The jacuzzi suite is massive! plenty of space with a couch and recliner. Great service!

The lobby and outside of the hotel was nice… our room not so much… very dirty (needs a good vacume and dusting, everything was dusty, the ice bucket was dirty and had hair in it, the shower head was covered in mildew, the shower surround was dirty, mirrors were streaky) and outdated… Wi-Fi barely worked, had a hard time doing some online work. The sauna wasn’t working. Was very disappointed and will not recommend or return.

Room is kind stuffy smelling like an animal had peed on the floor. Price is high for what we got. The roll away bed we use had a VARY OLD mattress with holes and no fitted sheet. Staff did seem friendly.

Love it! Location, Marketplace across the street, Perkins next door, pool, comp. Breakfast… the only thing was the pillows, to hard. I talked to management about it but I'm bringing my own next time just to be safe. Will definitely stay again.

Worst customer service experience I ever had! They were rude, gave the wrong change, didn’t give no receipts (Idk what kind of scam they have going on) and there were blood in the comforters. Disgusting. I would not recommend.

We visited Minot twice for the state fair and stayed here a total of 3 nights. The second time we checked in and the bathroom wasn't very clean, but they cleaned it up right away and upgraded our room. If you don't get a suite there isn't much floor room, but overall it's comfortable. The bed and sheets are amazing. The spa wasn't hot. I don't know if they fixed it or not. Pool was nice and clean and was open 7am until 11pm. Andy was the receptionist. He was very accommodating and polite. Overall we had a nice experience!

This place is literally disgusting. Don’t stay here! We checked in at 11:00 pm. Sheets weren’t changed there was hair in the beds. Trash on the floors. Even hair and grease in the sink and tub. Missing a painting on one wall and the other painting was upside down. This was the most disgusting places I have ever stayed. You’re better off sleeping in your car. They also refused to come clean our room or even give us clean sheets to change the bed ourselves. Absolutely disgusted. This place should be ashamed of itself.

The location is great, it's right next to a Perkins Restaurant, so if you oversleep and miss the complimentary breakfast, you don't have to drive anywhere far to find something to eat — great for people who don't know the town! The pool has showers, a nice hot tub with adjustable jets, and a spa room to dry off. The rooms are a little cozy, but for under $70 for a single bed, you can't really complain. Signing in and out is a breeze, too! Overall, a great place to stay if you're only in town for a couple of nights.

This is a great place with a wonderful staff, they make you feel at home and it's enjoyable and comfortable. Accommodations are clean relaxing.

This hotel was great for a over night stay. Room was clean and quite. We needed two rooms and it cost what one room would be at alot of other hotels.

Decently priced an the rooms were pretty clean an well maintained! Nice sized pool but the hot tub and sauna were definitely the best along with a fairly good breakfast.

This is a really sketch hotel. First room I got was not cleaned at all. My second room was clean but not very well. Also based on the what was going on in the hall the hotel did not feel that safe.

Room was unclean. Bleach spots everywhere. There was bodily fluids on linens. Had to change out all blankets. Housekeeping just isn't looking at all. Then breakfast was missing eggs for the last hr of breakfast. Looks good from outside. I would stay outside.

Nice and clean hotel. Nice management. Only issue was I got charged for the same hotel 3 times. Was refunded but a weird issue.

It's a pretty good hotel for lower price food wasn't great but better then paying for it.

Basic as basic gets. Overpriced, all things considered. Should be $10 less a night.

Above average hotel for the price. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and everything in working order. No complaints. I actually left something behind in the room and they called me, that's great service!

The rooms were sub-par and smelled funny. Manager was extremely unprofessional and rude and provided terrible customer service. Upon check-out we had 3 charges to our card which the manager blamed on our bank. We followed up with our bank and they informed us there was no problem on their end. While on the phone with the bank, they saw 1 of the transactions was reversed by the hotel. So basically, it was the hotels fault, but would not own up to it over the phone. After the phone call they realized their mistake and reversed it, without notifying us.

The front desk was so helpful. Rooms are clean. Hallway are not smelly. Location was easy to find. Good parking.

The rooms are nice, beds are very comfortable. Location is easy to get to, there is a restaurant, fast food place and grocery store with in walking distance. The personal are kind and accommodating. Rooms are reasonable priced.

My room HAD ants & bugs. It smelt as soon as I got in the room. I killed them with towels & spoke to the front desk. They asked in a not friendly way "do you want to leave". It was the week of the fair & I didn't want to pack up & go to another hotel. While I was eating supper MORE bugs were walking across the TV stand. The air conditioning unit did not work well. The TV kept breaking. I had to call the front desk 4X during my visit. The vending machine did not work. I have been a rewards member for years & have had good customer service. I even called & spoke to Shift Supervisor Ashley & when we first spoke she was so apologetic & was going to talk to the GM & get back to me. She did not. I called back almost 2 weeks later & she said sorry there is nothing we can do. I spent. $142.54 on this dirty germ invested room where nothing pretty much worked. Do not stay here!

Old but clean. Went down for coffee at 8, by 9 the hot food was gone and was not replenished. My room smelled horrible… kind of a musty/moldy smell. I was on the first floor and didn't feel safe leaving the window open to air it out. I arrived after midnight and was exhausted so didn't request a different room. I informed the staff of the smell when I checked out and all they said was that they'd check into it (with a shrug and a "that's strange"). I also had to track down the front desk employee when I walked in the door. Waited for several minutes and no one came to the desk. Employee was in a stock room for the kitchen. Not in itself such a bad thing I suppose but as a complete experience I was disappointed. Paid $70 for less than 8 hours, smelly room and no breakfast.

Honestly, originally booked because of the great price and pet friendly, just a small $15 fee per night, but quickly booked a second night without notice. Not a problem for the staff, who are super friendly and offer a greeting and smile no matter the hour you see them or pass through the lobby. Our room was clean and well stocked, the pool/sauna/hot tub area was amazing and clean and always stocked with plenty of clean towels. Plus, this is literally less than seven minutes away from EVERYTHING! Would recommend and will stay again for our next weekend getaway! Absolutely zero complaints!

Nice room, but very small. I hit my leg twice on the TV stand. Breakfast was nice. Good price.

The room was typical of a motel but well equipped with a good TV, fridge and microwave. In decent repair and clean enough but not perfect — you get what you pay for here. Breakfast was excellent. They have omelets and biscuits and gravy, along with normal cold continental fare. The hot items were better than expected. Omelets are not vegetarian in case anyone was wondering. The place is also next door to a Perkins restaurant and has very convenient highway access. I would stay again as a traveler passing through town, but not if I were going to stick around Minot for a few days.

We stayed in 3 Days Inn's on our way to Florida from Saskatchewan. This was our first stay. Out of all three, this was by far the best one and I would recommend it for travelers on a budget. Free continental breakfast with several warm items on it. Friendly staff as well.

Reasonably priced. It's a little outdated, but it was clean. Nice pool and nice staff.

Excellent amenities here. Pool, sauna, and hot tub are nice. Breakfast is very diverse. People are very friendly here. Highly recommended for the value.

Service was great, the rooms are clean enjoyed the spa. Best of all they were one of the only motels that is drop their rates to compete with a loss of oil prices. This is my third time staying there very satisfied.

Not good. The cost was over $200.00 for a room that was very inadequate for the price. 2 holes in bathroom door, dinky sink that you could not put any thing on. No lotion or hair conditioner. Small thin towels. Door to the outside hanging open with a rock because of the keys not working where every one went out and smoked and let it all drift in. I am here for 3 nights May 4-8 2014. I was actually really impressed by this hotel, especially considering the price I paid ($60/night on Expedia). I give it a solid 4 stars, despite the cons that I listed. From what I understand, it's recently been remodeled and I think it's quite nice, especially considering it's a Days Inn and the price I paid. From what I see, that price is already higher by $20 or more a night from what I paid so hopefully I'll be able to get it again in my future stays! Pros: Clean, nice big hot tub, full hot/cold breakfast offered 7 days a week, very pretty interior, close to most things in Minot, comfortable beds, cable, Wi-Fi**, fridge/microwave (at least in my room), vending/ice machines on both floors. No smoking ANYWHERE in hotel (LOVE this! ) Cons: The staff are bland/not especially helpful. I am convinced in the 4 days I was here I didn't see them smile. When I checked in I was not told when check out was, when breakfast was, asked if I needed anything, given suggestions — nothing. I had to ask the best way to get to my room. I worked in a hotel for quite a while and the biggest expectation for us was our customer service. We were expected to smile and greet each guest, offer them suggestions for dining or sights to see, and give them all the information they would need during their stay. The staff was the same during my entire stay and I was really astonished at how completely lacking in personality and customer service they were.
