It's a clean motel, reasonable rates & friendly staff.

This is yet another great experience with Rodeway Inn. The rooms are up to date with new flat screen TV's, appliances and decor. Everything is so clean and the non smoking policy keeps the rooms fresh and tidy! The owners and staff are kind and accommodating. Last but not least. Breakfast is wonderful! All you would expect plus hot biscuits & gravy, waffles and all the fresh fruit & dairy you can handle! When I want to be away from home I'll choose Rodeway every time. Tammy ☺

Was an awesome stay. Mellisa was very attentive and kind, she even helped me find directions to where I was going. Professionally ran hotel. Breakfast was basic but good, rooms were clean.

Room was very clean and comfortable beds. Friendly staff, very good stay I enjoyed staying here. Breakfast was very good, I enjoyed Biscuit, gravy and waffles, boiled eggs and other. I will keep coming to Rodeway inn Lincoln when I travel again.

My stay at this hotel was delightful. My stay was during the winter months; I come from a warm climate and the hotel is in a considerably cooler climate. The manager, Sonny, noticed from my reservation I was coming from the warmer climate and thought I might be cold upon arrival so he warmed my room prior to my arrival. I was indeed cold and grateful for the cozy room. Thank you, Sonny. You are thoughtful. Additionally, I was impressed with the room, which was cleaned very well with amenities in pristine condition. I remember thinking, "Wow, these people take pride in their work. " The breakfast was equally delightful, featuring hot food which was delicious and presented well. I met the cleaning lady who prepared my room and while I do not remember her name, I can tell you it started with a "C". Everyone was pleasant, professional, and just plain nice. I like that. I highly recommend staying here and hope the occasion happens for me to stay there again as well.

Clean Rooms Nice Management Great Breakfast.

BED BUGS! We found two visible bed bugs! We trapped one in a cup and took it to the front desk, he smashed the bug, threw away the cup and blamed us for bringing it! Then proceeded to tell us that that room had just been treated, thus admitting the rooms had bed bugs! Extremely rude and shady establishment, and you couldn't pay ME to ever stay there or any rodeway again! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Bed begs bed bugs bed bugs. I trapped a live bed bug in a cup that I found in my room, brought it to the owner he then poured the bug on the floor, smashed it in front me and scolded me for bringing them with me, while telling me my room had recently been treated. However my 5 star appartment in Denver Colorado with amenities does not have bed bugs. Horrible place, do not stay here just stay anywhere else but do not stay here!

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The mini fridge has a separate compartment for the freezer and not just a tiny addon inside the fridge part. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was great for those who can eat breads and waffles. I cannot eat gluten so there weren't many options for me but it was a nice meal overall. I would definitely stay at the Rodeway Inn in Lincoln Nebraska again. They have a coffee maker, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, and microwave in the rooms. There were 5 pillows on the bed and it was a king size bed. There was a chair to sit and relax and a desk with an office chair. They allowed us to get ice from their ice machine for our cooler. All of this for the low price of 43.99 a night. With tax it was less than 52.00. Awesome place.

For the price it was clean, had a hot breakfast, had a great pet area and nice size rooms … best stay for the price on our whole trip!

Nice room breakfast was good, but watch out for people in rooms next to you smoking in their bathrooms make sure you don't get charged for it. The smells from other bathrooms come through the vent system when your vent is turned off.

We were somewhat concerned about choosing this hotel because the price was lower than other hotels in Lincoln. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The lobby was clean and neat and the gentleman that checked us in was professional and helpful. Our room was large and clean. We had a problem with the cable tv, however, the gentleman immediately came and fixed the problem. This is an older hotel, but we were told that they hoped to be remodeling soon. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were great. All-in-all a terrific place to stay for the price. Also close to the Haymarket district for drinks, dinner or other activities.

Had to change rooms, first one smelled bad & the fridge had mold. 2nd room was much better. Not impressed with breakfast & they had it so hot in the breakfast area couldn't breathe. Cost is to high for the quality.

The first room had mold in the fridge and the windows didn't have screens. The breakfast was the only good thing.

Rooms smell bad. Coffee is horrible The food is ok.

The room was what I expected for a $50 a night room. Unfortunately with "taxes and charges" it was $87. The hot breakfast was great. Room looked clean… but work and we'll past needing refurbishing. Thanks.

The owner threatened me that if I didnt take the bad review down that he would take me to court! LOL! Clearly he doesnt know what free speech is! Shows you what kind of person you're dealing with. I would NOT stay there!

Great price, right off the interstate, good breakfast, clean room.

The staff was very friendly and helped me quickly. I slept well that night, but I didn't think the room was anything special. It was a nice place, however I don't think I'll actively look for one when I need a motel to stay at.

2nd time staying here. Friendly management. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Excellent washer and dryer for guest. $1.75 to wash and dry. Safe atmosphere. Extremely quiet due to noise ordinance after 10 pm. Was able to check in early which helped out due to sick child. Will definitely stay here every time we come to Lincoln.

Nice clean room. Extremely great value considering other local motels charge more and give you wayyyy less. I will recommend this establishment as the only place to stay in lincoln.

My stay at the Rodeway Inn was a good one. The staff at check in was very friendly and even helped me to find a good restaurant close by. The rooms were very clean and pleasant. They do offer a breakfast which had pleanty of options to chose from. Overall my stay at the Rodeway Inn was a good and I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a clean budget friendly hotel.

My Stay was great at the Rodeway Inn. The room was basic but very clean which is what I was looking for. The rate was good and included a good breakfast as well. The staff was also very helpful when I needed a good restaurant recommendation. I would recommend the Rodeway Inn to anybody who is looking for a clean and budget friendly hotel to stay at.

Awful place. First off I didnt even stay here. I called to see if they had open rooms he said I needed a credit card to reserve the room. I gave it to him not knowing he was going to actually charge it right then and there. Meantime I got lost and decided to stay at a different place so I called to cancel and they had already started the process of charging me. He told me it was to late to cancel. I asked for a corporate number and he put me on hold for about 5 minutes came back and gave me a number then hung up on me. I called the number and it was a (meet sexy singles) line. So I hung up and found the number online. Was on hold while the corporate tried contacting them. They didnt answer. Had to wait to talk to a corporate supervisor lost connection so called back and was talking to someone else had to explain the entire issue again and she called the hotel he answered and was "rude" to her as well. The corporate lady gave me a case number and I have to call back in the morning to talk to that hotels supervisor. This hotel needs to be shut down. Also told us over the phone that there was a charge for my mothers SERVICE dog. So we got charged almost 70$ to stay at a hotel we never went to.

I accidentally left my rings on the toilet when I left, and I came back 30 minutes later to get them and my room had just been cleaned. I spoke to the cleaning lady who cleaned my room and she claimed to not have seen them. We looked all over the bathroom and rest of the room and they weren't there. At this point I knew she had taken them and started crying. She was uncomfortable and walked into the bathroom a moment and suddenly they materialized in a spot that we had searched. I was very upset and grabbed them and left. I called the hotel to speak to a manager and there wasn't one available and I never heard back. One bed looked like the sheets hadn't been clean and it wasn't thoroughly vacuumed. The continental breakfast was pretty good, with lots of hot options.

Rooms are small, but for $50/night, it's fine. The room smelled funny/stale. There was visible mold in the grout of the shower tiles, rust/mold around the tub drain, loose toilet seat, sagging/bowed ceiling tiles, outdated decor, and a poor quality heater/AC unit. It was ok to stay in since we were arriving late and leaving early, but it is not a place I would recommend. Definitely in need of some serious cleaning and touch-up painting in the guest rooms. The boy whom checked us in was very pleasant and a joy to work with.

Absolutely vile rooms and even worse customer service. Placed in a room (on home game weekend with double price rates) with water damage and visible mold, which wasn't an option for us because we had a pregnant woman in our group. Had better customer service from the owner's 13 year old son than we did from the owner himself when we tried to negotiate ANY kind of refund for the disgusting conditions we walked into and refused to sleep in. Owner Sunny was an unbelievably childish jerk who threw his hands up and walked away as soon as he heard the word refund, before even hearing us out. I was stunned. You'll notice that one of the only five star reviews for this place is written by the OWNER, pretending to be a customer. What a joke… Be wise with your money and stay somewhere owned by someone who actually knows how to operate a business.

This company gave me a job. They told me they wouldn't fired just keep doing your job right and everything fine. They are so nice and caring. I got hired worked two days and then had surgery. They let me keep my job even though I couldn't work for a week, they let me come back and work for them. They always tell I'm doing good. I love working here because I'm treated with respect and fairly.

Excellent stay. Hot tasty breakfast clean rooms and Rose and rest of staff couldnt have been more attentive. Would highly recommend!

BEDBUGS in Room 112! Daughter was bitten up horribly and saw one scurrying across the bed when she turned on the light. Noted on comment card when we left the next morning (no one was at front desk) but never got a response.

I wouldn't even give this hotel any stars if it gave that option! The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, that's putting it mildly. The place looked and smelled like a dump. As I was leaving, I had a drug dealer stop me and my 1 year old in the parking lot and asked if I would give him a ride downtown. Will never go there again and will never recommended this place to anyone!

This place was absolutely atrocious. Some guy wearing gym shorts and a t-shirt checked us in. Our room wreaked of musk/mold, the carpet was wet and the tile ceiling was wet and moldy. It was repulsive. We made it five minutes in the room and then adamantly requested a refund. The man at the front desk said he wasn't supposed to put us in that room because there was a pipe leak (that's comforting) and offered us a different room. We refused and asked for a refund. The service was decent, albeit unprofessional, but the hotel itself was nasty. We just needed a place to stay overnight as we passed thru town and were absolutely disgusted with this place. Pay the extra $40 and stay at a decent hotel.

The worst experience I have ever had at a motel or hotel. The manager, Sunny, is rude and unprofessional. There were pimps and drug dealers all over the property — — — trust me, they weren't hiding their 'business'. I've lived in NYC and never felt as unsafe as I did there, which is crazy. He was not accommodating with my reservation, rude about my small service animal, and did not offer parking for a truck as promised with the reservation. I had find a different place to stay at the last minute because of all this, and thank goodness I did — — at least I get to sleep in a safe place tonight while I travel.

The railroad booked me this hotel to stay in for a couple of days. I walked into my room and it smelled nasty, like smoke and way to much cleaning products. The bathroom was disgusting bugs, ants everywhere. So I went to the front desk to ask if I can get a different room. She said yes and went to that room, nothing changed, same results as the other room. Checked out that morning. Oh ya and I slept in my car. Never ever comming back.

This was a quiet and clean place to stay. The bathtub was a little worn but clean. Beds were OK and pillows were soft. Breakfast included biscuits and gravy, and cold foods (continental breakfast). We will stay at again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rodeway Inn. It was very clean and the breakfast was outstanding for a hotel of this category. Every staff member was extremely friendly and willing to help at any time, my husband has had knee replacement surgery and we needed help taking our bags into our rooms. The lady that checked us in saw we were struggling and came over to help us.

Mar 2013, Great stay for $48nt.

I was traveling with my wife and kids in April 2008, and chose the first place off of I-80 in Lincoln. This Travelodge was a bad choice! As soon as we paid and walked out of the lobby, the motel attendant locked the doors behind us! This place is full of pimps, prostitutes, and drug dealers. The women stood in the doorways on the first floor, while their pimps sat in the parking lot drinking. All night there were drug dealing and fights going on in the room next to us. We left early the next morning and never looked back!
