Quiet location, close to Costco, clean rooms, decent breakfast selection.

Definitely a "micro-" sized room, but very modern, with clever storage. The worst thing is that there is no counter space on the sink, but there is a shelf underneath to store your things, at least.

Our house burnt down and the hotel has been generous to give us a discounted rate. Great continental breakfast and they are per friendly. The workers here work hard and are super polite. They also gave us free laundry coins with detergent to help us since we lost everything in the fire. Will give five out of five stars.

Not clean! The whole hotel was DIRTY! The floors were not vacuumed, the shower had hair in it, there was trash on the floor. The pool had a milky appearance-dirty. Their employees were eating breakfast and once again not clean or well managed.

Stayed there for one night and had no complaints. The place is clean, the staff friendly, and the conveyor-belt-pancake-making-machine was far more amusing to me than I should admit. The location was great because it is right across the street from Costco (where I gas up) and less than 10 minutes from anywhere else I wanted to go in Fargo. I realize it’s Fargo and nothing is terribly far, but still, convenience counts.

Absolutely beautiful hotel Very clean and well laid out. Staff were very accommodating and well versed in their job. Would definitely recommend this hotel to all those traveling through the area of Fargo north Dakota.

Lovely place. New rooms. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Access to nearby airport and shopping. Free breakfast. 24 hour gym. Pool. I would stay here again.

Booked a suite 2 months in advance but when I got to the hotel they told me that they didn't have any suites available. So I settled for a regular room. They also agreed to refund me 20% of my bill. But instead of refunding me they charged me the amount they were going to refund me. It's been 5 days and I am still waiting to see if rhey actually reversed the charge and refunded me the money. Also the hot tub was murky and stunk terribly.

All brand new and modern. Simple and clean. Very comfy bed. Window seats a very nice little extra!

This place has been great! The guy at the front desk was very hospitable and accommodating being that I'm not from the area. Great pool and jacuzzi!

Had an awesome stay. Could have given five stars but our shower drain was crazy slow. Asked for service but it wasn't looked after in our 3 days stay. Could be cause hotel was full due to soccer teams staying there.

Was quiet even with a lot of guests. Front desk people were polite and quick. They even allowed use of the common area to get people fed. I was able to get plastic utensils to use for my dinner.

Very nice place to stay. Very friendly staff, easy to get to and great breakfast. Scrambled eggs and sausage muffins, fruit to list a few. Nice quiet motel.

We appreciated that they opened breakfast early for the marathon runners. That was so considerate. There is not much you can do once it’s built, but the noise here is bad. We could here the room above and beside us quite frequently, so if you aren’t a heavy sleeper you might want ear plugs or a noise machine.

The safest and most friendliest stay in a hotel in which I've experienced. All I can say is that they've become family. Particularly is the most caring staff I've had throughout my career and personal business. Love you guys!

Not impressed with this hotel. Other microtels we're very clean and beds super comfy, but not this one.

I booked a Saturday night room for my aunt while she was visiting. She had nothing but exemplory things to say about this property. The room was bright and very clean & the staff was very polite and attentive. She was completely satisfied with her stay. A huge "Thank you" from us both!

I am currently staying here. This place is full of kids with a hockey tournament. This is the worst group of parents and the worst representation of kids sports ever. They are running through the halls playing hide and seek. Up and down the elevators holding them up from other paying guests! parents in groups drinking beer in the lobby, halls and breakfast areas. It STINKS like alcohol! Great parent example! if you didn't rent the ENTIRE hotel what gives you the right to act this way? the poor front desk guy even commented to us about the parents just drinking beer and don't watch their kids. So he has to tell them to behave. I rate this hockey team ruining the reputation of this hotel and ALL minor hockey associated with FARGO! I recommend not to stay here EVER!

I was just in town for the night. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

Really nice hotel across the street south of Costco. (Google maps told me the address was north off of 45th st) Brightly lit hallways. Comfortable room. Decent breakfast. Room: is quaint and comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave a plus. However there are no drawers and the ironing board takes up most of the closet. (Which would drive me nuts if I were staying here more than just a day or two) Tip — if you are a light sleeper, put the temp control to "on" and the fan will remain on continuously and not wake you up during the night. Breakfast: sausage/egg dish, variety of cereals, sugared oatmeal mixes plus toppings, cream of wheat, make your own waffles, apples, mini muffins, yogurt, toast, peanut butter, juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I did not look at the pool or exercise room.

Hotel was generally good. Pros and cons are as follows. Pros — Clean hotel with above average amenities (fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room), nice pool and free decent breakfast. Allowed orders from Amazon to be stored at front desk poor to arrival. All staff were friendly and helpful. Cons — 2nd time we've stayed there and the phones were not working. Had to ask permission to use phone at front desk to make local calls.

We needed a cheap place to crash at after landing after 11p at the airport. This place got the job done and would have been 5 stars if it was a little quieter. It sounded like somebody was running a marathon over our heads at 1am. However the hotel was clean, new and super pet friendly (no charge! ).

My family loves this hotel. It is priced really reasonably, clean, friendly, etc. We've never had problems and have stayed here over 10 times. The only issue we've ever had is that the beds are very high, which is impossible for a handicapped person to get in. We've even gotten 'accessible' rooms and the beds are they same and they don't have any kind of step to use. We've had to remove the bed frame and put the box spring right on the floor which then makes it the perfect height.

Great hotel. Room had a microwave and mini fridge in it. Beds were hard which we liked but we were told that they don't have rooms with king sized beds at that location. Right next to Costco which was great. However the room smelt like wet dog.

We arrived at the hotel late, and there was plenty of parking. The front desk worker was very pleasant and quick to get us checked in. The room was clean for the most part except one of the beds had a stain on the sheets, so we just used the other bed. The walls are fairly this, so you can hear a lot of what is going on in the other rooms. People stayed quiet, so this visit was not so bad. Breakfast has improved from previous stays. They now have eggs! Coffee was fair.

New hotel, great price, right on the edge of the city. Now, the reason for the one star: small and dirty. It was so bad I, very politely, asked for someone to come clean up my room as I noticed the decorative linens had clearly not been changed. I ended up having to go to the front desk again when we returned (hours later, enough time for a good cleaning or even just a second look by the manager, ) and this bodily fluid stain (*shudder*) was STILL on my bed. Snot on the ceiling in the same room, but I was too grossed out to stay in the room and take a picture of it. They tried to make it right, moving us into another room and giving a discount on the bill but I'd never be able to stay here and feel clean.

Recently stayed at this hotel for one night on a road trip. Location was a few minutes from the usual locations near West Acres Mall, but still close to restaurants. Check-in went smooth, room was very clean and beds were very comfortable! The included hot breakfast buffet was better than a standard cold continental breakfast. Overall enjoyed the stay and would come again.

Nice new hotel. Very clean modern rooms. Helpful staff was a short stay so didn't get to enjoy any of the amenities. Left a charger behind — took them four days of telephone tag to tell me they couldn't find it. I know it was left in the room, and I called less than 24 hours later for the first time. — and had to keep calling to get an answer. It's a fairly simple thing to have been able to record an answer at a front desk level int erms of what is left behind in a room. Most other hotels do so. And in the past I have had no issues if I left an item behind. The challenge in even trying to talk it over with their correct person was ridiculous and if it wasn't noticed — they obviously didn't get to it before they rented the room out again even though I called right away. We will never know for sure — because they were not expedient in communication. However it was a brand new 3 device charging unit — and that was the ONLY place I had ever used it.

The hotel still feels very new. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. No real complaints except the sheets on the bed had some stains on it that looked like pen marks which isn't too big of an issue. Also we could hear people walking in the hallway and kids running around so the walls are fairly thin. But other than that this hotel was a good option. I would recommend it and we will most likely stay in the future.

Microtel Inn & Suites in West Fargo was a great place to stay. Staff that had check us into our room was very friendly, rooms appeared to be exceptionally clean, the room even had a new hotel smell. Breakfast was included with our stay, great variety for what I expected. Exercise room was very small but had a decent selection of machines, and standard dumbbell weights, ie 10, 15, 20. Only thing I would suggest is to make sure that your GPS is updated or use your Google maps GPS which is always updated. This hotel is part of a newer development, the hotel itself was only 2 years old the day I stayed there. Nothing bad to say about this place.

Our stay was great! Front desk staff was awesome. Room was very clean and very spacious. Bed was super comfy. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect for us. Right next door to Costco. We never made it into the pool or hot tub but everything looked great and people were enjoying themselves.
We will definitely be back next time we come.

I chose to stay at the Microtel because of its proximity to Scheels Arena. It was a very pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and the AC worked well. Beds are comfortable but small, to my understanding they do not have king size beds and the queen sized beds are full at best.

Everything was clean & orderly, and the room was quite large for the price. The staff was very friendly & helpful especially when my wife lost her key card at 11:00 pm. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was delicious as well. Easy to find location that was very easy to get into and out of.

New spot, everything so beautiful and clean. The other microtels probably use this as their stock photos for their own because they are NOT all the same. Easy on and off the freeway made it an ideal stop for this tired family on a winter journey. We will definitely be stopping on our way back!

Good luck getting a goodnight sleep here unless you are on the top floor. When people walk above you it almost sounds like somebody was playing dodge ball with hammers and it is very easy to listen in on the conversation of others through the walls. This is one of, if not the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I suggest you spend the night elsewhere unless you brought a pair of earmuffs.

The staff was so kind and helpful, we also had our family Christmas here in the room for rent, we then got 2 rooms for overnight stay at a great cost! we then found out the meeting room was no charge cuz we rented rooms, what a wonderful Christmas we all had! thank you for the awesome experience! your motel is wonderful!

The location was a bit strange and maps got a little confused along the route, but overall it was a great hotel experience! The bed was a bit more firm than I am used to, but was uniform and the pillows were quite nice. Everything seemed clean and the TV was decent. I don't believe there were vending machines on the floors, but there was a reasonably priced convenience store on the ground floor. I left before the breakfast started, but the coffee in the lobby was okay. Nice staff!

Room was nice (if small) and furnishings were great. This hotel is new and you can definitely tell — everything is in great shape. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was pretty decent and staff were friendly. I would stay here again.

This hotel is newer and super nice. It's modern and there are outlets and USB ports everywhere! The rooms have a fridge and microwave which many hotels don't have so that's a huge plus. There are games in the breakfast area you can play any time you want which is really cool. The breakfast was decent, many choices of cereal, muffins, toast, and waffles. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but fine for a night. This was my second time staying here and I plan to stay again do overall I definitely recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay. The wife and I are on a 2, 400 mile road trip and I have to say this is the best hotel I've been in. It also is the cheapest. Front desk was very friendly. We were a bit worried after looking through all the other hotel reviews in the area. When I make this trip again I will definitely be staying here.

Clean, nice, newer, and the staff was great.

Not a place for groups with children. After closing/removing amenities, the front desk staff was rude! If you are looking for a place your your team… I recommend looking else where! Also, poor continental breakfast — no protein options and very small conference area!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, my expectations were exceeded on my visit.
