Motel needs remodeled. Halls floors were dirty. I took the stairs one time and the floors were discussing with an old chair at the bottom. Chairs in dining area are worn out. Staff was friendly and breakfast was normal. I think motel is over priced as I have stated at a different brand hotel in a major University town that was much nicer for less money. At this time I have family in the area so I'll probably be back in town but we will find a different motel.

Pool area was being remodeled so we did not have access to it. We were given room keys, and my daughter went ahead to check out the room and came back down and told us that it was dirty and beds were torn apart with sheets all over the place and such. The gentleman who helped us, I think was a manager, apologized for the inconvenience to us and upgraded us to a suite. I appreciated that. Beds were just okay. I enjoyed the breakfast.

The staff here is great and super friendly. They are always willing to help you with whatever you need. We stayed here for a total of 3 weeks and were very happy with our stay. Thank you guys for your hospitality in our situation and making it that much less stressful!

Stay as far away as you can. Safety was my biggest concern, then upkeep came second, manager called while there was thirteen people waiting for check in and the employee finally said I can send you a screen shot to prove it. Safety concern. We came back after supper 10 pm and it looked like the motel was abandoned with cars around it. No parking lights on. There is the invention of timers. Front desk employee fixed it as soon as I made comment to him about. He was the only asset for this site. Next morning my Grandson went to open our room door, and as I was ready to say you need the card key, the door opened so I thought I did not shut it all the way. So I slammed it shut, and once again didn't need the key card so if you stay in room 110 check your door. Check your door no matter where you stay. I have a video of the door issue. Now to the bedding. Spread was ratty and had holes in it. Also, have pics. The picky part of this review was old toilet paper roll thrown to the back of vanity. Have picture! The wall on the edge was kicked in. Not worth staying here.

Fantastic LaQuinta. We use LQ because they are so dog friendly. They let us use an early check in after we called the morning of the reservation. Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms at a fair price. Hot breakfast included although it was strange that had gravy but no biscuits. Scrambled eggs and waffles were great tho. Plenty of parking and even a little dog potty area. Highly recommend this location to anyone traveling with dogs.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a great assortment although the eggs were in need of a little help. Check out was 11:00 am but they allowed us to check out at 12:30 pm. Very happy with our stay.

Booked at room thinking that the hot tub was going to be open. When I called no one mentioned that the hot tub and pool were out of order. Then when we show up and there is a sign out front that said come inside and warm up in our hot tub, so at this point I think it is open. So we walk in and check in at the front desk, the lady doesn't tell us that the hot tub is closed until I walk over and find out for myself that there is a sign up that said pool and hot tub are closed. So I asked the front desk lady what was going on and she is like I don't know it's been down for 2 weeks. Why wouldn't you tell me that before I booked a room, you knew this for 2 weeks.

I had previously rated this at 4 stars. Ive stayed here on several occasions. However, now they are under new management. I got the wrong room, the TV was broke, the back door to the doggie area was broke. The icing on the cake was being accused of illegal drug use and fined $250 w/o notification. I eventually got my money back but I will never stay here again.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was super nice and helpful. Even though the pool was closed for maintenance and 2 of the 3 ice machines were broken, the hotel and staff were very nice.

Terrible hotel stay. Pool and hot tub were closed. No working ice machine. And the dogs (yes, multiple) woke me at midnight and 6am. And a guest brought a monkey in. So, if you don't mind dogs barking at all hours, or sleeping where a monkey slept the prior evening, this is the place for you. There are too many better options for the price for me to return.

It was not a very impressive experience staying here. Less than decent over priced. It was busy. The pool area was always out of towels, croweded and cluttered wity wet towels. The coffee was old and was removed from the lounge before 9 p. M. Also the "concessions", amenities and a snacks/drinks were all "sold out". The apples from the lounge were gross but it was fairly kept besides the pool area and the bathroom drain was clogged enough it took half of a tub full of water 15 minutes to drain. Overall, displeased and will never visit this La Quinta location again.

The hotel was decent. The room was nice and clean. There was a large kids birthday party, so it was a bit loud at times. The pool and hot tub area were not the cleanest and the chlorine was very strong. Staff was nice. Breakfast was basic but not bad.

It was a decent experience. I like the decor and the room I was in, and I enjoyed the amenities. However, some of the guests there were running through the halls late at night, slamming doors, and goofing around at 4 am while people are trying to sleep. It went on for a while and no one came up to quiet them down, so I wish they would pay more attention to that. There was also one employee who was very rude and snippy with me after I kindly asked if she could break a 10. She also had an attitude with my friend right after when all she wanted to know was if she should leave her room key with me or not since she was leaving early. I also wish the room had paper plates, and plastic spoons and forks provided. As my friend and I ordered food a few times and we had to improvise on what to put our food on. Other than that, I enjoyed my time there.

Great prices, friendly staff and dog friendly. Nice area to take them out away from traffic. Main reason why we choose this hotel whenever we are in town.

My stay at this hotel was nice. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good. The only bad thing I noticed was that although this is a non smoking hotel, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and weed in the elevator and hallway. There was no smell in the room, so it didn't really bother me too much.

We stay here frequently. It is always clean and the staff is courteous and friendly. Breakfast is always hot and fresh.

Nice clean place, good hot breakfast and friendly people. Only down side was I left some change from a pizza I had delivered the night before on the dresser and when I returned from work the next day it was gone. Only a few dollar bills but still, im glad it wasn't more.

We traveled 350 miles on Friday October 20 2017 to go to the Football Hall of Fame on Saturday. My wife and myself stayed here for 2 nights and won't stay at any other hotel. This is our 3rd straight year staying here. First and foremost the staff are OUTSTANDING. Charlie is an awesome and true professional person. Your breakfast is OUTSTANDING hits the spot especially the biscuits and gravy. Secondly the room was EXTREMELY clean as it always is. Your house keeping team are the BEST. We love your hotel. Thanks again for making our stay GREAT! From Dupont Pa. See you next year. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Exceptional clean. Has fridge & microwave. King bed w/ beautiful bedding. Large bathroom, soft absorbent towels and complimentary toiletries. Would definitely recommend.

We reserved a room for two, not realizing that our friend also needed a place to stay for the night. They were super cool about bringing in an extra bed. We also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. =^. ^=

Well, first — let me say the staff in this hotel are great! Very friendly, helpful, and doing the best they can with what they have. Breakfast is acceptable — sausage gravy and biscuits one day that was very good. Linens on the bed and the towels were clean, and given that this is a dog friendly hotel, there was no odor of animals. But the good things end there. This place needs a serious deep cleaning and there are little things that make this place shabby. Light burnt out in the bathroom. Lamp unplugged in room and the outlet was behind a bed too heavy to move. Room was very dark. The roll away bed was so old and mattress so worn out that it was basically springs covered with a sheet. Had to ask for extra blankets to pad it, and there was only 1 clean blanket in the entire place as they were "full up". Corners of room, and under the tables, had a literal mound of dirt, dust, and hair in them. The blanket on the roll away bed was torn and shredded and the bathroom fan vent had two inches of dirt and dust and hair built up on the vents. Disgusting. Staff is great. Hotel? Not so much.

Everything you'd expect from a 2.5 star hotel. Giving 3 stars because room was clean, ac worked great, and staff were friendly. Shower water pressure was a little weak, but acceptable. Nice stay and a place I'd go to again.

Decent, clean room with the AC way up when we came in (which we like). TV system is poor — it's the old fashioned program guide you have to let scroll through. Breakfast was nice. Despite the number of people at the hotel, it seemed quiet in our room.

Stayed at this hotel for a wedding nearby. Wouldn't stay again, we got there before the check in time 2:00 our parents room was ready so we got ready for the wedding in their room, in the room I noticed a stain on the bed spread gross we forgot to mention it at the desk. Check in time was to be 3:00 our room still was not ready at 3:30, we had to go so we checked in after the wedding. Our room the air conditioner vents where very dirty and the rooms are in need of updates not worth the money. And no good breakfast menu served in the check in area.

Be warned… this place is not clean. There was an odor the second we walked in the lobby that turned your stomach. The rooms were filthy and I mean gross. I do not need to stay in some fancy place nor did I expect one but I do expect CLEAN! I did ask for assistance with the fridge as the knob was removed and it wasn't getting cold. Staff were accommodating and did try to fix it however it was still warm. I had my 3 kids and husband, unfortunately my 1 year old was contained to the pack and play I brought from home because it was not appropriate for him to be anywhere near that nasty floor. You can't fix this problem unless you hire a team cleaning people and go thru every room. The lamp shades were broken, the chair was stained, there was a power strip outlet laying on the back of the mattress, the vent in the bathroom was full of dirt and clumps of dust, not to mention the odor of burnt hair in the room and rotten egg smell coming out of the bathroom. This is not the staff's fault, this is management. Clean your facility! Needless to say I would never stay here again and if we could have all fit comfortably in the car that's where we would have slept!

Rooms were good. Stayed there because they were one of the few places that allowed pets. Pretty good complimentary breakfast as well. Employees were helpful getting is back in the room when we locked ourselves out accidentally.

The hotel staff were wonderful. The free breakfast was solid, but nothing to write home about. The room had great climate control, but the shower did not drain properly. Standing in a pool of water during your shower is never fun. I would recommend this hotel.

Check in and check out were quick and easy, and I was able to check in at the stated time without delay. Staff members were professional and helpful. The room was in great condition and the appliances and TV worked well. There was no highway or road noise overnight since the hotel is one exit away from the downtown Canton area and is set back a couple roads away from I-77. I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it if you are looking for somewhere to stay in the Canton area.

The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee was fresh and tasty with a great breakfast selection. All for a reasonable price! Very satisfied with my stay.

We stayed at the Canton Ohio Inn. The room was clean and inviting. The breakfast was appetizing and there was a decent selection. The only issue was there was a stagnant musty smell mainly on the first floor. I believe this was coming from the laundry room which was just a few doors from The lobby. The staff was accommodating, but not very friendly. I would definitely stay at a La Quinta Inn again.

Omg this was our best experience ever clean rooms, service, gym was clean n pool also we will cm back if we had too n good food.

I stayed here 3/19 for one night. The staff was pleasant and helpful, but the room (2) were gross. I booked a suite online but upon arrival was told they couldn't accommodate that. They gave me two adjoining rooms instead which was fine with us. The room's condition was sub-par at best. Very poor craftsmanship on everything that was repaired at one point or another. The room's cleanliness was my biggest complaint. There were short hairs (i'll let you make assumptions on what kind of hair) all over the bathroom. The shower was full of them, some on the side of the hair dryer and all around the toilet. There was mold behind the bathroom faucet and layers of dust behind the toilet. The worst may have been the room's phone. When I attempted to pick it up to call the front desk, the handset stuck to the base. I had to use two hands to separate the two. Eww. Fortunately, we didn't notice much of this until the morning as we didn't get back to the hotel room until late the night before. Once we did we packed up and got outta there asap. That was my first and last visit to a La Quinta.

This hotel was very clean, friendly and very Comfortable rooms. Want a warm pool stay here. Wonderful breakfast. Thank you for making our stay so nice.

Great breakfast food! Beds are nice and comfy with big HD TVs in the rooms.

Location was OK. Honestly nothing really special positive or negative. I've stayed in better and worse places. If you're looking for a place to stay on the cheap, here it is. The one exceptional thing about this place is that the room set up is up to date and the customer service is excellent!

Well, hate is a strong word. (Hence the star rating), but who can say they like bed-bug-bites? Not me! Although I can't say I've ever experienced being bit by them, having to look up what they LOOKED LIKE, isn't good! -I would have liked to be informed of the issue before hand & since I wasn't told, I thought you should know… Consider yourself pre-warned!
