Horrible service and horrible rooms, the owner is completely rid rude and definitely needs to workon his customer service. Wi-Fi connection only works outside the room. Only good thing about this dump is the cleaning ladies are extremely nice.

Charged double wouldn't refund. Bathroom smelled like urine and items were stolen.

Type of motel that traveling men stay at for construction jobs, not really a family type thing.

They are the truest example of a budget motel, but the room was clean, the Wi-Fi worked, the air conditioning was cold, and the shower was strong and hot. Not sure what else one would want in a night stay during a drive through the state.

Very dated, and dirty. Not much else to say.

The guy at the desk took an hour to check us in, barely spoke English (apparently couldn't read it either)! He asked me for my PIN number and though I wrote it down for him, he proceeded to read it out loud with OTHERS IN THE ROOM! Then he got me locked out of my card for too many incorrect attempts. Now, I have reset my password after finding out an extra $30 is missing AFTER he told me my total.

No ice machine or coffee maker available. Breakfast was too late in the morning.

Easy Check In! GREAT Rate! Nice Room and clean! I would recomend that they stay here!

Found a bed bug coming out of shower drain within first two minutes of stepping in door. Money was refunded without fuss, would not stay.

Absolutely the perfect hotel for the Hastings Area, great staff and a great quality room for a great price. With McDonald's right next door who could complain? The Lady in front is always caring and very helpful along the gentlemen as well. The maids are very considerate and pleasant. Thank you Midland Lodge! Keep up the great work!

You could hear the cars and everything outside and I saw spme spiderwebs in corner of room but overall it was cheap and served its purpose to sleep overnight.

They never answer the phones at the desk and the managers are so rude. The maids do a horrible job at keeping the rooms cleaned.

Poor quality hotel. Wi-Fi didn't work and when I called the front desk nobody would answer. Towels were yellow and the room smelled of body odor. Best part was the constant flow of cars going in and out of the parking lot. McDonalds sits right next door and all these people coming and going out of that one room upstairs. I placed a chair in front of the door as I am fearful that the 3 thugs in the parking might bust down my front door. Don't stay here, it's not safe.

Hate it. Worst customer service ever. If I could rate less stars I would.

Staff was great. Rooms are big and clean. Quiet environment. A little out dated but will stay again.

If you look at the motel's large billboard sign about their whole "leave as a family" thing, *smirk* this place is called the "no-tell motel" for a reason, given the fact that if you look to see what is quite apparent here that there are PLENTY of things going on, eh… I don't think I need to add more. I do however feel that McDonalds next door to this place needs to make an offer on it and have this place torn out so they have more room to expand and park.

I booked a stay at Midlands on line for July 2, 3, and 4. I was told I would not be charged until I checked in. Well, I ran into some problems and could not make it it until the 3rd. They charged my card on July 2nd and then again on July 3rd. When I arrived on the 3rd they told me they did not charge me twice even when I showed proof that the charges were pending on my account. The lady at the counter told me she ran the card on the 2nd and then called her boss and asked him if he charged me on the 3rd. He told her no he didn't. I was furious that I was not getting a straight answer from anyone at the lodge. When I checked out on the 4th the owner was there and asked how the stay way, I told him it was not good and explained about the double charge. The excuse I was given was that he was working nights and was tired, funny that he came up the receipt of the reversal charge after I told him he would be hearing my credit card company. Horrible place to stay. They try to rip you off. I will never stay there again. Worst experience ever.

Loved this place epecially bed and lcd tv.

Nice place to stay if you are looking for budget price with everything you need. Nice beds, LCD TV was a plus. Breakfast was average.

I enjoyed staying at this place. Pool and breakfast was a plus. However my kid wanted to eat at McD that is located in hotel premises.

This is the worst I have ever had at this hotel, and my family has been staying here for 25+ years. The staff is RUDE and does not attend to your needs. You call and ask for another pillow and they say that you should have done that when you checked in. The showers are made for people under 4' ft tall. Nothing in this hotel is "nice or clean". I would rather have my money back and sleep in my car.

OWe came in at 2 am and the lady that greeted us was nice, but the am staff is the opposite. Expect to be woken up at 8 am by the cleaning srtaff. We thought check out was at 12, at 11:30 we get a call from the front desk she says you need to get out of room now. She didn't want to listen to us, but when we mentioned no hot water she wanted us to listen to her lame excuse. Overall you get what you pay for, sucky service sucky motel.
