The desk worker was not pleasant and came and threatened to shut down the pool twice. Once because the kids were jumping in the pool and once because it was too loud in the pool area. It was 8:00. Not acceptable and we will not be staying here again. Hotel is full of teams staying here for state softball. Kids are gonna be playing in the pool. So disappointed!

This place is wonderful! The manager is one of the nicest, most hospitable hotel managers I have EVER had the fortune to deal with. Really went out of his way to help us understand the area better. Gave us a beer and some soda and showed us to our rooms. 5 stars 10/10 I will forever come to this hotel here in Minot, ND! The room is amazing too!

Booked 10 days for our trip to Minot May 2019. We are very happy with our choice! The hotel staff was extremely friendly, free breakfast every morning and the kids loved the jacuzzi. We asked for a later checkout than 11:00 normal and was granted a later time do that we can sleep in and allow us to not rush this morning. When we come back, we will definitely stay here again. I didn’t catch his mane, but to the guy that ran the breakfast lounge, you sir are a true saint. One of the hardest working, friendliest people I’ve ever encountered. Great staff! I love this hotel. I really love the pool side rooms. They go right to the breakfast room with out going to the lobby. The breakfast room has lots of seating and typical continental breakfast. You can see into a very cute kitchen that is just like at home with a staff member busy in it. The pool and hot tub are small but clean and there are a lot of tables to sit at for groups. The room is my favorite and I've stayed at a lot of chain hotels. The bathroom is small, but living space large and open. I really like the furniture and at. There is coffee, microwave, and fridge in the room. The staff was very friendly and polite. I really feel at home, but a nice version that I don't have to clean. I would recommend this hotel to families and small groups and anyone else. It is lovely.

We were visiting family that were staying at the Northern Plains Inn, and had an enjoyable time in the pool and reserved a conference room so everyone could hang out together.

Friendly staff, great jaccuzie and pool. No heavy chlorine smell. Bathroom was a little on the small size and air conditioning was a little noisy kicking off and on. Hard to keep at a comfortable temperature for sleeping. Very clean and easy to find with Google maps. Within walking distance to Target, Barnes and Nobles, Applebees, McDonald's, just to name a few. Very quiet for sleeping. We were satisfied it met most of our important needs.

We loved our stay in Minot ND. The Northern Plains Inn was friendly and clean. There are so many restaurants around this location and even a shopping mall across the parking lot. The kids loved the pool while I relaxed in the hot tub. The Inn was fully booked up so I was worried about noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway, but I didn't hear a thing all night. Definitely will stay here again!

Wheel on chair footstool was broke and kept coming off. Needs to be fixed. Pillows too big & hard. Clean room, super nice staff. Great price. Would definitely stay again. Edit: I did stay again. Had to switch rooms at 9pm because the window ac unit wasn't cooling our room. Front desk staff still just as nice and accommodating as before.

Clean comfortable and a hot tub! I had a very nice stay here, and the front desk staff were excellent, thanks for the courteous service, Joesph and Tim, you are a credit to your profession I would recommend this inn to my friends.

Hotel was ok. But for them to put a hold on 2 of my cards and not getting my money back. Plus I paid cash. I was told they wouldnt charge my card. Well they did. Today is the 4th day n im still waiting to get my back on my cards. Was told it would be back on right after I checked out. Smh!

This has been one of my greatest hotel stays ever! The hotel staff was phenominal: helpful, kind, quick and friendly. They gave the best advice and were super knowledgeable about restaurants and taxi services. The rooms were huge and for the price they were perfect for our group when traveling with 3 kids and four adults. We were offered a room with a little pull out love seat for the kids and plenty of space for the adults for no extra cost. Along with all the plug ins and usb for phones and a large space for moving around this was the best area for a great cost. The pool was clean and warm along with a toasty hot tub and plenty of towels. The dryers also helped with avoiding travel with wet bathing suits. The breakfast that was included had a great assortment of food and was hot and fresh with clean equipment and utensils. All in all I have never been so impressed with a hotel and it exceeded all expectations and even more costly rooms at other places. If you want a worry free and comfy stay this is the place!

Will never stay here again room was not clean and at the end of my stay I ask for my bill as I paid in full before I got in. I was told bill comes in the mail as I get email from my card was charged 537.50 for smoking in room I Don't smoke in your room and was not told just billed. After talking to staff was told she would look in to it but got no calls back just a bill. Not cool. Thank you capital one for the help Please look at your bill and check your cards after staying here is all I can say they look to make money any way they can. I tried to work with you guys. And this is what I got Never again will I stay here. Been in town 4 times in the last 3 years. Should have just went back to the Hampton INN and will next trip in April O yeah room had someones old sock under the chair with bottle top too not very clean too this place needs some help good luck.

Rooms are big! Price was great! Breakfast could use a little work (the lady that worked the breakfast was a bit crabby). Clean rooms! Soft beds! Nice pool area. Check in staff was nice.

Great breakfast area. I wish the pool was a bit warmer but it was a great place to stay.

Very clean, very reasonable price, and good breakfast. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again. Applebees next door was excellent too.

We travel a lot for baseball for many years and have stayed in many hotel's. This place is by far the best we have ever stayed at. Very clean facility with AMAZING staff! The price is great which included breakfast which was amazing as well! Never have I paid this small price and got so much. Absolutely wonderful hotel keep up the great work!

A few minutes after we got settled into our room the front desk called to ensure the room was to our liking. I've never had a hotel do that! It showed great hospitality!

Room was $134 and the room we clearly not vacuumed, dead bug in the bathroom, and hair in the bed. Everything else was ok. Would be decent if it was cleaned.

Nice place with a timely check-in. The continental breakfast is very good sized and has a wide choice for being provided by the inn. Pretty good place but only thing that I have to being up negative is that there was still stuff in the refrigerator when we opened it up plus there is a bathing suit in the closet. Seems maybe it eas overlooked, I dont know. The rooms are also nice rooms but seem to be just a little small for everything that comes in them. Still appreciate the stay and would more than likely stay here again.

This is a wonderful place for meetings! The confrence room holds about 40-50 people.

It is reasonably priced. It's clean. The staff is polite and very accommodating. Free Wi-Fi. Cozy.

Room size is adequate, loved the service people are awesome. Rooms are always clean.

We had my daughter's birthday party there and it was awesome! She absolutely loved it.

Nice room. Clean. Great kitchen for the event. Only downside was the ice machine was out of order near us, but others worked fine.

We went there just to get away for a night. While the room could use a little upgrading it was clean and comfortable. The people who work there were very professional and polite. I did enjoy my stay and would go there again.

Room is spacious and staff is friendly. The room was very hot and difficult to cool down dispite keeping the AC on 65F all night. I really thought I was either having an early menopausal prolonged hot flash or was coming down with the flu, but it was the room.

Conference room was adequate for space and quiet from distractions.

Great location with very nice desk workers. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows and all the toiletries we needed for the night.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! The staff was very rude to us and blamed us for smoking marijuana in the bathroom. Even though we didn't smell anything 3 ladies went in there one at a time for a very short period they were all house keepers. Today was my mother's check out and they proceeded to stand by the door until check out. Very uncomfortable stay.
