Love that the hotel is close to everything.

We made a reservation, but when we showed up to the hotel, they didn't have the exact room we booked. The GM, Mary Ann, went out of her way to make it right. The room we wanted wasn't available, so she paid for us to stay at another hotel with a much bigger room. I was blown away at how she took the time to exceed our expectations, even though they were super busy. Mary Ann was kind, professional, and was an amazing example of what excellent customer service looks like. Thank you!

Staybridge was a fun time! Got to the hotel kind of late after our show and the
Front desk was an easy experience. Always a pleasure when things run this smoothly. Also, she made sure all of our gear was safe in the van and had us park out front. Beds were really comfortable. The shower was exactly what I needed. Really nice shampoo and tons of towels. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anybody coming through Omaha. Thank you!

A stay at a Staybridge Suites is always a refresher on the road and this location is glorious. Everyone was able to take advantage of the free laundry; the more health conscious members took advantage of the full kitchenettes in the room and cooked a healthy dinner. Breakfast was killer as always; best complimentary breakfast at any property hands down. Loved the indoor pool. Plenty of parking for large vehicles. Wonderful boutique shampoo and soap products that you don’t see at all Staybridges. Weight room was a hit with my artists as well. My only complaint is that no one wanted to leave on time, as we’ve been spoiled here. Super friendly front desk person Lilian. Thanks team for a great stay. Ignite Hospitality Services.

Great staffed and easy to check in.

I stayed in the Staybridge for 1 night while traveling for business. It was close to so many restaurants and shopping which was great. As soon as I walked in the lobby there was a beautiful fire place and seating area
And the check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The rooms had a full kitchen and extremely comfortable beds. The shower amenities were JR Watkins which was a nice touch, and the shower was very new and clean. The breakfast was good as well and the cleaning staff was very nice! Overall it was a wonderful stay and I will certainly be back.

Highly recommend especially if you have to stay at UNMC. Staff was extremely courteous, rooms were very clean and the breakfast was a great way to start the day before heading to the hospital.

Located behind a strip mall so some views are not as pleasant as others. Room was large enough for my family, two queens and a fold-out couch. The couch mattress was thin and you easily felt the coils beneath. House keeping walked in while we were in the room and we asked them to come back in a few minutes as we were leaving in a minute or two. They never came back and we had to ask the front desk for towels and our garbage to be emptied, which they did. Breakfast seems to be a variation on eggs, cereal, fruit, meat, and breads. Suppers had more variety and served with wine, beers, pop, and juice. Cooking staff seemed to be rushed to keep up with demand, but were successful. Room was missing some silverware and detergent for dishwasher. Pool surrounded by tile was that tied to approximate beach sand, and was tracking rocks into the pool. Despite minor issues, a pleasant stay.

I very rarely give 1 or 2 star reviews but our stay at this hotel had a lot of room for improvement. Upon getting to our room it had an article of dirty laundry from the previous occupant on the floor as well as half consumed good items in the kitchen and a used bar of soap in the shower. My assumption is that they only did a light cleaning and I likely slept in the same bed with the same sheets as the previous occupant. The from desk attendant was surprised when I alerted him right away but did nothing to compensate or even offer a resolution. The only reason I didn't give a one star review was because the very nice woman the next morning did when I asked. Finally, breakfast was good but there was only one attendant (really working hard so it was not her fault) so the supply and demand was a joke. The second food was put out, it was gone by the people waiting.

Staybridge Suites at 80th and Dodge was a very beautiful and clean hotel. The front desk receptionist was very helpful and polite. I had somehow managed to not check in earlier and let Staybridge know we would have a late arrival but they had my paperwork all ready to go and was very hospitable. When working late and being busy, one tends to get unorganized and the team at Staybridge helped me on my way with my room. Our room was absolutely great! I wasn’t expecting all the …extra amenities like the kitchen and dishwasher. We tend to spend a lot of time on the road and this is absolutely perfect because sometimes we would rather just cook for ourselves then eat out another night. The living room was comfy and homey and the bedroom was great. I love the feeling that it gave us of genuinely being at home. The beds were very comfortable as well and the entire layout of the floor plan was very great use of space. We love having breakfast as well on an early morning before our next travel. They had a wonderful selection of fresh fruit, grains, dairy selections, and proteins. The coffee was also very tasty! This was absolutely perfect before our seven hour drive. Also, the Staybridge crew made checkout efficient. It was the quickest one yet!

We really enjoyed our stay here. They have many amenities like free breakfast, pool, laundry room, and exercise room. We only stayed one night so we couldn't take advantage of all the things the hotel had to offer. The location is good. It's close to shops and food. My only suggestion is maybe to have a charging station for all our devices.

Pretty nice place, not 4 star. It is really designed for a single person who needs an extended stay. Complimentary breakfast was nice. Nothing too fancy. Cheese on the eggs would have been nice. The rooms come with a queen bed. The appliances are new and clean. The fold out love seat was not in good shape and really wasn't usable. A glass in the bathroom would have been nice instead of searching in the kitchen. The staff was very nice but there was certainly some issues getting into my room. The lobby area was nice though. It was pretty quiet for being in a busy area. Overall, pretty nice but probably a bit overpriced.

Rooms were clean and the beds firm but comfortable. They had good quality dishes and pots/pans/flatware etc on the room. The dishwasher was quiet and a nice touch. Mornings brought free breakfast and while it was heavy on the gluten we did manage to get some fresh fruit, yogurt, and some egg and cheese omelets. The pool was over chlorinated, but I'll take that over pee filled. Housekeeping was excellent though the quality of the shampoo and conditioner was horrible. I will stay here again next time I'm in Omaha.

This place is AWESOME. I felt like a king in this room. It was huge. The windows are huge. The king needs light, u know?! The kitchen was FULLY STOCKED. Im talkin wine glasses, plates, knives and even a slow cooker. I was like maybe Ill make a stew. But I got a pizza instead. I am so happy I stayed here.

This was a very beautiful hotel all the way through, the staff was accommodating and pleasant and we had a very nice, very peaceful, and all around very joyful and comfortable stay. The suites are good sized for family events, it was perfect!

I chose this place for myself and 2 others in my family to stay for the night passing through Omaha from Colorado. If you get the room for under 100 that's a deal you cant beat because it was worth every penny. Extremely clean! To the point the sheets were starchy but in a good way. The room was spacious and the bed was huge. When you walk in the kitchens on your right and theres a nice small living area as well. The most comfortable bed and blanket/pillow combination you will ever sleep on! Honestly the sleep was better than home I kid you not. The young man at the front desk was courteous, helpful and quick. The hotel itself is beautiful and the breakfast was filling. The coffee taste pretty good but the omlettes/biscuits gravy could be changed. Was expecting more bacon and real not pre-made omelettes/eggs. Oatmeal was good. Fruit was canned. The bagel and cream cheese with coffee saved the day for me. Fantastic experience!

Overall was a good stay. Room was nice and clean, beds not quite as comfy as at a Hampton Inn. We used the pool, and it was fine for my kids, but a hot tub would have been great. Breakfast in the morning was good, and a nice perk for staying there.

The Banditos are clients of ours who recently stayed here while on a national tour and loved the property! The room felt like a small apartment and had plenty of room for them to stretch out and enjoy some relaxation and a home cooked meal! There was a free breakfast in the morning as well as a gym to get the blood pumping before getting back on the highway. Thank you for the great hospitality, we look forward to staying with you again!

Very nice hotel. The staff was incredibly nice. Complimentary hot breakfast every morning. We were stuck an extra night because of a blizzard that passed through, so we got to stay for the free dinner/beer/wine on Monday.

My husband and I booked a room for our once a month date night out, we do like to stay at the Staybridge which has been our exclusive choice for several months. Staybridge has always been clean, quiet, and. The staff are helpful. The exception was last Sat when the night manager decided to allow a full fledged birthday party in the adjacent suites next to ours. For several hours until 2 a. M there was loud music, people running up and down the hallways, slamming doors, yelling. Which made. It impossible To go to sleep. Mind you, Staybridge has rooms available downstairs for large groups and parties. It's hard for me to believe that when they booked these guests they couldn't figure out that they all wanted to be next to each other. Another poor insight on the management. My husband and I requested to be on the third floor level to be away from the ground level noise. I had to call the front desk 4 times to get someone to talk to them after the 4th time, I was assured that they were being told to leave. I heard and saw more that a dozen people leaving yelling in the parking lot as they left, and yet a few minutes later I heard yelling, doors, slamming again and loud music. When I called yet again, I was reassured they had all vacated the property. Well imagine my surprise, when I saw the same group of people check out in the morning! The manager lied to me, and failed completely at resolving this issue. Is. Staybridge going to hold up their standard?

Not only are the suites clean and tidy, the staff is wonderful. There is a woman who is around the dining area in the evening and she is sweet, attentive, and gives great customer service. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful breakfast, many accommodations for meeting and relaxing in the commons area. Rooms are clean and spacious.

We kept and friendly staff. It has updated amenities and some cool features that were new to me in a hotel. For example, a theatre room which was awesome. Plus a rather satisfying breakfast selection and area.

Have kitchenettes, Monday thru Wednesday catered meals and open bar. Clean rooms and great staff. Highly recommend them!

Wonderful! Blew my expectations out of the park they had best complementary breakfast I ever had the rooms were wonderful cheap for how much you can get out of your room with the kitchenette and the extremely comphy beds. I would rate it 10/5 if that was possible.

The service sets this place apart. The staff have been incredibly helpful and consistently kind. We had our family of six there while waiting for our home to be ready and enjoyed the entire experience.

Arrived late in the middle of the night. Added do not disturb sign and requested late checkout. Housekeeper repeatedly tried loudly forcing the door open several times. After opening the door and telling her we were still in the room, the front desk called and said the maid was asking to get in our room. It was still earlier then regular checkout time. Then as we were leaving the maid rudely asked repeatedly if we were finished and if there were more people still in the room. And she asked other people in my party the same thing. Rude and irritating. Will not be staying here again.

This is the second time that I've stayed at Staybridge and it is a wonderful place. The rooms are excellent, has a very good breakfast and the staff has been absolutely marvelous.

We stay at the Staybridge over the weekend to attend a wedding. The website claims they had a shuttle, I even called the day before our trip to verify due to our party of 9. I called; was assured by Kevin a shuttle would be there. He took my contact info, time we landed and even told us where to wait. To our aggravation, on the day we arrived, there was no shuttle. I called hotel and spoke to Amber, she said they don't provide a shuttle to the airport nor any type of shuttle on weekends. I asked to speak to a manager and was told one was not available all weekend. What made this more painful, Amber offered no solutions or assistance to our plight, she kept putting me on hold. After getting 2 Ubers to transport us, she said I was told and read the inaccurate information.
The next day prior to leaving for the wedding, we called room service to request more towels when they cleaned. We were informed, our room would nor be cleaned even though the sign affixed to the bathroom mirror states your room is cleaned daily. We were told by Amber since it is the weekend, they would nor get around to cleaning the room and to come to the front desk for more towels. My suggestion x never go on the weekend, the advertised amenities are not available nor do they care to hear your concern.

Initially, we were told there would be an airport shuttle available. It was advertised on the website and when I called the day before our flight, I scheduled our pick up time and contact for shuttle driver. When we arrived, I called to inquire about our shuttle and was told it was not available on weekends. Our group of 9 had to call a cab to transport us to the hotel with no explanation or assistance to the situation provided. The next day I called and asked for a cleaning service and was told again, it was not offered on weekends even though the sign clearly states daily cleanin gprovided. This stay was expectation with the lack basic amenities advertised.

We booked for 4 adults an had plenty of room for us all pool was just the right size to keep u cunffie breakfast to boot had a great stay.

Busy hotel in the middle of town. The breakfast & evening socials are great. The beds are some of the worst ive ever slept on including the sofa pull outs. I moved twice because of the beds, same issue every room. The box springs SQUEAK when you move waking the entire toom. The pull out is nothing but springs left. Terrible. You can also hear other room noise fairly easily.

The best hotel I have stayed in with excellent and friendly customer service. Only bad thing is finding out there is an 18% tax which ended up costing me $266 for a 1 night stay when I was told $225. Nonetheless, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and again. Also, the continental breakfast is superb!

All the staff was friendly and helpful. Great location, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Very nice common areas. Movie theater is a nice extra for longer stays. Suites have a nice, full kitchen area. Regular beds were ok. Pull out couch beds are horrible. Bath towels feel like sand paper.

My car and several others were broken into and robbed. I had a new stereo for all of 3 days stolen from my car, had a window broken and many things taken about $900 in all. Whoever did this had plenty of time to take my dash apart piece by piece and check my trunk. No cameras in the parking lot and no security at all. I will never stay at a Staybridge hotel again. There is better security at a super 8. Terrible experience learn from my mistake.

I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Omaha… You will not find a better customer service staff, or quality room anywhere else in this area, IMHO! The front desk goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Jake, the shuttle driver, is also one of the nicest people you will encounter during your stay. He is always on time and he treats guest with the upmost respect. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, the wireless is free and RELIABLE… This place truly feels like a home away from home. Excellent breakfast buffet and some evenings they offer a dinner social (included in stay) with food and drinks, so you can meet other guests if you so choose, it’s nice to get out of your room and socialize… There is a well-equipped gym, they offer laundry facilities at no additional cost…. The location of the hotel is ideal with local box stores and grocery marts in walking distance. Best place for business travelers, and families on vacation… You won’t spend a fortune and you will get your money’s worth!

I came to visit with my sister, the hotel it's self is beautiful but not the people who stay. We checked in earlier with ease but after going out we came back well after midnight, the front doors were key card access only, was we were getting our keys out large drunken group is screaming at the front desk woman about the doors. They were using racial profanities and hate speech, in the hotel common area making sure everyone could hear. I told the girl to call her management but she already had and that she was just waiting for the moment for they to go go back to their rooms. I then asked her for ice since they don't offer ice machines anywhere in the hotel. As the girl went to get get ice for me they started their hate speech geared towards her. She was called the N word, making pig noises towards her as she walked past them. One man even stated that having to live at the hotel he might have to fight the monkeys. These were adult men and woman that were very intimidating and very seirous. Im sorry but I work In costumer service and if my employees were being subjected to that type of enviorment I would not accept it. That young lady held her head up and ignored them, so did the other people of color who were in the lobby. It makes me wonder how often she has to be subjected to this, It I was in her place I don't think I would have handled it as well as she did. I will never step foot at the Staybridge Suites in Omaha again!

We stayed for 1 night even though we had planned on staying for three nights. The first night we had no problems but the second day we invited over a few friends and we all hung out at the pool for a bit. After an hour or so we went back to the room to shower, and during that time we got a noise complaint and we were like "sorry, we just had some people over but they are gone now so we wil be quiet" and we were quiet. Not even a half an hour after we got the noise complaint everyone was in bed, there are 8 kids, besides the parents, who were playing a game of cribbage. Basically, it was silent, but lo and behold we got a knock at our door, there were cops and a hotel worker, they came to tell us that we needed to leave the hotel. The same people or person who filed a noise complaint the first time, filed another one but everyone was sleeping. The police were baffled at how quiet it was in our hotel room but they couldn't do anything about it. The hotel worker who came the first time said she went to the client's room and heard a lot of noise coming from our room, the client had the room under us, but we were silent the second we got the noise complaint. They offered us another hotel room but it was too small for our family of 10 and for no apparent reason, we were kicked out.

I was on a road trip from Salt Lake City, Utah to Madison, Wisconsin. This hotel was the perfect halfway point between the two. However, that was the only good thing about it. I stayed for one night, and they charged me for three. When I saw the charge on my card, the manager told me that "no, you were there for three days. " When I offered to show him gas charges plotting a course across the midwest, he declined. He told me he would look into it, and call me back. He never called me back, but I called him. He told me the maids who cleaned the room said it was dirty every day, so I must have been there. PS, the breakfast was terrible, and since I was only there for one night, I didn't get a chance to check out the rest of the facility.

We were at the hotel for a birthday party. The girls had a great time in the swimming pool and loved the cookies at the front desk. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were clean enough but needed updating. The complimentary dinner and beer/wine was a nice unexpected surprise. The location is great and it's a pet friendly hotel (flat $50 fee for pets) which was great since we were traveling with our dogs. There's also a children's hospital across the street that we needed to utilize because my son split his finger open on one of their coated metal shelves in the closet that was missing a cap on the end. It was an okay stay but I likely wouldn't stay here again.

The rooms were nice and the staff were friendly. It was nice that they had breakfast everyday and a light dinner a few nights a week. The beds were very hard though so I had trouble sleeping. I also used the laundry facilities while I was there and found the machines to be in poor condition. Many of them were broken and the clothes didn't feel like they got very clean. Overall I think the hotel is nice and if they had better beds I would stay there again.

Every front desk person was super friendly and helpful with directions. The suite was amazing and had everything I could have asked for. The couch could have been a touch bigger but it was all still a really nice experience.

Our first night was pleasant. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean. My wife and I stayed on the fold out bed in the couch. It was very worn out and uncomfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very nice. The second night we were there we ended up coming back to the hotel late. While on our way up to the room in the elevator we had the door open up on the second floor and found a girl passed out on the floor in front of it. We informed the front desk clerk who showed up shortly then left to call paramedics and never returned so we stayed with her until they arrived. She had laid there for an hour plus after we found her. Who knows how long before we showed up. Is there anything that they could have to done prevent her from laying there as long as she did? Although I can't say I dislike the hotel I did dislike the situation we came across so they get 3 stars.

Staybridge Suites Omaha was our place to stay for a family trip we took. We had 7 adults and 7 children in our group. The ages ranged from 2 to 49 and everyone enjoyed their stay. We checked in with a very nice, smiling, helpful young lady by the name of Megan. She was awesome! She had the unfortunate role of telling us the pool was not in service for the night but she kindly gave us the option to use a neighboring hotel which she gave directions to. With so many people we didn't choose this option, however to our surprise they had the perfect size theater room for our group to use. It was comfortable and spacious and Megan got us all set up with our movie that we brought with us and she even tried making popcorn for us. She made us feel like she appreciated us being there and that we weren't just another customer but truly a guest at our home away from home. Thank you Megan! Besides Megan going above and beyond to make us feel welcome, Everyone from the other staff to the other guests were so friendly! It seemed like every new face that we seen greeted us with a smile and a hello. The rooms also had plenty of space. They were all clean and the beds were very comfortable! Traveling with so many people I was a bit worried we might get loud and disrupt other guests however stepping out in the hall after the door closed behind us there wasn't much to be heard from our rooms so that was excellent as well! And I can't forget about the breakfast! It was awesome too.

Things more comfortable than a pull out mattress: the ground, a dog bed, the couch that is too short, your frat brothers futon that he made an attempt to wash but still smells slightly of vomit. Things not as comfortable as a pull out mattress but still not that much worse: the springs themselves, 100 nails, a deer carcass, a pile of half dead zombie goats. Oh and then the "early departure fee" is actually just paying for all the nights you said you might be there. Staff was great though so you get an additional star for that. So if you need a friend and love to not sleep, this is the place for you.

We had a large group staying at Staybridge last weekend for a family event. The rooms were spacious and clean. All of the staff there was very accomodating to our needs and they went above and beyond to make it a great weekend. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
