This hotel has friendly and helpful staff daily! I go to this hotel everyday to teach ISR swim lessons to children ages 6 months to 6 years old and their pool is always in perfect condition. Thank you, Comfort Suites West Omaha, for allowing me to serve families in our community by using your pool. I love teaching at your hotel! I’m grateful!

The facility was clean and breakfast was great. The hostess at the desk was not overly friendly and the other kids in the pool were wild and making a huge mess and safety concern. Not exactly the hotel's fault, but also was not being monitored by staff.

Nice room… but room 225 bathroom door won't lock… Breakfast really needs to better… constant running and stomping from above room 225 august 10 11pm to well after midnight and started again august 11 before 6am… could not sleep during these times at all.

Super clean. Probably one of the cleanest I've stayed in. Will definitely stop again. Staff was incredibly friendly. Room was beautiful and quiet. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel! Great customer service! The room was large, clean, and comfortable. It was located in a great area with many things to do near the hotel. Free breakfast is always great as well. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to our family and friends!

Really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, and very quiet. Our room had 3 queen sized beds. The entire family stayed in one room. Desk clerk recommended Dominos Pizza which was a big mistake.

This is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are new, big, and comfortable. Very clean. The breakfast is fairly typical, but they do have multiple irons for waffles so you don't have to wait. The pool is a bit small, but good enough for small kids.

Stayed last night as was passing through town on vacation trip. Was greeted immediately upon arrival by a super friendly front desk clerk. Since I had never been in Omaha before, she helped recommend a great place for dinner. The room was spotless! I was leaving early so I got down to breakfast shortly after start time. Was shocked by so many delicious choices. Breakfast sure made my all day drive afterword easier to get through. Would definitely stay again if passing through.

Reasonalbe rates and a excellent location for visiting the area. All areas of the hotel are well kept. Staff is friendly and professional. Our room was more then we expected, and the pool area was kept clean and we'll stocked with towels. Will stay again if in the area.

Horrible experience. Made reservations for the evening to celebrate our anniversary away. Got to the hotel and was told that their rep reserved the incorrect type of room for us, so they wouldn’t honor our gift card. When we asked to speak to a manager, San Ket, we were told that the manager was refusing to speak to us. We were told we could spend the night in the room they reserved and could talk to the manager the next day about what we would be charged. Who knows what we would have been charged after staying there, so instead we had to leave and cancel our plans. When we asked for the owners name we were given the name of Devin Patel, but no number to be able to speak with him next week. We have asked to be contacted by the owner, we will see if he will call. I have never had such terrible customer service. None of these issues were due to our fault, and the manager did absolutely nothing, except turn his back on a customer.

COMFORT SUITES WEST OMAHA, midnight 3-3 call in to get a room for the night and asked about a military discount. She looks it up etc. If you don’t offer one, fine. Just say so I would’ve taken the room regardless. But telling me you do, and offering me the same price as the advertised price from your webpage for a regular room is not good business. I call the lady out, and she makes up an excuse that doesn’t quite make sense. Sorry we didn’t start off on the right foot. Next time just say you don’t offer a military discount. Things will go over a lot smoother, I promise! Went elsewhere.

Service was good. Coin washer ($4) and dryer ($2) seemed high. Good breakfast options.

Had a wonderful stay! The nighttime lady Lynn was amazing. We needed to stay an extra night for a special occasion and she fixed us right up. All the staff was wonderful! Thanks for a great stay during a difficult time!

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! Everything was super clean in the room and beds were VERY comfortable! Best part of the stay was how peaceful and quiet it was there! Staff is very friendly and helpful! This hotel is so amazing, we will be back for sure every time we visit Omaha which is a lot because we have family there!

This is a great hotel! The room was great and clean! The beds were extremely comfortable! The breakfast and eating area were great. Pool was warm and the hot tub was relaxing. This is a great place to stop and rest up!

Hotel is fine. Relatively new with a small pool and a small fitness center. But they keep bumping up prices, even for long term stays and make up funny excuses. And in 9 days room service came twice. Air-conditioning is extremely noisy and sounds like it is falling apart. For our next trip here we'll choose another place.

This is a new hotel. It is VERY inadequate. The staff is fine. The hotel itself was obviously designed to be built as inexpensively as possible with NO consideration for clientele. There is not even a towel rack in the bathroom. We had to hang our towels on a door stop. It is NOT a good choice for elderly or families with small children. The experience eliminated Choice Hotels as our choice of brand when we travel. NEVER again will we stay at this or any other Choice Hotel.

Clean well managed hotel. Typical breakfast with waffle makers, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice, hot plates with eggs and meat. Check out not until noon which is nice.

Comfortable new hotel. The rooms were large and modern. Excellent breakfast.

What can I say, huge room, friendly and helpful staff, great pool, great breakfast, super clean and an amazing rate. I will definitely stay there next time we pass through Omaha.

Nice and quiet hotel. Stayed here last summer and loved the location. Convenient location for visiting the outlet in Gretna.

Great staff who ensure anything you need is addressed. Relatively new and close to amenities just 1 mile east. Great location.

This hotel was our favorite by far while on vacation! It was very tastefully decorated & so very comfortable! The rooms are huge & has everything that you need while staying there. The breakfast options were amazing & the pool was great! If we are ever in the area again, we will most definitely stay here!

Front desk person was real helpful. She faxed my documents free of charge. The room was clean, nice size and the couch comfortable. The waffles at the free breakfast were wonderful.

Great place clean pool and hot tub clean rooms great breakfast kind of pricey though.

Clean, comfortable and new. Staff very nice. The three stars was due to Saturday night of the stay there was a wedding that spilled out into the lobby and hallways, so that was loud and rowdy. And then the fire alarm went off at 1030pm, I suspect from the wedding because it was shut off within minutes and no evacuation. Without these events, it was easily a 4 star.

We stayed at the Comfort Suites West Omaha for an early Valentine's present. It was wonderful. The staff was great, the room was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious.

Have stayed there twice in the last few weeks and we love it there! The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable! The staff are very nice and the breakfast was very good. We are looking forward to returning again.
