you can't go wrong with this place. The only digs I will give go towards the cost saving measures: small towels, smallish rooms (double queen was anyway), thin walls, etc.

Best Western has THE best hotels in America and this hotel in Celina, Ohio is no exception. It's the experiences with the staff which made my 2 night 3 day stay an experience to remember. Theresa who was at the front desk was so very helpful. She printed directions to St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery for me. And it made my day when I arrived and was greeted with "Hello Gold Member, how can I help you? " The hotel has all the amenities which I wish I had time to enjoy the exercise room. I'll be back to Celina in the spring and I won't be sleeping anywhere but Best Western Celina. Tell Theresa Maria Maehlman coming back to talk to her again. She is such a pleasure to talk to! Thank you. Oh, one important thing is that the hotel is set back off the main street, but it is close to EVERYTHING!

Nice hotel. Room had a few minor issues like wall marks from previous furniture arrangement and colored, but washed, stains on bed comforter. Available pool and gym. Walking distance to some restaurants and shopping opportunities.

Beautiful hotel. Nice location. Service was top notch as expected. Bed was "okay" comfort-wise. Room was clean and the place has been updated. Will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, very unfriendly and unprofessional front desk staff. Their 'don't give a darn' attitude was very clear. Both the late afternoon and the morning staff the next day.

This is a great place to stay. There's plenty to choose from for breakfast and to go bags if you don't have time to eat before you leave. There's a nice view of a pond to look out at while you enjoy breakfast. There's a pool area and a fitness center.

Best smelling hotel resort ive ever been. Small pool but works. Nice curtious service very clean and reasonable price. Only reason not 5 star hot tub been broke for awhile. Close to stores and resturants.

Friendly, helpful midnight-shift staff. Breakfast was very good & they served an hour longer than normal to accommodate us Eldora Speedway racing fans. Clean & nice.

It was very comfortable… the bathroom was very accessible for we old folk… lot to be desired though about the breakfast… fried eggs get tough if sat too long and cold. But thankful for what they had to eat.

Clean room, quick check in, got the last cookie. Room a little smallish, no automatic doors at entrance for those with lots of bags. Otherwise I'd stay again.

2nd time at this Hotel and we will stay again. However the sausage and biscuits in the breakfast were terrible. Great amenities.

Very nice people there and has no problems at all.

Clean & modern with an indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The pool/Jacuzzi was clean and the towls were out and ready for our use. Furnished in our room was a Coffee maker (with coffee & tea) iron & ironing board along with hair dryer. Also in the room, small fridge & microwave as well as the standard TV with a rather limited cable channel selection. In short every thing that a motel is suposed to do this place did pretty well.

Room was clean and as expected. Hotel staff was friendly and expedient.

It was a roof over our head as we enjoyed a racing weekend at Eldora Speedway. Wishing we could have stayed elsewhere but during the big race weekends it's hard to find anything else.

Spent last Friday night there and I am glad to say the Holiday Inn was great! The pool was clean and a warm 84 degrees. The Hot tub was hot and relaxing. The breakfast selection was very good. There was hot food along with the typical cold cereal and yogurts. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Employees were great. I am very glad that this place has moved up from the previous reviews. I almost cancelled our two rooms due to the old reviews. But since they were old, I took a chance and was VERY happy! There is a Walmart right across the street and several places to eat within a mile radius.
