Since management has changed, the quality of service and food has improved drastically. I love the philly burger and poutine. My only recommendation would be to add a little more diversity to the menu.

Staff was not organized, food was cold and not put together. Service was horrible. I would recommend mud before this place.

The bar crew was big time power trippin and right in front of us, refused to listen to their mangers wishes for our free drinks (which she was trying to buy us off with for false advertising on the website). They bar tender even told us to leave. Wow. How arrogant can costumer service get?!
NOT a pleasant experience. We waited for so long to get drinks. We didn’t get any drinks and ended up pissed with no food either. We were very polite and were trying to work with hem but, NOPE. Too short staffed. Everyone was unhappy…

Stay anywhere but here! I’ll save the the long rant with this place and keep it simple. Check-in process — terrible Boat plug ins — not a single one works Ice machines — one in the whole place works (kinda) Phone — didn’t work Room — wasn’t cleaned and the front desk gave a bunch of attitude about getting us fresh towels. Manager — won’t respond to email complaint. 50 bucks a night is too much for this place.

Charlotte is a good manager of this place the only complaint is the brunch hours and the meal plan if were having eggs with ham in it why have bacon also and biscuits and gravy with no more gravy with left over biscuits and bacon no more eggs or gravy? Other than that I seen morning workers get off and make it back and not get served they were disappointed. I don't blame them. Good room and service no complaints there.

I know this is long, but you should read this before you book a room! Stayed here 5 nights and besides my email confirmation price, which was not cheap, they charged my credit card $840.00+ extra! Charges started showing up on my card the second day of our stay. Called front desk and spoke with someone and was told it would be taken care of. Next day, new charges! So I called front desk again and was told I had to speak to a manager who would be back in two hours. Called again the next morning and was told a manager would call me! Later that day, I went down to front desk and ASKED FOR A MANAGER! Spoke with one, I think, and they said it would be taken care of. Have gotten no response from the hotel regarding the additional charges as of this date. When I checked out, the person at the front desk wanted me to sign off on the charges! My credit card company is now filing fraud charges! This hotel has the potential of being nice but we were in two different rooms during our stay and they are not clean by any means! Ate at the restaurant, food was mediocre at best and costly. Waitress was friendly but not good at her job! Having the kitchenette would have been great except that the garbage disposal in both rooms plugged with just water in the sink. The counter tops and cook tops in both rooms were dirty. The knob for the cook top on one of the burners did not work so you had to switch one knob back and forth!

Some of the worst waiting / bartending service I have ever had! Food is sub par for price. I am not one to write a poor review, but had two bad experiences here.

Very nice only missing my towel has a full size fridge a stove top kitchen sink very comfortable and clean.

Didn't care that my truck was vandalized… Not very informative about the town, no dry cleaning services and mail service seemed to be on Monday only… Other than that it was excellent place and prices not terrible.

Do not stay here! The food was horrible I got prime rib couldn't even eat it and then I stayed one night and they charged me for 3 and I talked to the manager and they didn't give me a refund I will never stay there again.

The hotel is fine, but the service in the restaurant/loungeis always lacking. Our company always has us stay here when we have inclement weather during the winter, and the restaurant and lounge is always a struggle to get food or drinks. As I sit here, my buddy ordered a prime rib over 40 minutes ago, and ten minutes ago another gentlemen came out and said they were out of prime rib. Five minutes ago, the waitress came by and realized the order wasn't put in. This is commonplace from what I can see of this place, and this is the sixth time we've been here in three weeks. Eat and drink elsewhere.

Awesome hotel… Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. I not only would stay there again, but I would recommend it to anyone needing a room in that area!

The menu never really changes and there are only a few items but overall a nice restaurant and bar. We’ve also held our company parties here twice now and have had an amazing time.

Room was great! Very clean, all the amenities of home. Teddy's lounge however needs to vastly improve their service and food quality! Waited hour and a half to get a chicken sandwich and then couldn't eat the potato wedges that came with. They put oil on them and roasted in oven. Think the oil must have been rancid. Management tried the best they could at the time to accommodate, however after 2 hours, we had enough!

We've had items stolen from here such as Mac books and I pads. Don't leave valuable belongings in your room when you're gone! We've even had one of our co-workers charged 2, 000 on his card for a simple meal at the restaurant, so I would advise using cash only! Oh and the food and service are just terrible in the restaurant.

Their restaurant is the worst! Tweakers everywhere! Service is TERRIBLE! Maybe one good waitress! Food sounds great on menu and should be good when it comes out! But it's garbage! Always wrong! Never cooked right! Turns a good menu to garbage!

Hotel is good to stay but Never eat there. Their restaurant is a joke. Waitress are very rude and take 30-45mins to fill you drinks. When I ready to checkout. I had to ask my waitress 3 times that im ready for a checkout. After waiting for another 30mins I finally got up and told the waitress im getting late to work please ring me up. Horrible customer service and terrible food. Im never coming bk and beleive me I will make sure no one from oilfield eat in there.

The beds are comfortable. Housekeepers are generally oblivious to schedules kept by recurring guests and will willfully barge into your room and/or run the world's loudest hotel vacuum cleaner directly outside your door for hours on end, regardless of your work/sleep schedule. And if you are lucky enough to have them service your room while you are out at work, they will not replenish your towels, and take the one you had hung up to reuse. Even if they made your bed, they certainly did not change the sheets. If you are there for two weeks, prepare for two week old sheets by the end. The in room kitchenette is a nice feature. Full size fridge, single basin sink with built in garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, two burner electric range, toaster, coffee maker, no oven. One of the knobs on my range is melted/busted, so if I want to use both burners, I have to swap the knobs around. The hotel restaurant is decent food, albeit desperately slow service, and ridiculously overpriced. Generally, the staff is not knowledgeable about the menu items or pricing methods. It leaves a lot to be desired. There is no hotel breakfast at this hotel, but you can walk to the sister property (Little Missouri Inn) and take advantage of their breakfast, which is served at or shortly after 5am. They occasionally will have some to-go breakfast sandwiches made up for the traveling worker.

First, the remote didn't work. Okay, no big deal… switched it out at the front desk. Second, the sheets haven't been changed for 3 days. Housekeeping didn't replace towels, soaps, nor supply more toilet paper. It took 2 calls down to the front desk to finally get serviced. When the housekeeper finally came she did an amazing job. Other than that, very comfortable beds and somewhat luxurious atmosphere considering the area.

If staying in New Town Teddys is the best location. Staff can be very hit and miss most are very incompetent but they have a few good employees.

There are three reasons why I'm giving Teddy's only one star. 1. ) They canceled Taco Tuesday's and moved it a day earlier. Ain't no such thing as Taco Monday. It don't work. B. ) If it's just a little bit busy, the service suffers. I get it, there might be only a couple servers on sometimes but they've been open long enough to at least guess when it might be busy so the servers won't get overwhelmed. And fourthly. ) They don't have an adequately stocked bar. Edit: So after hanging out without getting service for about half an hour, which I didn't mind too much because it's a bit busy tonight, we finally flagged someone down and we're met with an exasperated "okaaaaay… " Good stuff, man. P. S. Their glasses for soda are tiny as hell. I can drink like five in a meal.

Only 4 star because the desserts are really terrible not worth money don't bother. But the other food and atmosphere are fantastic.

During my checking in they bumped me up to a suite at the same price as I paid for on a regular king room. Food was delicious and housekeeping do a awesome job… I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends!

Very nice hotel. "Pool" is a hot tub and you get over heated so kids were bummed about that. Restaurant there was nice and food was good too.

Rolled into town late and forgot to make a reservation. Front desk made some magic happen and I had a room. Bar was busy and hopping, food was great, and staff was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business! First class establishment!

We are staying on the hotel for a 30 plus days in roll whit my work company, I'm been spending in the hotel good money in the restaurant and I decide today have a drink by my own in their patio and I get literally kick out bkz they had a liquor permit and I'm not allowed to bring my own what a dicks…

Best Modern Bar Restaurant in the Greater New Town Metropolitan Area.

This was my first time at this restaurant. It is a very nice place visually and the staff were very nice. The menu was pretty small but I was there at noon and they might have a supper menu. I had a bacon cheeseburger that was very good and I came out relatively quickly. The other guys I was with had a steak sandwich, buffalo chicken sandwich, and a flat bread pizza that looked very good as well.

Like the pool and restaurant, most expensive place in town, staff not very friendly or helpful.

Friendly staff, great bar and restaurant. Prices are a little high, but the food is good. Rooms are really awesome! Full size fridge, kitchenette and comfy beds.

The rooms here are the best in the Vicinity. This is the best hotel in New Town in my opinion. I haven't been to a hotel like this one with such a restaurant and bar the food is the best in the area it's in a class of its own.

So thankful to have a great place like Teddys Lounge to go for dinner in New Town. Have also stayed at the Hotel numerous times and had good experiences each time. The rooms were spacious, well designed and decorated. Beds are very comfortable as well! Would stay here again.

Beautiful rooms! Fully stocked kitchen, Shower is spacious, and beds are pretty comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is very classy. Food is delicious. No pool… You have to walk over to the other hotel to use theirs. Though there is a large hot tub. I'd recommend definitely.
