Good breakfast. Nice room. Did not get a good night sleep. Mattress? Music across the street? Definitely too expensive for one night. I guess because of the festival they raised the price.

Out of town on work, stayed at this place. Rooms were a little shabby but nothing horrible. Nicks in the walls, stained towels, oh and our toilet was clogged before we even got to the room… At least the view of the lake on the second floor was cool. The best part about this place is the Chinese Buffet right across the back parking lot.

The room was clean and comfortable. Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee maker were provided. Staff was friendly and helpful. The A/C was too noisy was the only drawback, but seemed to be a problem only in our room. Otherwise very nice for budget accommodations.

As soon as I walked into the room it smelled like cigarettes, pot, and mildew. Luckily I was there on business and brought something to sleep on top of the filth.

My daughter & I have stayed at this establishment for the past 7+ years for big events at Eldora Speedway. Imagine our surprise last weekend when we were told our next two reservations (in July & September) were not being honored. What!? Because the employee that made the reservation was no longer employed — again WHAT THE HECK? When the owner & corporate office was contacted, the response was simply “the employee that made the reservation is no longer employed” WHAT? So, we are not able to attend two events we have faithfully attended for 7+ years because everyone is full. Plus — our reservation last weekend was made at the same time as the ones they aren’t honoring We will definitely never use this chain under any circumstance.

Room was proper and clean. Front office staff was pleasant and informative. We're staying here to watch The World of Outlaws at Eldora Speedway and we've stayed here for the past 10 years and have never stayed at a different hotel.

I picked this location as it was across the street from Celina Eagle's which is where my friend's wedding reception was. The room was very clean and had nice hardwood floors. We got a king smoking room and the room actually smelled very nice and there were no burn holes anywhere. We had an issue with our room key after receiving it but staff helped promptly. We did not eat breakfast so I can't comment on that. One weird thing is that the shampoo container and pen in the room were sticky.

Not too bad of rooms for the price you pay. When reserving a room requested one with a balcony and on the lake front side with a room rate of $79.00 posted online. When we got there had a room on the back side of hotel with a great view of a parking lot. The rates were $99.00 and up. When checking out, the rate was fixed by a more knowledgeable person.

Don't even bothering with the Wi-Fi it barely works. But the rooms are decent. Plenty of restaurants around it.

People are posting this place is loaded with bed bugs, do not stay there. Pictures are on FB.

Good place to get rest, I was there in winter, heat works great! Close to good food, walking distance, good view of the lake.

Great place fair price and clean. I'm in town getting some repair work done on my trailer, the owner of the shop recommended this hotel called and got me a room. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

Nice staff. Somewhat of a lake view from 2cnd floor. Good place for quick stop or for work travel. Close to food and shopping places.

This place is a joke. Reviews don't do it justice. Cigarette burn holes in the comforter, lobby and room smelled like smoke. Toilet seat had cracks and holes in it like someone took a hammer to town. Hotel staff seems like they barely graduated high school. Ended up charging one of my employees $300 for a room that was already paid in full. A pro: I guess the bed was clean?

Very convenient location for our needs, very close to some restaurants, the park, and a store. Rooms were pretty clean, if a bit smoky. Did what we needed the room to do, no issues here.

Had an opportunity to visit celina for the eldora speedway. Highly recommend going to it. We stayed at the Americas Best Value Inn excellent location right across from the lake. Sufficient parking area. The rooms were clean fresh and modern with updated furniture. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was good at this price it was well worth it. Coming back again.

Incredibly "meh" and not a good value. The rooms, service, and amenities are no better than a Motel 6, but almost double the price. The service from staff and housekeeping is pretty poor/minimal. Our bed wasn't made due to "personal belongings" on it (a pajama shirt) but housekeeping moved/threw away other items and left cleaning supplies laying around our room.

Has very nice evening n night staff. Good choice for breakfast. Nice n quite.

Stayed there March 16 and 17, 2017. We were very impressed by the staff and the room. It was clean and fresh with a beautiful lake view. There was a frig and microwave. Staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. We will definitely be returning to this motel.

We stayed after an Eldora race. We were pleased with the clean room and price. Not a luxury Hotel! Staff is as friendly as they come. Check in and out was a breeze. Breakfast was good. We will stay again. Oh, and it's got a killer view of the lake!

The hotel stay was really friendly. This place is not luxury resort but it got the job done. Clean room and bathroom, the AC and TV worked fine. Very easy access to the lake too.

The room was great! 1 king, 2 queen and a pullout couch were perfect for the 6 of us. Great breakfast, great service, outstanding price. Will stay again and highly recommend.

Americas best value inn had very clean and spacious rooms at a great price. Located right next to the lake it had a great view.

Great value for the $. Winter special $62 with tax. How can you beat it? Clean room. Comfy bed with quality linens. Shower pressure was GREAT. Quiet location. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was way above what I was expecting.

Clean, well maintained rooms and baths. Average room and bath amenities. Good breakfast included along with average Wi-Fi speed. Friendly, helpful staff. Price is reasonable compared to others in the area such as Holiday Inn Express.

For a $69 single, I expect more than just basic accomodations, which is what I found here, basic, clean room with micro/fridge, flat pillows, old blankets, and worn out beds are fine for a more budget friendly motel chain like other ABVinns, but this one is just overpriced because it sits across the street from Grand Lake St. Marys. Breakfast was the standard bagels, cold cereal etc. IIt is a nice enough property just overpriced in my opinion.
