For the cost… Pretty good. Clean… Right off highway next to alot of options for food. And… A pretty ok breakfast.

Had to book here in a pinch after another reservation fell through and it was more than adequate! Very friendly staff and a decent breakfast for the price. Also walkable to downtown if you don't mind walking on a busy road.

They added on to this hotel so the numbers are weird and the staffed is poorly trained on how to navigate to the new expansion. I was exhausted and it was a less than impressive situation. The room was nice.

Really like the Super 8 in Oneill. Stay there everytime we go thru.

Good value. Very nice staff. I would stay again.

My Husband (Starks) who stayed there the other night gave a wake up call for 7am and nobody called him to wake him up so he was late for work. And then when he did get going he came downstairs for breakfast at 9 and they had close. So he got a late start for work and nothing to eat. It would have been nice if you would have at least done something for the bad service, besides a sorry, sorry doesn't go far when your late for work.

They must have recently redone the rooms because they're much nicer than they were a few years ago. Clean room, nice decor, only $15 for a dog to stay with me, and no charge for a late check-out. Awesomeness. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

I would not ever stay at this hotel the new owners are very rude the rooms are nasty they have a lot of problems w bed bugs it smells like smoke the rooms are nasty the staff is rude.

Room was ok, bathroom setup was odd but it was clean. Smell of cigarette smoke was a constant linger in the halls. Beds weren't that comfortable but acceptable. Good location with many stores & some restaurants within walking distance. Definitely good for a quick overnight stay.

Lost my reservation, didn't even get an apology just an attitude, parking is terrible and next to a truck stop it gets loud, hard to sleep.

This property was purchased by new owners today. After being reassured for about a month or so that the new owners would keep the staff, they fired most of us. After dealing with owners like that I would definately NOT recommend staying there! They treated the staff like we were all disposable. Alot of the staff has been unjustly terminated. Good luck for anyone wanting to stay there.

The hotel looks very Nice. Rooms have been updated and are clean… I thought. … until sitting in the bathroom I noticed all the pubes on the floor… the hot tub hasn't worked In Years. That didn't bother me but I was told that before checking in. The staff I've delt with so far have been very nice… just not a fan of pubes.

I stay here often, even though the night guy is rude. But I will not be back! the room was filthy and the desk gal did not even care when I told her the bathroom was dirty, the toilet uncleaned. So it is back to driving a little longer on my trips through O'neill NE.

After being quoted two different prices and treated rude at holiday inn went here. Rooms looked nice till in room. Box spring had brown stains on sides like blood. But massive stains. Room mot clean at all. Old shower stalls. Old beds. Very dirty. Told lady and all she said was maid will look at in in am. Never stop in oneil! Only 2 hotels and both are horrible.

Drove 15 hours and stopped in O'neil in hopes of finding a place to crash. It was 4am, I walked in and the guy behind the counter was chatting it up with one of his buddies. When I asked if I could get a room he was very rude and said "we are full". I asked "do you have anything available". He replied "do you have a reservation". I said "We had one this morning but canceled it because we didn't think we would make it this far". The reply back was "THEN WE ARE FULL". Just because how rude this guy was I will never go back there. Life is to short to be treated this way. We ended up sleeping in the parking lot because I was so beat and couldn't push anymore.
